I was extremely impressed with the quality of service I received. Partly because Dennis has a lifelong career of being in the clothing business - from manufacturing to fabric care. When it comes to how to handle a garment, a stain , a whatever - he knows exactly what needs to be done. It's been a part of his daily life for 50 years. He also does the little things that delight his customers like: Always finding and removing spots (without my having to point them out) Collar protectors for dress shirts, so the collars don't get flattened or out of shape Folding sweaters perfectly on hangers so the necks don't stretch Tying the garment hangers together so I can easily hold them when taking home. Dennis really understands customer service and the staff takes pride in their work. He didn't ask me to write this review , but I'm writing it because his business is awesome and customers should experience his services. I hope you will give him a try. New customers get a discount. This is the small locally owned dry cleaners in our neighborhood. When we first moved to PTC we…read moretried them all... Wherever we had a coupon. Over time we just settled on this place for a couple of reasons. 1 it is locally owned and operated, others may be owned but Nevers seems to be a local owner around. 2. They support the local schools & community organization for their events and sports. 3. Prices are reasonable, even with out a coupon.... They don't do coupons or honor other competitors 4. Convenience in location to drive in and out of and pick up, they will put it in your car for you. 5 they have a seamstress (think she is the Mother of the owners) to mend or fit clothes. 6 they will get your rugs cleaned. 7. They have never lost anything in 20 years. 8 99% of the time they get the stains out. 9. They can do 'light starch' on my husband's shirts. 10 only negative... Yes there is a 'pink' surcharge for women's attire. I did ask once why and although I didn't like the answer, it made sense. Dry clean equipment invented 60 years ago was mostly male workers, so anything not standard button up shirt or men suits have to be cleaned by hand... Even women's pants because the zipper is on the opposite side and smaller waste than hip. Hmmm. So not a neg I guess in Kim's, just the industry the never evolved, and why would it now... No clothing is standard any more

The pants still had stains on them and the cape had hair over it I don't think they know how to clean these types of items. It looks like they did nothing but put them on a hanger and put a plastic bag over them. I won't be coming back here. It was a waste of my money.

I don't do as much dry cleaning lately because I don't wear suits and go to an office very often. Family owned and operated and you can tell because they really care about their customers as if they expect to see them again. Always greeting with a smile . Not too chatty but friendly and efficient . They're also great for getting your rugs cleaned. They don't do that on premise but it still doesn't take that long for them to send them out and get them back. They're also a good location to get alterations and minor repairs on your clothing. Even have a curtained dressing room for you to put on whatever you need fitted and they'll pin it and adjust it so it's exact. And then within a week you'll have your item back. I've never lost an item there, although I have been known to leave a brooch or business cards in a pocket and when I pick up, they're in a little Ziploc bag attached to my clothing. As a locally owned business, it's delightful to see how they support the programs in the area, particularly anything a non-profit is doing and anything that the local schools are producing. They don't offer coupons anymore. I think it's because so few people out actually dry clean from something to preferred vendor and just pay what the asking is. A bunch of other dry cleaners that used to have coupons don't offer them either. Tip is if you're dropping off and want to go through their drive up window it is best to enter down by the ophthalmologist on the corner and come around back so you're going the right way. Otherwise you have to go through and make a u-turn to come back through the drive-thru. Pick up is easy though if you just want to pull up in space just outside cuz doesn't take as long to pick up as it does to drop off.
