We used to go to Moonstruck in Phil and also owned by whoever owns Radice. Moonstruck was great, but I have to say we love Radice even more. Service is always excellent! The menu isn't huge but I like that; their food is delicious and cooked to perfection. If you want a huge menu you should go to a diner, seriously. The owner always comes to the table to make sure everything is alright. We haven't been there enough (yet) that he actually knows us, but he always treats us as though we are old friends. One of my least favorite dining experiences. Mushroom appetizer was good, but the other two were fairly mediocre. I'd have a very difficult time believing the red mullet was remotely fresh. Wife confessed after one bite that the smell alone was making her gag. She's pickier than me, so we switched entrees and I was ready to dig in until I got it close to my face. Whoa, ok yes we're sending this back. They took it off the bill, but not before a light chastising from the waitress since we said we'd had red mullet before. Thanks, didn't realize it was meant to be inedible. My entree was also pretty subpar. Fazzoletti with sauteed veal, smoked mozzarella and spinach filling in a sherry tomato sauce. Sounds good but it was just kind of a cheesy mess. Asked if she wanted a different dish, wife said she'd take the scallops that she saw arrive at a neighboring table. Turns out it was actually a mostly rice filled arancini with scallop bits shaped into a scallop-esque lump. Probably a relevant detail. Sigh. read more

What do you say about a place that's obviously good but the particular dish you had was just meh? I'd go there again in a heartbeat. The ambiance is comfortable and welcoming, the service outstanding, the bread alone memorable. Arugula salad got 3 "mmm's and pappardelle w duck ragout worth taking remains home. But the snapper special (which turned out pricier than anything on the menu) left me cold. Fish somewhat overcooked and despite interesting veg around o complexity of flavor. Saffron broth was promised but not really taste-able. It just needed something. Maybe plain salt and pepper? I plan to return and recommend-- also hope the pretty funny announcement of a 'prefix" option for $35 is edited. Prix Fixe, guys. read more

Is this as good as it gets in the suburbs? The restaurant itself: decor is tacky and overdone. To top it off, they were BLASTING the cheesiest Italian music I've ever heard and just made for a gaudy experience. We had a reservation for 4 at 8:15 on a Saturday night. My husband and I arrived earlier than our friends, so we each grabbed a beer at the bar. The bartender handed us each a glass and then our beers. My hubby and I both immediately remarked how odd it was that he just handed us our glasses and didn't even attempt to pour it. Not a big deal, but he was not busy and it was simply odd. When our friends arrived, we were promptly seated. As we walked by 2 waiters, the one was loudly complaining to the other about the lousy table he was waiting on. Not an appropriate place to complain about patrons - in the middle of 4 other tables with other diners. Already I knew this was not going to be a good experience. The waitress was pretty dull and the service was no better than what you'd get at a Waffle House. 1 person at our table ordered a glass of wine and the remaining 3 of us ordered Allegash White. The waitress came back to ask what we ordered after she walked away - yup, all 3 of us got the Allegash White. Maybe we should have written it down for her? Then, a bus boy came by to dump (literally) water into our glasses, causing me to duck for cover. Appetizers /salads were nothing noteworthy (although my friend ordered a salad but with no onions and when it arrived, there was a pile if onions right on top). Our party ordered the Osso Bucco (which was good, according to our friend) short ribs (fair) and my friend and I each got the pork chop. Her pork chop was overcooked and mine was a fatty mess that I'm still not sure was even pork, judging by the dark grey meat beneath the rubbery fat. When it came time for dessert, we decided that going to the grocery store down the street to pick up ice cream would be a hell of a lot better of an experience than our dinner, so we asked for the check and got out of there. $170 for the worst meal I've had in quite some time - almost as hard to swallow as the grey rubbery fat-chop. Craig LaBan gave this place 3 bells??? I find that awfully difficult to believe he came to that conclusion without some heavy-duty bribe $$... Time for a retraction to save your reputation, Mr. LaBan. read more

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, especially for a restaurant I was looking forward to trying after Laban's 3 bell review. Unfortunately, the dinner we had at Radice on a Fri night was a big disappointment. The service was friendly, but could be better informed on the wines. The 10-12 small plates we ordered were seriously lacking any seasoning. I was expecting the rustic Italian cuisine to be flavorful but somehow even the vegetables seemed to have lost their flavor. The sweetbreads were tender but a bit dry and not crispy and again lacked seasoning. The Rustica pizza had good toppings but the crust was too soft and chewy for a brick oven pizza. Desserts were not bad and service was prompt and friendly. read more

This is a beautiful month old restaurant in Blue Bell. The main focus of the restaurant is their wood burning oven. The restaurant felt very trendy. We arrived on Fri. night with no reservations and the place was packed. We were also in jeans and t-shirts and everyone else was decked out. We chose to sit at one of 3 bar tables since we were hungry. Big mistake. The service was horrible. We watched the waitress at the next table come over 7 times (seriously, i counted), before we even saw ours. Throughout the entire night, we only saw her 3 times. She never asked us about our food or even gave us the bill. Oh, and she also gave us the wrong drink orders. But, to the food... The food was good. They are basically an Italian tapa restaurant. We ordered their arugula salad which came with 2 Parmesan shavings and not enough seasoning. Their scallop dish with corn and pesto risotto was very seasonal and good. Their eggplant parm dish was the best. It was hot, delicious, and very rustic. The prosciutto pizza we ordered was good, but again needed like an extra drizzle of olive oil or some seasoning on it. The one thing that saved the night was John, who I can only assume is a manager. After our waitress was still MIA, I flagged him down to get our check. He spent a good 10 minutes talking to us about the beer menu, discussing the future restaurant plans, and apologizing for our sever. We'll definitely give Radice one more try because it does have potential to be a really good restaurant. read more

Genuinely surprised by the rave reviews for this place. The concept is confusing. I'm a fan of tapas, but this just isn't the type of food for that style of dining. Our waiter wasn't much help in guiding us through, either. We were a party of 3, and if we had ordered the "3 to 4" small plates each recommended on the menu, we would have been able to feed a small army. Instead, we started with a mixed meat plate and the grilled calamari. The 'salumi' was awesome, albiet extremely overpriced ($17) for what we got, and the person who dropped our plate neglected to tell us what was which. My mom said the sauce with the calamari tasted burnt and overpowered anything else (I couldn't be paid to have tried it). Then a margherita pizzette. It was a good size for a shareable appetizer, or for one person's dinner, but that's where the compliments end. It was disgusting. The tomatoes were awful and overpowered everything. The manager noticed, however, and offered a replacement. We got the rustica, a pie topped with arugula and prosciutto. It was good, but extremely heavy on the greens - half ended up staying on my plate. With this pie, however, I was able to actually taste the crust, which was delicious. Nonetheless, considering the giant pizza oven being the focal point of the restaurant, I expected better. The star of the night was the gnocchi in a gorgonzola sauce. My only wish is that we got more - $13 for 12 gnocchi is absolutely ridiculous. Gnocchi is peasant food!!! We also enjoyed the polenta, which came out bubbling hot. I had never had it before, and found it very interesting. We also had the short ribs large plate. The meat was perfectly cooked and delicious. For dessert, they were out of the only one that really sounded amazing on the menu (of course). My mom got a blood orange gelato, though, which was very nice. Overall, I think this place has a lot of potential, but not worth the money. There are serious holes in the service that might have bumped it up to 3 stars; the otherwise-delightful coat check at the host stand wasn't enough to balance it out. read more

Was at Radice for, of all things, a card game. Yeah, my fellow Italian family members get together a couple times a year and get a private room and eat, drink, laugh, and play cards. It is, after all, what Italians do best. We arrived at 2:30pm for our game and the food started arriving promptly. Everything was shared amongst our tables. Our courses, which were a variety of menu items, included their shitake mushrooms with ceci beans and truffle oil, eggplant parmigiana, scilatelli pasta, short ribs, pan roasted chicken breast, and an arugula salad. Everything was authentic and delicious. We finished off with an original strawberry tarte and cards started flying. We are not an easy crowd to please when it comes to Italian food, but Radice delivered...in spades. read more

Finally got a chance to go here, and I have to say I will definitely go back. The staff was overboard attentive, (even though they lost track of one of our salads... ? kind of odd.) The menu was divine, and it only makes me anticipate what I'm going to order next time. Toto was there, and he pretty much personally waited on us hand and foot. I guess it helped that we were two single ladies in a restaurant completely staffed by handsome men. This is our fav place in blue bell. Whether we are there with a group of friends, our new born infant or in a date by ourselves I've never felt more welcomed and accommodated at another establishment. Then the food! Sausage and peppers, beet salad, osso bucco (if ur lucky enough to be there on a Saturday night!) are MUSTS. Liver is awesome if that's your thing. Bar man makes a great dirty martini, and don't forget to chip off some parmigiana off of the giant wheel in front. Great wine list, no negatives other than I wish my stomach was bigger! The wife and I decided to try this place with a friend. We were all new to the restaurant, but it sounded nice. Right out front, they had tables set up, and it looked quite fancy. Inside, the atmosphere is nice. We did hear some fairly loud conversations, which we assumed were the owners. When we were first seated, the waiter came right over, took our drink orders, and asked us if we needed help with understanding the menu. Undoubtably, we did. The menu is broken up into many "appetizers" and around four entrees. He stated that we (1) order a bunch of appetizers and all share them; (2) order two to four appetizers per person, or (3) order an entree. I'm a vegetarian and all entrees have fish/meat. Not good for me. My wife and the friend ordered an entree, while I ordered two appetizers. The appetizers were a decent size, and I would not have been able to finish three. I would have been mad if I ordered a fourth. Overall, the food was good, but, and this is completely my opinion, the food was not as good as I thought it would have been for the price. The restaurant is located in an affluent area, so I'm guessing they think people will pay for it. When we passed by recently, eating a local hoagie place in the same strip mall, they had a fire pit out front on a very windy day. An employee was poking the fire, undoubtably trying to keep it going. With flying embers, it just didn't seem that smart of an idea. The atmosphere is nice. We would probably go back for an anniversary or if we were feeling fancy. ***UPDATE 2/15/2015: The wife and I went back for Valentine's Day. We made reservations, which is pretty much required on this holiday. It was very busy. We were seated immediately in a small wine room and provided water without asking. Little did we know they charge for water. We didn't ask for water, so it was an unsolicited charge. The act of charging for tap water makes me not want to return. Anyways, the house Pinot Noir was pretty good. We each got a glass. We ordered 3 appetizers, one for me, one for my wife, and one to split. This was more than enough food. But, hey, it was Valentine's Day, so we also ordered dessert. It was very good. The waitress was nice, but not as friendly to us as the tables around us. She made sure to check in several times to the other tables, but she barely checked in on us. When we got up to leave, she had just walked in the room (there are only 5 couples tables in this room) and undoubtably had to notice. Instead of thanking us, she turned to another table and asked how their drinks were, then moved to another table to take their order. She only thanked us after we walked past her and thanked her first. I like to think she was having a busy/stressful night, but she was cordial to others, not us. Went a few weeks ago with my family for my twin brothers' birthday. There were 12 of us including 3 small children and it was a last minute reservation. They could not have been more accommodating! First, the waitress was very understanding from beginning to end. My nephew wanted strawberries as soon as he arrived and she brought them!! She took the kids order right away served them quickly but was also very patient with us adults who were not quite as decisive. I wish I caught her name because she was a pleasure!! We had several apps to share and each one was fantastic. Highlights included the pappardelle with duck ragu, the sweetbreads, and the octopus. I had the spinach salad that was perfect and the osso buco that was mouth watering. Other popular choices for entrees were the sea bass, the short ribs and the lasagnetta. We did not partake in dessert because we brought a birthday cake which our waitress very graciously took when we arrived. The maitre d' (or possibly the owner?) then brought it out with her and he sang to my brothers! They then served it up on plates decorated with a raspberry sauce, a very nice touch! All in all we had a fantastic leisurely celebration. The decor of the restaurant is beautiful and we were put into our own private room, without even requesting it! We were there for almost 4 hours and never felt pressure to leave. Part of that was due to a slight lag between salad and entree courses. But that have us time to digest and just hang out. I couldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Service was slow, food came out at room temperature, and they generously douse all their dishes in grease. We came to eat for a family of 7, and all of us got different dishes. Each one of is chose not to finish our dish, as we felt our throats just coated in... whatever it is they're putting in their food. The only thing this place had going for them was their decor. Maybe we had a bad day of service, but there's no way any restaurant should just completely crap out on an entire family's order. read more

My group arrived for lunch on a weekday. There was construction next store that was really loud but they asked them to stop for the lunch hour which was definitely appreciated since we could not hear ourselves talk. We ordered a bunch of appetizers and most got the paninis or the pasta from the lunch menu. The food was pretty good but very slow. A few people had to leave early so we requested to expedite their orders and while she said it would take 5 more mins, it was 15 mins. And then the rest of our food came out another 15 mins later. I wonder if they were making the pasta from scratch or Bolognese from scratch! I might return again for lunch or dinner since others have said the food is very good but maybe when I have more time to sit around. read more

Not welcoming of new customers. I noticed on Open Table that their reservations were wide open, so we thought to go and have a drink at the bar first. The bar was covered with napkins and we were told that they were reserved already. One couple huddled by the only open seat at the bar by the well, while the rest of the bar remained empty. It was only 5:00ish. They let us sit at a reserved table at the bar and said the people who reserved it don't come in until later. When a couple came in who reserved another table at the bar, Jeff the bartender cleared some napkins and let sit directly at the bar. That was when we decided to end our experience at Radice after our first drink. Favoritism was obvious and won't attract new business. Jeff openly boasted that the reservations at the bar came by way of text to his personal cell phone from regulars. Not sure how you get his phone number to be one of a few. Meanwhile the tables in the restaurant remained empty and reservations on Open Table wide open. Now I know why. read more

Great service but I was highly disappointed when I ordered the Margherita pizza and it had onions in it. That's unusual for a Margherita pizza. I hate onions and that needs to be listed on the menu as one of the ingredients (it says on the menu the ingredients are plum tomato, mozzarella and basil). read more

We had an office, holiday dinner at Radice recently. This was my first experience eating there as it was highly recommended by others. I must admit though, I was a little underwhelmed. I thought the service was great, and the appetizers our waiter recommended were quite tasty. For my entrée, I ordered the sea bass filet. It was cool in temperature and kind of soggy and flavorless. I love great seafood and I know it when I taste it. This was not. Maybe I just ordered the wrong thing - but it did not wow me at all. The atmosphere is very contemporary and a bit stark and cold with it's white walls and lack of pictures or color. For the prices, I am not sure I would run back to this place. Time after time Radice offers a top notch dining experience. The staff always goes out of their way to please: effective and efficient . This isn't a typical "Italian" restaurant to be prepared to enjoy an eclectic menu. Of course they provide some typically standard fare but be a little adventurous . We we will go again. read more

A bittersweet experience is the best I can do to describe our dinner at Radice this evening. The menu was comprised of delicious authentic Italian dishes, both the classics along with new exotic fusions. The staff was courteous and attentive. It is an absolute shame that our evening was completely ruined by the wealthy entitled caucasian family seated behind us, the father of which (after a few glasses of wine we assume) decided it was appropriate to make anti-Asian racial slurs at my Korean American family. It was our fault though, as we had the audacity to ask the server to take a picture of our family at the table (to remember what we thought would be a happy positive memory). Even as I ushered my family to our vehicle in the parking lot, the father followed behind and continued ranting. Wearing his Sperry boat shoes, kaki shorts, braided leather belt, and tucked in striped polo shirt, he was loaded into the passenger seat of his new black Mercedes SUV by his embarrassed wife and daughter. Trash comes in all colors and economic classes. I don't want this to reflect negatively on Radice, as they do not have control over who enters their establishment (although they seemed to be regulars on a first name basis with all staff members), but nevertheless we will be unable to disassociate that feeling from that restaurant and be able to dine there again with an optimistic attitude. read more

Hmmm. Sometimes the food in this place is outstanding and deserving of 5 stars, but every once in a while it comes in disappointingly just ahead of Bertucci's. Great food. Great service. Exquisite presentation. These are the hallmarks of the Radice I love. The perfectly prepared An ideal place for special occasion or just a nice meal out. The ever-present Toto (owner) has always made it a point of visiting our table to make sure all is well, and not because we're anybody special,but just because he's insistent on great service. What a great find located in a rather unassuming strip mall off a well traveled highway. Four of us entered here for dinner to find a minimalist vision in white surroundings. We were promptly greeted by the owner no less who promptly guided is to our reserved table. His regal presence throughout our visit gave us a close to fine dining experience. He was in control of every detail of the dining room, continually moving across the floor, eyes wide open, alert to every happening. After taking our beverage orders he soon returned to make menu suggestions. Following his lead we ordered two appetizer items to share; "you don't want more than that or you won't be able to appreciate your meal." Our waiter then appeared with our beverages and to further explain the menu that consists of several small plates and mains. He was most helpful with the menu and with our wine selection. Throughout our visit he was pleasant, professional, and attentive while also engaging in some light-hearted banter. Without exception the four of us found our menu selections to be delightful. The salumi board and the mussels were a perfect beginning. We all agreed that we have never had better mussels in a sauce that had us sopping it up with excellent toasted bread.....dare we lick our plates? The stuffed veal was superb as were the short ribs. And folks, you have never had calf's liver like this anywhere. It was cooked perfectly medium rare and it was succulent. And this from someone who doesn't particularly care for calf's liver. Go for it! We completed our meal with an enjoyable chocolate mousse cake and a surprisingly ethereal vanilla ice cream with grappa and golden raisins. The prices are commensurate with the food quality and service. If we were to look to criticize it would be with the meal presentation. That our entrees were placed by the owner and three waiters was most impressive. Yet, that they had to ask who-got-what plate was just a bit off putting during what was otherwise a fine dining experience. Quible, quibble. read more

Wow, one of our new local favorite places. Had heard how good Radice was, and we finally checked it out for ourselves. Seated no problem without a reservation. Decor and atmosphere is white washed wood, very relaxing and bright. Service was very professional and knowledgeable. Ordered 3 small plates, a pasta (homemade gnocchi OMG yum) and an entree (short ribs). Every dish was delicious, well prepared and beautifully presented. Even the complimentary crusty Italian bread and olive oil were delicious. Homemade pistachio crust cannollis were a perfect end to an unexpectedly excellent spontaneous meal! Been wanting to get here since I read Craig LeBans 3 Bell review and it making Philly Magazines top 50 places to eat. Based on one meal here I would give it 2 Bells if I were using Craig's rating scale. There were 3 in our party on a recent Monday evening. It was 6:30 and there were only 5 other tables (varying in size) during our stay. It was the 1st night of Passover, so that might account for it not being too busy. The exterior was beautifully appointed with outdoor tables, fresh flowers, and a very cool Vespa motor bike as the centerpiece. I liked the interior design, but didn't love it - was a little to stark, but you could clearly see Toto and Donna spent a lot of money on the design, build out and fixtures. I had very high expectations, since I had eaten at their establishments years ago in Philly and their reputation as skilled restaurateurs is clearly established. The bathrooms were also nicely designed and spotless (which is always a sign of a good operator). I may have given it 3 1/2 stars if not for the inattentive service. Our server Stephen was more concerned with conversing with one particular couple at another table (that he seemed to know fairly well) than attending to all his tables equally. He stood there talking to these people for 5 minutes, 3 different times during our meal (15 minutes) - and I'm not exaggerating. While we were waiting for him to take our order, my Mother was so annoyed he was ignoring us, that she was giving him the evil eye (trying to get his attention) until I asked her to just let it go. Because of his inattention, our 1st course was served by another waiter, but he couldn't figure out who got what without our assistance. Also, our water was left un-refilled because of this knucklehead, but finally refilled by the other waiter. Then the same other waiter actually placed our 2nd course on the table of the couple previously mentioned. We heard them say "I don't think this is ours" and the server initially said "Are you sure?", which they responded that there were sure. I had a feeling that these plates actually belong to us, but wasn't sure, since I could only hear, and didn't turn my head to see. After the waiter went back to the serving counter (shaking his head in frustration) to figure out the mistake, he brought the plates over to our table, after having words with our waiter. Everyone enjoyed all the items we ordered. We had 2 different soups - the Papazoi (Fava & Borlotti Beans, escarole, & pasta minestra) and the Triestina (Barley, fennel, celery branch & sweet pea soup) - both exceptional. The bread and olive oil was very good too. We also had the Polpo (Cassola of octopus, fennel, celery & potatoes), Fungo (Soffritto of shiitake, ceci beans & truffle oil), the Rustica pizza (Arugula, Parma prosciutto, fresh ricotta & sherry flavors) and the Fazzoletti (Sauteed Veal with smoked mozzarella and spinach filling, sherry tomato). All were very good. You can easily have a reasonable priced meal just ordering the small plates, as long as you don't order wine. One other thing that our waiter Stephen did which is a huge annoyance of mine (and happens at way to many fine establishments), he reached in to take away our Fungo dish, but there was still food in it. The meal had been on the table for a while and the dish was mostly finished, but there was still a mushroom and some beans in it. We were clearly still eating - so as he put his hand on the dish to remove it, I nicely said "excuse me, we're still eating and are not done with that yet". He apologized and walked away, trying not to show his displeasure at being rebuffed. I'm really surprised something like this would happen in a restaurant run by Toto. Our server Stephen was either not properly trained to always ask if they can remove a dish before reaching in to take it - or he just didn't care - but either way this should never happen in any fine restaurant, and especially this one. I would definitely go back to try other dishes and hope that we have better service. read more

We went last night on a whim, without reservations at 6:30 and were seated in just a few minutes at one of the last tables and before the 2nd rush. Our choices of small plates were; grilled romaine with smoked mozz, ricotta and prosciutto, pork ribs with cabbage slaw. Lasangnetta and an entrée size Linguini and Meatballs. All had excellent flavor, texture and presentation. For dessert we had Chocolate Hazelnut Tart and Chocolate Espresso Mousse Torte, both excellent. Our server Samantha was excellent, answered all question patiently with a smile, very pleasant and efficient. One key note is that we weren't rushed. Can't stand restaurants that plop down your entrée right after your last fork full of your app. Radice did not rush you. There was ample time to enjoy drinks and conversation, and the service was not slow. Perfect timing. The hostess was very pleasant and welcoming, as we sat down, offered to check our coats and after dinner retrieved them quickly, smiling and inquiring how everything was. There are better restaurants to spend your money at, Here you will get service with an attitude, and mediocre food. Always surprised at the other reviews since we've eaten here several times and never went away with a satisfying dining experience. Some of the dishes last visit did not seem to have fresh ingredients ( sardines, steak) and the preparation was bland. I always give a restaurant several chances and base my reviews that way. I was thrilled with this meal on a Monday night. It was a full restaurant, which is surprising on a Monday. First, the restaurant is a pristine white decoration, kind of like a heavenly feel to it. It is clean and bright. The wood stove in the center is fired up and you can see cooking occuring from one of the chef's throughout the evening. The best description for the food is an Italian tapas restaurant. Small plates can be ordered or a larger sized meal. We opted for 6 plates to share and a dessert. I chose three courses and my wife did. I knew I was in for a treat when my wifes first selection of an artichoke dish was awesome. Intense flavors and rustic cooking. I'm no vegetable lover, and I cannot say enough good things about this course. My wife was surprised I loved it so much. It was paired with a scallop cake, and it was good too, especially the lemon sauce. It was followed by the egg plant parmigan and the first course I selected, a meatball course. Both were superb, but the egg plant took the prize in this course, yes another vegetarian course. I loved it and I am no fan of egg plant. The egg plant did not overpower the delicious cheese and tomato flavors. The meatballs were delictable too, the red sauce was heavenly. Our last two plates, gnocchi and spare ribs. The gnocchi was good an sufficiently cheesey with goronzola, but it did not dominate. The ribs with slaw was my least favorite of the night. I felt they were overly dry and a hint of smoked flavor to it. The slaw was the best thing on the plate. Neither the gnocchi or ribs were overly memorable. Now, the ambiance is interesting. The staff are very friendly, our waitress needed to give us a little more attention. They did not rush you and explained all the courses prior to ordering. I would like to see more attention to changing plates between meals and making sure the customer knows what is on the table. We figured it out, but it would be nice to receive a statement as to what was presented. The wait staff are all young and the dress is very casual T-shirt and pants. One of the fun things about this place is the owner. He strolls around the place and greets customers at each table. He is clearly Italian and has an accent. A bald head and dark suit you swear he could be in a scene in a movie. But, he is very congenial. I first thought he may be a sommolier, because he was pouring champagne at a table and talking about it. He saw I was glancing his direction and said hello and made a joke about the table he was giving drinks too. He must have known them. When he came to our table he commented on the course we had, and how good artichokes are for you. Then in a clear Italian fashion asked if we wanted more bread. We said no, but he stated, "You have to have more bread, I will get it for you." A very motherly type of thing to do. He was very pleasant and made the experience all the more enjoyable. And his name is, Toto. It appears they have many repeat customers at least they did the night we attended. Many people were greeted warmly. Now on to the finale, a scrumptous chocolate bread pudding with freshly made gelato. It was excellent and just the right size as we were already stuffed. There is an excellent dessert menu and several choices of fresh gelato or a cannoli that is supposed to be wonderful. And the best part of the evening, unlike overly pretentious center city fine dinning the prices are very reasonable. For a 7 course meal and wine we had a bill less than $100.
