Pricing was fair, if not inexpensive, and compared well to other companies doing the same work. Sometimes a little bit challenging to get via phone, but overall very dependable. Arrived on time for the remediation work, as well as the post clearance air quality test. After the first air quality test came back elevated, they re-treated at no extra cost, and were very forthcoming with information and we were able to provide their number to the tenants for any questions etc. no demand for payment until the work was completely done - even then, I had to reach out to them to ensure I made payment - when they also offered support post payment , should any concerns come up from the tenants. Would recommend.
