When we came in they rushed him to trauma care and started treating him immediately. The staff and Dr were very supportive and caring. Once they explained what was going on they let my wife and I come to the decision to let him go without any coaxing or pushing. They have private rooms where you can sit with your family and pets for as long as you want. When it came time to say goodbye the vet explained everything to me. The lady on the phone was so helpful and patient with my millions of questions as this is my first dog ever. She was very upfront about the costs and packages that were cost effective as opposed to paying for individual vaccines. She was able to set me up with an appointment that same day even though I was prepared to wait a few days for an opening. Fast forward. I showed up and was welcomed with huge smiles. The lobby was super clean. I was immediately showed to a waiting room so I could fill out some paperwork without my pup being all over the place. The waiting rooms were also super clean :) While handing in the paperwork, some of the staff came out to meet her and gave her so many compliments. It made me feel good as a first time dog mom. She enjoyed spending time with them, petting, scratches and followed them around, the word velcro kitty was used one day. She was very well taken care of during her stay. She is already scheduled for another stay at the Inn.

When we got in the truck, I let him drink out of my water bottle and when we got home I filled his bowl 3x in 10 mins with water. Later that day he had the poops which lasted 3 whole days. Randomly runny poop throughout the day which he hasn't had since he was 6 months old. Not sure if they booked too many and were less attentive but again, this time was different. A grooming appointment should not take five hours, and it shouldn't be this difficult to schedule one. It also seems like there was confusion between AM and PM. Your business isn't even open at 10:30 PM, so why does your scheduling system allow appointments to be booked at that time? To make things worse, the employee who called me was rude and basically told me, "Better luck next time." There was no apology, no accountability, and no effort to make the situation right. This was a complete waste of my time. Based on this experience and the poor customer service, I won't be coming back.
