A number of booths featured vintage clothing, and home decor, with the full rainbow of small collectibles and ephemera. Also, as an out-of-towner, the directions took me to the front of the store, with only street parking, but there was a parking lot behind the building, and other fun shops in the building. Sergey is a natural born salesman. He isn't the typical, fake personality, pushy, "used car" sales person that customers tend to shy away from. Rather Serg is quite the opposite, as he is relatable and easy to talk to. With his extensive knowledge of your product, Sergey guided us to make the purchase that best fit our family's wants, needs, and budget. He is a true asset to Bob's Discount Furniture. Both my husband and I feel as though our trip to Bob's was a success. We were able to purchase a high quality mattress, with zero stress/headaches, at an affordable price. We decided to walk around and low and behold we were only asked once if we wanted help. Once we checked everything out and decided to buy, we asked a nice woman if she could help us. She sent over an associate who listened and did not have the need to be on a full time sales pitch. We happy purchased two sofas, a leather recliner and a swivel recliner and are happy with the new friends we made. He was very honest and showed me all around the whole warehouse. I left on that day, but have returned many times since then! I've purchased a power recliner sofa that sells for twice the cost. I also bought the chair that goes with it. That was four years ago. The sofa and chair were, and still are excellent pieces of furniture that have served me and my family very well. Everyone who sits on them remarks how much they like them. I bought a very nice leather recliner chair and a separate leather ottoman from Scott on another visit last year. I've referred friends that I talk to that tell me their in the market for furniture or mattresses. I decided to write this review because I'm now looking to buy both a Queen and full size mattress for my daughters bedrooms, and possibly adding a new sofa to our living room. We found a Craigslist ad for a brown leather Clyde tufted sofa. It looked good and we drove 50…read moreminutes west to see it. It was a gamble that paid off. The sofa was brand new. It was new and priced $999 marked down from the Macy's price of $2999! Furniture Now stores their leather sofas, ottomans and chairs in a big unheated old mill building. They have some others a mile away in a trailer type building. If you visit the mill building in winter, wear warm clothes. Bring a flashlight to accurately see the color of the furniture and feel free to take a cushion outside to see the real color which is what we did before buying. They recommended delivery by Braveheart Moving. Brad is the owner. He charged $150 to deliver the very large sofa to us which was a great deal. Brad did a great job setting up the sofa and removing the packing material. If you're up for an adventure and want to save a lot of money on leather furniture. Check this place out.
