Staff are good. They provide good care. They will definitely try to sell you stuff at a premium that you could buy online so look out for that. I had to go back and edit my review. At first, I wasn't really that impressed with the clinic, but I think it's because it's not what I'm used to. I like the old fashion style, where the doctor does it all and the tech basically holds the pet and works the billing. This is a much bigger operation and the tech does most of the physical or hands on procedures. It's more like a human hospital in that regard with the techs being more like registered nurses. I can imagine there is a lot of overhead and that is why the cost is considerably more. Still I had some questions after our visit and the doctor cleared up some misunderstanding I had regarding the diagnosis of my pet, so I'm very appreciative of that. This is a costly place though, and we did have to wait, in spite of all the techs and staff. read more

The staff here was very caring & gentle with our fur-baby when we brought her in for an eye infection. Dr McEndree was very careful to explain everything to us in layman's terms that we could easily understand. The only complaint that I had was that we were charged a high fee for all of our follow-up visits, which I felt were unnecessary. We spent in excess of $1200 for examinations, medicine & follow-ups. I felt this was excessive but we haven't used a vet in quite awhile so maybe it's not. But in the future I might look around for more low-cost care for our precious pup. read more

The front desk staff is extremely rude! They never call you back with lab results. It's over $600 every time you walk in to the place and then no one ever knows what's wrong bc labs are within normal limits so they shrug. read more

Great experience with 1 pause. The vet was great, staff was great! You can tell they all really love animals! My only pause was the price. Wow! While they did a thorough exam, took some blood (to run some tests) and did an X-ray on my dog's knee (to try and find answers) I wasn't quite ready for the sticker shock of the price when I checked out. I wish they had discussed what the costs would be for what they wanted to do, before just doing them. When I checked out my bill was over $900. I was not ready for that! read more

Not happy with this vet at all. We came and the doctor kept rushing the consultation. We have a puppy and we have concerns and questions. Second the vet told us she had to take two vaccines, we said ok. He goes away to prepare everything and then comes back and tells us that she only needed one, that he looked at her chart and she only needed one. I mean my dog almost got 1 vaccine that she didn't need because he didn't look at the chart before he came to talk with us? Then I went back for another visit because my puppy had pimples and sores in her tummy. Well their solution was to give her another shot. I said no. And we just used some cleaning pads that they recommended. Well within a week was gone. No shot or pills were needed. But I had to make the decision for my puppy. The vet wanted to give the shot right away. It didn't work for me. read more

Highly recommend Dr. McEndree and Clear Fork Veterinary Clinic! Our Doberman has seen vets across 3 countries and 5 states (military moves) and has a bit of vet anxiety so he is always muzzled. Dr. McEndree is the first vet that has been able to develop a report with our pup and ease him enough to conduct all visits unmuzzled! Dr. McEndree and his staff are extremely organized, prompt and courteous. Dr. McEndree takes the time to get to know you and your animal personally and shows care and compassion. He takes the time to develop a care plan, explain it to you and adjust it based on your input. Unfortunately we met under less than ideal circumstances as our Dobie was diagnosed with Lymphoma. Clear Fork quickly obtained time sensitive test results and placed us with a cancer specialist to ensure Ingo was able to quickly get specialized treatment. I have always had a great experience here from vet visits to having to put my dog down Bc of cancer , they have always showed concern and love. They mailed me a condolence card and each signed it. I recently got two new dogs and they had kennel cough and they have been amazing with my concerns and treating them.I have another dog that doesn't like other dogs . After his visit and all vaccines they were accommodating for us to make sure no other dogs were In the lobby when we left. I can tell animals are this doctors passion and all the staff is so understanding and helpful . I have been known to call the day of for an appt and they do their best to work me in. So happy I found them when I moved here just about 2 years ago. read more

As far as the veterinary clinic goes, this is THE best!! My parents brought one of my sick pup, Doo, in a few weeks ago and another pup, Bo, in today. They are both usually scared of other people but Dr. McEndree and his staff made my pups feel super safe and loved. They are very gentle with our pups and treat them as if they are their own dogs. Even though my mom is not fluent in English, the staffs were very friendly and tried to explain everything. Our fam absolutely love this clinic and will be coming back for vaccination and other services! Dr McEndree and his staff are top notch. The care they give the animals is fantastic. Our cat, Boots, was timid in the exam room. Dr McEndree said "I'm going to reassure her that it's ok." She was meowing a low, frightened meow. He gently pet her for a couple of seconds and then backed off. She then let out a more assured meow. "That's the meow I wanted to hear." She was then more accepting of his examination. He knows animals and treats your money like it's his own. He doesn't recommend any tests that he thinks aren't necessary. Great folks! read more

I took my senior buddy to get his annual physical and shots. Dr. McKendree had been our vet but he had left our establishment, and some time later, established this practice. It was the right decision. Based on my pup's chart, he recommended one vaccine over another, which was a blended vaccine that he'd had over the last several years. Dr. McKendree cited a recent journal article that showed this vaccine to be more than a senior dog needs. He also noted my dog is not a fan of things in his face, while not seeming particularly bothered by shots, so he switched one from nose drops to a traditional shot. I really appreciated this attention to my dog's needs and preferences. The final note that assured me that my pup and I were in the right place was the way he asked if we had further questions. No movement toward the door. No hand on the door knob. He waited in place? Any questions? No, thanks. Any other concerns or needs? Nope, in your care, we're all good. read more
