I'm a Non Commission Officer in the United States Army. Currently stationed in Hawaii. Last year I made a order of a small arrangement for my little 9year old daughter. They charged me about $54 after taxes to deliver it to her school nearby. I called them this year, after checking my bank statement, not only did the guy tell me that I didn't order from them, they told me that the smallest order would be atleast $60 plus $12 delivery fee. This was very unprofessional and I will take my business elsewhere. This business obviously doesn't care about Veterans who serve to protect this country! All of my comrades, Beware!! read more

I was a walk-in today, and the lovely lady helping me took the time to show me several sample arrangements, both online and in the shop, as well as her recently purchased fresh flowers in back. I ordered a birthday bouquet for my mother via their website and when I got a picture of what was actually delivered I was extremely disappointed. It looked cheap and very plain. I spent extra money to have a big, colorful and beautiful bouquet delivered and got something I could have made myself at Safeway. When I called to complain the gentleman argued with me and said he would take them back if I got my money back. Take them back? Actually go back to my mom's house and take the flowers back? You have got to be kidding me. No apology, no attempt to right the wrong and keep the business, just a very confused response from a very rude guy ("but it had purple roses"). Needless to say, I will never use this florist again and I would advise others to find someone else. It's not worth the money or the aggravation. read more

The worst business. I ordered Valentines Day flowers from them yesterday morning to be delivered to my wife. I called and asked about them 2 hours after I ordered and he assured me they'd be delivered close to 5 pm. Which would have been perfect. They called me at 6:30 pm to let me know not only are they not delivering her flowers but that they don't even have them. What a joke. I depended on them. I guess that was my mistake for thinking this business can fulfill their obligations. Because of this I urge people to consider getting their floral needs from a different company. I know my review is long overdue, but I must insist that if anyone is looking for a honest, reputable florist you must visit RAINBOW FLORAL located on Pacific Avenue in Lacey, WA and give them your business. Since moving to Lacey, WA in 2008, I have ordered many floral arrangements for birthdays, anniversaries, funerals, special occasions and for friends who were sick in the hospital. I've even ordered graduation leis, corsages and party centerpieces (graduation/wedding) and for all arrangements no matter what the occasion, the outcome was absolutely BREATHTAKING. There is no other florist found in the Lacey/Olympia area that even comes close to giving the top-notch, professional service that I have received over the years each and everytime. Rainbow Floral is owned by a couple who are so NICE, HUMBLE and AMAZING. The wife (floral designer) really listens to your floral needs and offers suggestions. She will show you pictures to give you a visual of what you ordered so you never leave their shop without knowing what you are getting. She also works with your budget and I know first-hand that she has even put in a little extra at no charge. Her husband (who also does all deliveries), takes all phone orders and will answer any questions you may have. Rainbow Floral is a very clean shop and even offers ready-made arrangements if you wish to walk-in and purchase. After ordering from Rainbow Floral for many years now, I highly recommend Rainbow Floral for all your floral needs.
