Lucky us, Shorty's Pub was the closest to our location. Definitely NOT a dive bar. So much charm, character & colorful people! We enjoyed the many conversations with Shorty & his wife, the lovely bartender & the other patrons. Acoustic duo was setting up. Outdoor patio opens in a couple of weeks. Food menu looks amazing. As an Asian person who eats rice almost every day, it was not pleasant to have to eat this. I notified our server who replaced it. It was a bit better but I still had bits of hard rice. Because of the bland flavor and hard rice, I don't recommend this dish. My friend said her harvest bowl was good so perhaps I should have gotten that.
