Ended up with a full head of curls that was nothing like the picture. Now looking back, it was definitely intentional. Kim (I believe) told the women that was working on my hair to use tight curlers, the women asked "are you sure" and asked Kim if she saw the picture, Kim said she did and to just do it anyway, but that she wanted to cut it. She was very insistent on wanting to cut it since I believe she wanted to experiment on cutting this style of hair. This completely ruined the hair that I was growing out for 6 months. It was nothing like I wanted, and I had to drive to a different barber and cut it off right away. Didn't feel a need to say anything at that moment because the perm was already done and it couldn't be reversed.

I asked for a simple men's haircut (short in the sides and trim the top - a fool could make that look good). The guy destroys the top and doesn't make it even. My hair is longer towards the back than it is in the front. If you must go here, call ahead and ask for Dung (pronounced Zoom). He is the only person that knows how to cut anything. Lately, prices have increased for the beauty products I use, but I still find better pricing on products such as Design Essentials & Mizzani here versus other beauty stores. I also like how they mark down products that are being discontinued or just ceased for selling at their location. When compared to other beauty supply stores, their pricing is the best and I still tend to come out my way to come to this location even though it is not the closest one to me.
