I requested my tablecloth be ready in four days, and they happily accommodated. The young man assisting me even showed me that my $5 discount would be applied at pickup. Four days later, I returned and was in and out with a perfectly cleaned and pressed tablecloth--and my discount had been applied! I will definitely be coming back for all my dry cleaning needs. She was going out of town Wednesday, and the dress was promised Monday. When she went to pick it up, the lady at the desk told her to come back tomorrow. The lady kept calling their sister store, which is on Jog and Lake Worth, and was unapologetic. I asked if there would be some sort of discount since my daughter was going to have to go pick it up, and she said to call back the next day to ask the manager and see if we could have a discount for the next time we needed their services.
