Found this location on Yelp. Saw a good review and wanted to give them a try. So I stopped in and wanted to give the location a look, and an idea of pricing. I was met by John Hurst and also spoke to Isaiah Tufts. Both great guys, responsive and knew their stuff. I let them know I used to detail cars and simply didn't have time to do it myself. So, the positives. Communication was great. Like I mentioned, John and Isaiah were great. I knew they did a lot of higher end cars and just wanted to see if they would detail our daughters first car. Location was great, huge warehouse and they had the supplies any top line detail company would offer. Exterior of the car was done great. The vehicle looked like it hasn't been washed in months. Tons of bugs and a couple areas that needed buffed out, and they cleaned it up fantastic. They really exceeded my expectations. It is a white CRV and one that the body was actually in pretty good shape and they cleaned it up nicely. White cars typically hide imperfections more than black or darker cars, and for a 2013, they cleaned it up great. Although, I was surprised the wheels didn't get any dressing. The cost for an interior and exterior was $350, which was fine, if the job was done correctly. The interior is where the job was somewhat subpar. The windows were cleaned, but not brought down, to get the area that's always covered, so I knew the windows weren't completely cleaned correctly. The section between the seats is still dirty and the storage compartment and glove box areas were all still dirty as well as the back of the vehicle. There were other areas that simply weren't given the attention I thought they would be. I honestly hoped the time and detail was given to the interior, as was with the exterior. Rude employee whining about how many employees he has out and can't do his job. Wouldn't expect this from a Rahal brand business.

USE WITH CAUTION. They have a pretty solid reputation, but if they make a mistake or damage your vehicle, good luck getting them to own up to it. My wife and I needed some window tint work done on both of our vehicles to complete the tint transition from the back to the front. Overall, they did a great job with the tinting, but things quickly went south the moment I drove off their lot when picking up my vehicle. As soon as I started up my vehicle (22' Ford Expedition) and drove away about 5 or 6 different errors/warnings started rapidly displaying on my dash. Additionally, my audio system was not working. I made it a few blocks and pulled over to turn off my vehicle and try and start it back up to see if it was just a computer error. That didn't fix it, so I headed home and decided to inquire with Rahal in the morning. Initially, I was skeptical that this was related to the window tint install because, how could applying tint to my windows mess up my vehicles computer/electrical system? So, I went ahead and made an appointment with Ford to take a look at it early the next week. Isaiah in their front office was initially very accommodating and asked if I could bring the vehicle back in for them to take a look at things first hand. It was when I returned that Isaiah explained that, although it's very rare, sometimes when applying windshield tint the water solution they use to apply the tint can leak into the dash and damage the vehicle's electronics. He assured me that they'd take a look at it, see if they can fix it, and ultimately they'd make things right one way or another- you can probably see where I'm going with this... I exchanged communication with Isaiah a few times that day and ultimately when I picked it up that evening, Isaiah stated that he did a little research and found on some message boards that it could have triggered a fuse to blow. I mentioned to Isaiah that I already had an appointment with the Ford dealership the next morning and for one final time he assured me they'd "take care of it and make things right". The next morning the dealership got back with me and explained that they found that the audio control panel within the dash short circuited due to water damage and that it needed replaced- a $1200 repair estimate. I immediately forwarded the quote to Isaiah and received nothing but radio silence back from Rahal when emailing & calling to follow up for about a week. Ultimately, I had to call from my office line for somebody at Rahal to answer the phone. A man by the name of John, who claimed to be the operations manager, answered the phone. As soon as I explained who was calling, I could immediately tell he was caught off guard and quickly became defensive. John stated that this was a publicly acknowledged issue from Ford and he couldn't understand why they didn't issue a recall for the issue. Really, John? Would a company release a recall for instances when you spill a large amount of water on the dash and it short circuits the electronics once it leaks through? Come on, that's a given with ANY electronic. John refused to acknowledge (unlike previously with Isaiah) that it was their fault that water got into the dash and that they do an adequate job putting mats down on the dash to prevent this- obviously that was not the case with my vehicle. I immediately asked John to send me photocopies of the liability & acknowledgement forms I signed and initialed upon bringing my vehicles in for the service and John's response was "Um, I think we shredded them". Ultimately, John refused to acknowledge any short coming on Rahal's behalf and offered to refund me the portion of my payment pertaining to the window tinting of that vehicle, but that amount doesn't even come close to the $1,200 repair bill I will have to pay out of pocket. I just want my vehicle in the working order it was in when I brought it into their shop. I have our phone conversation recorded and will be taking the issue to small claims court to hold Rahal accountable for their missteps during the install. read more

Went here because it looked like a trustable shop to get my windows tinted but when I got my car back with the new tint, the tint had glares from previous tint and declined to fix it.. read more
