I called to see if they had started work on my ipad yet.. and they had already. I asked if I could come pick it up all taken apart to take it to the other place that quoted me less.. and instead of me having to pick it up, they beat the price. I left it with them on Friday, and it was finished Monday. Very quick service. I met the manager finally, and was nervous due to all the bad reviews, and was pleasantly surprised. He was nothing like the bad reviews had sais. He was very professional. My ipad was was lagging, so he was trying to figure it out, and found out it needed an update.. so I left it there and an hour later I got a call that it was ready. It works so perfectly now. I got an offer from xfinity for their $30 customer service and took it. When I asked DSL extreme to disconnect their service, they sent me an email saying they were working on it. No disconnect date, final bill, instructions on whether to return their equipment, etc. When I called to find out and mentioned this, the customer service rep just chuckled, before hastily arranging an email to provide the info I was lacking.
