Used this location for years, then started to get dry cleaning back untouched. It's unfortunate because we typically get things dry cleaned and don't wear them for a while and once we go to wear them for that evening we realize that the items were not even cleaned, absolutely gross and super inconvenient. I am very upset with this cleaners as they torn my comforter & then mended it without telling me when I picked it up. When I showed the wife (owner), her husband admitted mending it. He said the stitching came out. On top of doing a TERRIBLE job mending it, they should have shared that fact with me when I came to pick it up. Exceptionally good service and very reasonable pricing on both dry cleaning and laundry/pressing of shirts. It appears that all of the dry cleaning is done in-house and the work is always perfect. Rainbow is a little gem in that it is family operated with people that really care about their business and customers. Cleaning is always available on the day promised and they display very attentive customer service at the front counter. I visited the cleaners for both dry cleaning and alteration and was WOWED to see how much the place has improved under new ownership! - The storefront and decor looked new and were clean and welcoming. - There was also a nice dressing room for alterations. - The new owners were very friendly and I could tell they cared a lot about their quality of service. This is the worst place to get any service. I took my two suit pants for altering. - These people are super rude. - They're super expensive. $20 for each pant alterations. The pants cost about $47 each. I gave them thinking I will get them on time & good service. Very disappointed. - They promised me I can pickup before 7 p.m. I went there 5:15 p.m. & the shop is closed. The day was Friday. If you look at their hours on their door, it clearly says they open until 7 p.m. - They ruined both my pants. The stitches started coming out when I tried them in & one pant got some sauce stain on it. I went back the very next day on Saturday afternoon and the lady said I ripped it on purpose & made it dirty on purpose. She wanted me to charge for stitching again as well as cleaning. I never even use those pants. Neither that sauce stain was by me. My suit is now useless. Very bad people. read more

I have always taken both my husband and my suits here to be cleaned and was happy with the service. I had my friend's wedding dress steamed here, not cleanned, just steamed. When I dropped it off they said it would be $40-$50 but when I picked it up they charged me $70. It is a simple dress and was hardly wrinkled. Had I known it would be $70 I would have just bought a steamer at the store. When checking out I argued with the SAME WOMAN that quoted me $40-$50. I will never go back. read more

Clothes come out clean but every time I bring clothes here they take FOREVER. I have never heard of a dry cleaner taking more than a day to clean a few shirts and this place takes 3-4 days no matter what you drop off! I've been going to Rainbow Cleaners for over a year now and have spent a lot of money on my families dry cleaning...I recently took in a pair of man's suit paints to be hemmed I had to take them back because they were hemmed incorrectly the Lady at the Front Desk (owner) got very offensive and started yelling at me! saying "Oh MY GOD!" OH MY GOD!" they are hemmed right!!! she took the hanger off and threw it...I was in shock with how she was speaking to me i told her she needed to stop yelling at me and that she should NEVER yell or speak to customers like she was and then her Husband who remained hidden in the back was yelling HEY SHUT UP! I don't know if he was talking to her because I never raised my voice...i was in shock to be treated this way and was very shaken up by the way these business owners handled themselves. I will never go back to them ever again nor will I ever refer anyone to them. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and VERY RUDE!!! read more
