She explained everything very well. I had my MRI at 6pm on a Friday and at 7:20 pm the results were already online. With my insurance, CDI's pricing was very reasonable as other places were 4 times my out of pocket cost. They got me in the same day that I called to schedule. I absolutely would go here again.

There were mistakes in pre-populated info that I wasn't able to fix to complete the registration. They also asked questions that I thought that my physician should have answered, because I didn't know the answer. Any way, I filled out 3/4 of the forms on line, but that didn't matter, because I had to fill them out again when I arrived. Plan 20 minutes to fill out forms. The nurse was professional, friendly, thoughtful and knowledgable. She carefully explained the procedure and what to expect. The tech was efficient and helpful. The offices are immaculate (I think they just moved into the facility). The scanning equipment (seems to be) state of the art. The scans were completed in the promised amount of time and I was allowed to leave. I think they send results to my physician. I guess I should have asked, but it would have been nice if they told me. Minor suggestions, they could provide more reading material for waiting (or tell me to bring my own). Some art on the walls would also be a nice distraction. And coffee/water for waiting family members would be nice. All in all, they get the important part right.

I've never cried more.. thank God it wasn't the bad news I originally thought. Please just steer clear of this place if you can. Most pleasant mammogram I have had in a long time. From start to end…read more It was very easy to set up and appointment to fit my busy schedule. I called to set the appointment, but you can just as easily schedule on line. I was greeted right away, showed my ID and insurance card, signed my consent for treatment and then settle in to wait. Well I didn't even get seated and I was already called back. I was led directly into the mammogram room. The mammographer asked a lot of health questions, especially since I have a permanent injury to one of my breast. Once all questions were answered I was given a gown and told what all i needed to remove and which way to put on the gown. No worries, there is a bench and chairs to comfortably change clothing. When I was ready I was to trun on the outside light switch, which I did, and the mammographer returned. The mammogram itself is of course not exactly my kind of fun, but the lady was careful around my injury, which is more than I can say for the majoirty of other places I have been to. She let me know when to expect results and after putting my clothes back on I was free to go. All in all it took roughly 15 minutes from the time I arrived. Wow.

Otherwise known as a person who performs a mammogram, and also known as a person who smashes your breasts and takes a picture of them. Being a woman of a certain age, it had been recommended that I get a mammogram, and so I did. Luckily, Community Imaging Center Speedway made it super easy to set up an appointment. I made an appointment online, but I also could have called and talked to someone to set up an appointment. Then I found out that this imaging center offers walk-ins for mammograms during specific days and times. Nice! They are really doing a lot to make it easy for women and people with breasts to schedule their mammograms. When I arrived, I didn't have to wait more than five minutes before I was called back. The mammographer explained everything she was going to do, explained every step along the way, and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. The whole process took maybe 10 to 15 minutes. Ladies (and individuals with with breasts): If you need to get a mammogram, this imaging center in Speedway is a great option! Everyone I encountered was professional and warm, and you'll be in and out quickly, which is honestly the best part.
