Lynn and her crew are amazing. When you walk in, it feels like walking into a family home/kitchen. Everyone greets you with a smile. They make amazing recommendations. We had the Quiche Lorraine and the Sausage, red pepper and Spinach Quiche along with the Henry's Chopped Salad and Wedge Salad. All of this was absolutely delicious. The owner Lynn took the time to welcome guests and spent time telling us how Henry created the salad. All of the food and pies are made from scratch, which is so refreshing to find these days!! Kudos to Railyard Pie Co. for this!! Lynn is beyond delightful and her crew are all charming as well. Now, for the pie, over the two days we were here we had the Chocolate Mocha Cream, Peanut Butter, Coconut Cream, Banana Cream and Tart Cherry pie. Delicious doesn't do them justice. I had tears in my eyes as the cherry pie was just like my grandma's. The shop itself is absolutely welcoming, so clean, plenty of room to sit down and section your group off if you would like to for a chat both indoors or outside. They have live music on the weekends, but we were told that it is kept at a volume that you are still able to still have a conversation. You have the option of dining in or carrying out, you can buy by the the slice or the whole pie. They have local honey, local sodas, local art and a variety of things on display in this welcoming shop. We will definitely be back!!! read more

Man oh man, this place... whew! Let me tell you... the pie here is phenomenal. The flavors, consistency, the crust! You could literally be happy just eating the pie crust by itself. Stop by for a slice and a drink. Atmosphere is chill. Decor and seating are nice and comfy. Everything about this place makes you want to stay a while. Found this pie shop yesterday in Downtown Edmond. I am so glad I did. When I moved to the OKC metro I was surprised at how hard it was to find a slice of pie. So I get really excited when I find a good spot. This is for sure that. I got a slice of the Apple Crumble to go, slice of Key Lime for my mother-in-law, and a couple of Whoopie Pies for my youngest. I heard about this amazing pie place from one of my friends! We ordered four slices of pie: Key Lime, Lemon Chess, Apple, and Atlantic Beach. Each of them was delectable, even if I have my own preferences that put me off of one of them. The Lemon Chess is a little eggy (in taste), but that is to be expected and it still tasted great! I'd definitely recommend eating the apple pie either warm or room temperature. The Atlantic Beach slice was just the right amount of citrus and the crust was amazing! Overall, it was to die for. The Key Lime had a decent amount of citrus and a fairly thick crust (on the piece we ordered), but it was scrumptious nonetheless! I would definitely recommend it for anyone who wants to try out a new pie place, but get there early since they sell out fast! read more

Cute little place! Reminded me of a small cafe to have a quick bite with. Plenty of pie options. My friend and I grabbed the lemon pie, apple streusal, and some whoopie pies. All pretty good! Tasted fairly homemade (I assume they are made in house). Crust was soft, slightly flakey, and filling didn't taste like "refrigerator". Prices a little steep, but I assume food cost is higher now. My sis and I stopped in for lunch today. We are new to Oklahoma and I love discovering new places to eat. I saw thier page on Instagram and everything looked so awesome. The place was packed which is always a good sign. We ordered the grilled cheese, Italian sausage quiche, banana cream pie, carrot cake cream cookie, and pecan pie. Our quiche also came with soup or salad we opted for the butternut soup. The staff was amazing. They were so friendly. The grilled cheese was yummmmmmmy! Our quiche was delectable. I love this place! I've eaten pie here at least a dozen times and haven't had a bad piece of pie once. My favorites happen to be Black Bottom Banana Cream and Coconut Cream. I've also had the chocolate pie and blueberry pie. The blueberry had lots of blueberries in it. It's a small place, always clean. The only thing I'd change are the clear chairs. Not comfy. But the pie is fantastic. Treat yourself and get a slice. The staff are friendly and helpful. read more

I have been told about this place by friends and just had to try it out. The cashier was super helpful and took my order when I was ready. Our neighbors brought us a coconut cream pie from Railyard Pie and let me just say WE ALL HAVE A NEW FAVORITE PIE. SO delicious. We tried their key lime pie again today and we have decided not to buy the key lime pie again. The key lime pies were very bitter and still very little key lime flavor. Key lime pie should be sweet and tart with a refreshing vibe. Key lime, Peanut Butter and Buttermilk. As far as I know they don't offer Buttermilk (although) I've had several people ask me. Key Lime 7.8/10.
