They also offer a QR code to sign up in-store, though it takes about 24 hours for any discounts or coupons to update. I was greeted promptly, and the process was smooth and efficient. I requested my tablecloth be ready in four days, and they happily accommodated. The young man assisting me even showed me that my $5 discount would be applied at pickup. Four days later, I returned and was in and out with a perfectly cleaned and pressed tablecloth--and my discount had been applied! I will definitely be coming back for all my dry cleaning needs. I would go in on a weekly basis & every time I went to pick my clothes Ana, who has a bad attitude, told me the same story, "we're looking for them". I was given the complete runaround. This went on for almost 2 months. Finally, I had enough & told Ana, the approximate value of the clothes & the dry cleaning bill I paid, for the missing clothes. Without checking with the manager or owner she said that wasn't possible. Ana should not speak for the manager or owner. I would say this went on for 2 weeks when finally I spoke with the manager & I explained everything to her she said that she would give me a check. I waited 3 days with no phone call back, I stopped in & told Anna I'll be back on Wednesday for my check. It was supposed to be $338.99 instead it was $336.00. They lost a very good customer because their customer service stinks. BTW, they wanted to offer me free dry cleaning but at this point I will never use their services ever again.

It's in Trafalgar Square, which bears no resemblance to London's Trafalgar Square whatsoever.
