I got their Cloud 9 subscription and took the car through their wash a few times and started noticing swirl marks all over the paint. These swirl marks are clearly visible when you look closely but they are not easily captured in pictures. The soft touch brushes they use are not gentle enough for a new vehicle and the damage is unacceptable. What's even more frustrating is that management is denying any responsibility or accountability for the damage caused. If you value your vehicle's paint please do not believe in their "soft touch brushes" marketing and stick to wand washing or touch less

Overall…read morefacility was easy to use however $5.00 to start the system and dial for soap did not provide the soap and water was absolutely freezing. We stopped using it and shut it off. If there is away to adjust the temperature instructions would be and should be posted otherwise a warning sign should be posted. Would love to hear back from you as I said previously system was easy to use but water temperature not suitable for pets. Rating reflects this.
