Forrest came to our house On Time and was Superb. He did a walk through with us to look at each area we wanted cleaned. He was very professional and used a laser to measure square footage, thus No Questions about square footage. He took the time to tell us about the products used and the techniques used. We were informed about challenging areas and what to expect regarding the cleaning of our 28 year old light colored carpet. We are Thrilled ! Forrest did an Excellent job cleaning our carpet and it looks as good as it did on day one of installation! Secondly, Forrest was professional, respectful, careful and competent. Our carpet is beige but he was able to remove a couple of 6-12month old red wine stains which were about 1-2oz spills. We also had lots of play dough imbedded on the carpet that our kids stomped on, mysterious kids snacks, black make-up doodles, etc. we don't take our shoes off nor do we tell others to remove their shoes so there's that plus active kids in and out of the house....we were impressed how nice and clean our carpet turned out after he was finished.
