I contacted Ricardo after checking out his reviews, he responded quickly and we easily set up an appointment. He discussed possible options of placement of the ports since the roof and outer walling might pose an issue, but he was able to find good placement of my ports. Job was done quick and easy in less than 2 hours. Aside from making a hole in the wall for the ethernet port placement, no additional breakage of the wall was necessary. Ricardo did say that in some cases, depending on the walling and roofs, breakage of the wall would be necessary for some people, but not mine fortunately. Ricardo and is colleague were awesome, professional yet friendly and personable. They cleaned up after themselves and did an overall fantastic job to make any streaks or scrapes anywhere. HIGHLY recommended if you are looking to have ethernet ports installed that extend from your main router/modem that go through the wall/roof so you don't have ethernet cords lying around on the floor.

The project included 15 Ethernet drops across six rooms and 1900 sq ft, audio speaker wiring, and height speaker installation. The work turned out very well overall. What stands out most was Rick's accountability to the job and for the work of his crew. He was communicative, kept me informed throughout the job, and made absolutely sure any issues I had were addressed. Rick's team also tested every cable run with a Fluke tester and verified that each run was properly shielded and capable of 10 Gbps performance. They were also attentive to the smaller cosmetic detail requests, including cable color, outlet style, and the specific placement of wall jacks. Although just about everything is expensive nowadays, the pricing for the scope and quality of work was reasonable. It was a pleasure working with these guys -- I'd definitely hire them again for any future data cabling, audio, camera installation work.

And I get there and the guy asked "did you get a quote" and I said yeah it's for an iPhone 13 Pro Max and so he comes back with a $160 price and I say, I was quoted 99-129 for my model phone. So he says he'll have to call his boss to get it cleared. None of this would matter if the phone worked. But now my eyes hurt from this super bright screen. I'm turning every app into night mode that can. My cellphone brightness is on lowest setting. The guy even made up excuses on why he was charging more like it was a newer better screen from before and they haven't updated the new price. I didn't want to hear it. And the whole "pay in cash." SMH If you have time to do research, go somewhere else. I blame myself for not walking out when things seemed shady. I was better off with the cracked screen. **** Update**** So I get a call from Ben. My screen is probably defective. He wants me to bring it in to run a diagnostic and see if anything is wrong and replace it and offers a refund. Tells me to take down my review. I'm your typical guy that will google or YouTube something to fix it. There is something definitely wrong with this "non-Apple screen." So I say I'll take the refund and get my iPhone fixed somewhere else. Happy to give back this screen and I'll take my cracked screen. Ben says it's not right to give a refund. Ben was more concerned about taking down this review. Ben was polite but, at this point if I have to live with this super bright screen that heats up my phone until my budget can splurge to drop another $130 on a 2nd attempt, then Ben is gonna have to live with this review. People should have fair warning. So here's the warning. This company does not use compatible Apple iPhone screens. Your iPhone will not recognize the screen for "optimized" settings, ie "my bright screen" Worse, iPhone not recognizing the new screen is acceptable to them and was not disclosed. Who would want or trust a defective product. If I got a lemon then I don't want another lemon that passes a diagnostic only to fail me after a 3 month warranty. I'm better off getting a refund and going somewhere else. Ben, you got me for $130. I lost. And since this is the longest I've been in my phone after getting this bright screen, I'm just realizing how much it's draining my battery. Not sure what else this store does but for iPhone screens you are better off going anywhere else. Also, please don't delete your reviews when businesses ask you to. Better to update reviews to show how they fix things. I bet Ben has convinced others to delete their reviews. At this point if you go to this business then it's your fault.

The only thing that initially made me hesitate was that it was a home-based business. I decided to keep looking around and even visited another highly rated repair shop in the area. Before I could even ask if they could repair my controller, they immediately recommended QCQ Repair. That told me everything I needed to know. From the moment I spoke with Jose, I could tell he genuinely knew what he was doing. With over 10 years of experience, his knowledge and professionalism stood out immediately. He took the time to listen to my concerns about my controller, understood how much sentimental value it had to me, and even understood how excited I was to play the upcoming Halo Remastered. What impressed me the most was his honesty. From the very beginning, he told me there was a possibility the controller couldn't be repaired because of how Microsoft designed the Elite Series 2. He didn't make promises he couldn't keep or give me false hope. Instead, he was upfront and transparent, and I respected that more than anything. I dropped my controller off on July 3rd, right before the holiday weekend, and he was still willing to take it in. A few days later, he contacted me with great news--he had successfully repaired it. Not only does my controller work perfectly again, but he also replaced the joystick with an upgraded component to help prevent the issue from happening again. The price was more than fair considering the complexity of the repair and the cost of replacing one of these controllers. Called Pat's at 2:08 and their technician John happened to be near the area. John called about 10 minutes later and arrived shortly later. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. My TV had a loose connection causing the problem on the circuit board. John re-soldered the connection and some others that would cause a problem down the road. In a time when all of our stuff is made cheaply and expected to break, shops like this are a beacon of critical thinking and taking care of business. San Bernardino is like LA, you can find anything if you look hard enough. This part of town is rough - but preserve through if you are the kind of person who hates the throwaway culture that has been thrust upon us. My tv had a problem where is suddenly had no picture, but the sound worked. Googling around, I found some repair flow charts and determined the issue to be either the power board or LEDs. Since power boards are so cheap online, I tried that first. That wasn't the issue so I knew part of the LED backlight was bad and I was not interested in the careful/gentle nature of that type of repair. I found this shop and they were very friendly and straight forward. It cost $25 for diagnostic, which of course goes towards repair if you choose to do it (just like a mechanic). They were able to fix my issue same day (probably because these tvs are crap and they keep common fix components in stock). It ended up being ~$150 total and it is better than new because they put longer lasting LEDs in there than it started with. Yay! The repair tech recommended I get a good power strip to plug into to protect the LEDs for fluctuations in power that could make them go bad in the future. Note, he didn't sell it to me, he recommended it as a best practice. Good dude.
