After our Cockatoo died unexpectedly I decided to find anything in my home that could have led to his passing. They didn't play. They came, did the work and showed us how everything worked and we paid them the remaining balance and they left. I feel safer and happy with this company. They were very professional and went over everything prior to digging and drilling. They even had to extend the pipe due to a change in the placement and they didn't try to up charge us. I did some of my own measurements, and found that I needed to have a radon mitigation system installed. RR's quote was competitive, but their customer service and approach were more personable than others I got quotes from. It also helped that they explained what they were doing, and why. The folks that showed up to install the system also did extremely neat work, and radon levels afterwards are now 0.1 to .5, well below what I was previously measuring. Radon is a problem in Montgomery County, MD and we've known for sometime that the levels in our home were too high. There are two "slabs" in our downstairs area so our home posed a bit of a problem.
