So I really wanted to like this place. It's clean, professional, Jen is GREAT at what she does. Hence the two stars, not one. There's a buy one get one free deal so I got my first one and booked a second one free. I had to reschedule the second appointment, so I did so online. *warning, you can't do this*. So I called later on to confirm, however, Ada said that I came in for my scheduled, free appointment, was checked in, and was taken care of. She INSISTED that I had come in, because the computer said so, and that it could not be wrong. I certainly did not come in. I read reviews before going and Ada had lots of great reviews so I booked my first appointment with her and got a promo that my next waxing was free. She made me feel comfortable and did an amazing job. One time I was offered a free Wax with a trainee. I was long overdue so I decided to take advantage of the offer. My appointment was with Leeza, she was through and did a great job. She even offered to take care of a couple of ingrowns for me. Ada isn't always available with my schedule but when she isn't Leeza. Both do an amazing job and keep me coming back. The salon is always very clean with friendly staff. I'm never pushed to buy anything extra or sign up for deals they be offering. This was my first time here yesterday. I had an appointment yesterday at 7 with Ada but was waiting there for a good 20 minutes AFTER my appointment. (hence the 4 stars) Krista ended up taking me back to do my eyebrows since she felt bad that I was waiting for so long. She was very friendly and did a WONDERFUL job on my eyebrows!! I like that with every stroke of wax she did on my eyebrows, she asked if the temperature was okay so i wasn't getting burned. The place itself looked and smelled very clean! Walked in and no one was at the counter but there was a cute sign on the wall basically telling me they'd be right out. Checked in and my first impression was it was very clean and bright. The woman who checked me in was very friendly. Ada was the one who assisted me and she was great. I have really sensitive skin so red and puffiness is my normal. I just visited the Lunchbox today and had a wonderful experience. The location was easy to locate, beautiful, and clean. I was greeted right away and felt I was in good hands with a professional.
