I have been bringing my Cocker Spaniel Jett here for about 3 months. I am extremely happy with the cocker cut every time. The staff are always so friendly and now knows my dog by name. They always welcome him with excitement and love!

This veterinary clinic is THE BEST in my book! My 19 year old son who is a Registered Behavioral…read moreTherapist who works with special needs individuals rescued a 1 yr old Labrador/Pyrenees mix precious boy by the name of Quinn from our local animal shelter. Quinn was coughing some & had a little runny nose (clear). We were told that he had a little Upper respiratory infection, lbut he had already had an antibiotic and he was much better. Our sons plan is to train him as a service dog due to his phenomenal demeanor to work with clients. We took him home and by the next day Quinn's nose was pouring green snot and he was super lethargic and having breathing problems. Bowie Drive staff got us in immediately & within a couple of hours we were told he was critically ill with double pneumonia. He was hospitalized, on IV antibiotics, on full time oxygen. I cannot say enough about the love and compassion they showed our fur baby. The communications to update us was excellent. They lovingly cared for him in hospital for 5 days and saved our boy! He wouldn't eat, so they encouraged us to bring him boiled chicken to eat...he prefers being hand fed better than eating out of a bowl..(spoiled already). He came home on oxygen but is doing great and we can see that despite the financial burden, (we knew God has great plans for Quinn, so we were called to take it on), Quinn has a bright future helping others and spreading love all over Texas! Much to this great group of staff and especially Dr Christie, Dr Hrbacek & CJ!

15 miles away, not knowing how construction would be, I scheduled for 2pm. 45 minutes later..I get…read morea call....I tell them yes, I'm 3 minutes away and I've been in the car for 45 minutes. "The lady" started lecturing me. I pulled up 2 minutes later and I notice that there is no one there (one car in the parking lot). I ask her why she was making it sound like there were so many people there when in fact no one was there. No one was waiting. She didn't like that and then started barking at me and ordered me to 'get on the scale'. That's when I left. Last 2 visits, same awful Customer service from the same aggressive lady. Last time she made my wife wait for over 30 minutes. Never once apologizing to her for the delay. Not sure what her problem is and not sure why other people let her attitude slide for this long. She has the personality of a stick and needs either Customer Service training or personal therapy. It's a shame too as the doctor is highly recommended from my friend and has been going there for a very long time. Here is what is going to happen...I'll get a response from her but 'as management' with the 10 minute late speech. (I was 12 minutes late) Yeah, I'm good with that. But say it with empathy and communicate like an adult. No matter how important you think you are...you speak to Customers with respect. Sooner or later, you won't have any more Customers and you'll get it. Lastly, shame on me for not listening to my wife the last time she got attitude from her. I should not have returned today.
