Unlike my girlfriends massage therapist, who was terrible. From the get go, her masseuse had an unfriendly, impersonal attitude, almost as if she didn't want to be there. In the massage room, she didn't use oil, lotion, or talc, and spent a lot of her time walking around the room. When she did deign to offer a massage, she only attempted to massage my girlfriends neck (a combination of light pinching and stroking), and briefly fluffed her hair, despite her asking for a full body massage that focused on her neck and head. Her technique seemed untrained, random, and without method. After complaining at the front desk, and paying for the massage (at this point I didn't realize how bad my girlfriends massage had been, else I wouldn't have paid), we were assured that the manager, Mr. Scott (?), would call us to discuss our complaint. It's been a week now, and no call from Mr. Scott. As a customer, you are at the mercy of the individual masseurs/masseuses. Some of them are great, some of them are definitely not. At the end she wanted a tip- I complained about the experience, and she made some excuses that the other therapist had to pick up her child (or something like that), and gave her sob story about her business. She should've told us what was going on, offered to reschedule or cancelled one of us. it was the most bizarre "spa" experience I've ever had. Her space is cluttered with junk and storage, it needs a serious upgrade on all levels. 1. Buy a better prosecco and some truffles at Costco to offer a better quality first impression than cheap candy and a bag of Cheetos Less=More (or skip that all together). 2. Clean up the place and make it look like nice for your clients. 3. Be honest & up front, rescheduling or cancelling is better than trying to cut corners and give a bad experience to your customer. 4. Either hire better licensed therapists, or close your business and do something else. The experience you gave us, was much worse than a simple mistake or any misunderstanding- it was purely bad business.

The masseur told me that it seemed the floor above was empty and someone was checking the house, and apologized to me, but I still felt very bad. The noise was too loud.
