The material they used left a 3 foot brown mark on the front of our house, which they assured us would either go away on it's own or the would come back to take care of it. Well it never went away, and it's an eye-sore to this day. I spent a lot of time out on the roof scrubbing away at it with a wire brush, but it's still there. I've texted and called and left several messages for these guys over the past month or so, which have been totally IGNORED. Who does that? Totally unprofessional. You guys told us you would take care of it and to follow up with us, and when we do, you ignore us. So now I have to strongly urge that no one use you guys, and also go hire someone else who can take care of the mess that you made. Big thumbs down for unprofessionalism.
