Very disappointed of their survive. It took them 2 weeks to dry clean my wedding dress, but when I picked it up it was still dirty. I don't know how they where dry cleaning it but it was all ruined, now my dress looks like I bought it for $100 even tho it was $3000. For what did I pay $300?. I would never come back again, there's other places that can do a much better job then them. People read reviews first before you go somewhere. read more

My husband's suit needed cleaning and the owner noticed that a button was missing when I brought it in. Little did I know when I picked up the suit a new button which matched the others had been sewn on the suit with no extra charge. They ruined a hundred dollar linen shirt, they said the damage was not done by them, don't know how that is possible. This is the only cleaner this shit has been to. To many other cleaners to go to. If there was a rating of ZERO stars, that's what they'll get. The lady is the rudest person I've met. I was picking up my dry cleaning after work so I did not have my ticket. She asked for my phone number and I gave it to her to look up my account. She either did not hear me or did not understand me because she asked me again but was very rude asking. She surprised me when she said "If you had your ticket, I wouldn't be asking you twice". I then paid for my clothing and told her she was rude and that I will never use them again. This was the worst service I've ever received. Keep in mind this is a costumer service oriented business and it seems like they don't care. Have been coming to Hans for some time now. Clothes are always done when promised, and always cleaned and pressed well. I went to pick up my clothes a week ago and when they handed me the clothes, they handed me a small Ziploc baggie. My Tiffany & Co. cufflinks were in there. It seems I forgot to remove them before dropping off my clothes. I didn't even know I did that and I probably would have thought I just misplaced them had I not been able to find them again. What an honest and professional thing to do. I will always come to Hans as long as they're open. read more

She forgot to clean my comforter 3x and then started to pretend to only speak another language when I asked her about it. Then she told me that she has too many customers and that she did not need my business!!! Too many customers???!! I have never heard that. There are hard working people that need business. I had been coming here for a few years, but they've "lost" items of ours twice now. The first time they were able to find the item, but only after my wife had to argue with them. This time I dealt with an older woman who took the stance that she "doesn't make mistakes" and won't look for the item. Unfortunately I've lost my receipt, so there's not much I can do. I have been coming here a few times. No complaints about service until an elderly woman started working there. So rude without any reason. Not only there is no customer service, but she also gave me I check for one amount when I dropped off the clothes to be cleaned. When I picked up and wanted to pay, she told me it's going to be more for some reason. I told her I will not pay more. Handing her the card, I asked her what amount is she going to charge me. She pointed to the amount on the check she originally gave me. She took the card, still charged me the higher amount. I told her I will not pay more than she told me in the beginning, demanded a refund for the overcharge and I am not going back there until the rude woman is gone. read more

If you want good (at least) customer service, your clothes actually clean and timely service, STAY AWAY! If you need any alterations, don't believe the fake advertising in their window, they are far from "expert", they can barely do a straight hem! And it takes anywhere between 1-2 weeks because the "expert" is "in Elk Grove"... Just look somewhere else if you want your money worth! 1 star is the minimum, and unfortunately I can't give less or I would've! STAY AWAY! Bad experience - and bad business practice. I have been spending about $500 per year at this place. This week they acknowledged damaging one of my dress shirts, ripping it badly. I thought - 'no problem'. I am sure they will 'do the right thing'. Wrong. They tell me that dress shirts 'get ripped all the time due to the way they are woven'...refused to even repair the damage they had caused. I am done with this place. I am also in business, and this is very poor business practice. I would have been satisfied with simply sewing my shirt and perhaps cleaning 3-5 shirts for free.....instead, I am done. read more

I've been to 4 different dry cleaners around the Roseville area and I'm glad I found Hans. They provide full service for the cheapest prices in town along with a 2 day release date. Coming from Las Vegas I have never had much to say about my dry cleaning service. It's always just been meh...nothing much to say but Hans has provided me great service! If you frequent Han's Dry Cleaners on Woodcreek Oaks (next to Safeway) BEWARE! They will ruin a $200 coat and treat you miserably. They acknowledged that they shrunk my coat and after a month of no response from them I go to the store. The attendant pretended not to know where the owner was or how to reach him. I refused to leave until I spoke to the owner and the attendant miraculously was able to locate him. He said that he went to Banana Republic to verify my coat price and year. He said that since I bought it a few years ago and it had depreciated to nothing and he could not offer me compensation. So, basically they can ruin my coat and leave me with nothing? He did however offer me $40 in credit. Like I would ever return there again. Such disappointing customer service after I was patient with them for over a month. read more

My only complaint is that they advertise that they open at 7am and there have been several occasions where I'll try and stop by at 7am to drop off my clothes on my way to work and they are still closed. read more

The store lost my pants. Like someone else, they tried to tell me they counted wrong. Wouldn't own up to the mistake and told me that for them to replace it, you have to notice it's missing within 2 days. Won't do business with this store again. If they realized the lifetime value of their customers, it would make a lot more sense to offer to replace the pants and keep a customer coming back. That's ok, there are plenty of other cleaners in the community. Next time, I'll check Yelp first. read more

The place is horrible. The woman who runs it is extremely rude and verbally abrasive. She seemed overly annoyed that I walked through the door as she rolled her eyes and eventually made her way to the front of the store. I took jeans in for hemming, I must have hit a hemming nerve because she was disgusted I would ask her to hem them only 1/2". She was so over-the-top rude and put out, she told me to find someone else. I literally said nothing more than, I'd like to have my pants hemmed." After a few rounds of what I thought was an obvious language barrier or misunderstanding, she all but kicked me out of her store. Her overall tone, behavior, body language and ugly words had me stunned. I took my jeans and left. I will never take my business to her again. I have never been so offended by a merchant obviously having a bad day. She has no right being a business owner in Roseville. read more

My wife gave them simple plain curtains for just ironing. The person behind counter asked $15 each pannel. On the pickup day, the owner was there. Upon asking him why they charge $15 per pannel, he replied that the attendant charged less. He also added that if he were there on the drop off day, he would have qouted the job for $30 each pannel even if we didn't need them dry cleaned. read more

Took several rather expensive shirts for dry cleaning on Tuesday. (They advertise next day cleaning) Asked for Friday return. Showed up on Friday and they weren't ready, Showed up on Saturday and they weren't ready. Come Monday and all were ready except for one which they ruined and tried to blame a manufacturer's defect. Interesting that no other dry cleaners had problems with the shirt. He asked to try and fix it and to come back on Wednesday (8 days later). Come Wednesday, still had not fixed the shirt. Said he could only give me $50 dollars for the $120 shirt AND still made me pay for the rest of the dry cleaning. No apology, no "Gee I'm sorry I ruined your shirt and you had to come back 5 times" just left it at that. Take it or leave it. So they are not only incompetent but rather crooked as well. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! There is too much competition out there to give business to people who don't care about their customers. read more
