I signed up for the annual maintenance plan to save money. He made good recommendations based on my needs and concerns of my allergies. Much appreciated! 2026 update - our heat pump stopped working and needed replacement parts. I paid for them to send a tech to diagnose it and they followed through with the work which is under the 10-year warranty. Tech, Hagen was very nice and professional and made sure to answer all of my questions. Kudos to the office staff, Brittny, Erin and everyone who took my calls while I was eagerly waiting for parts & repair. They treated me very kindly and proactively communicated each step of the way. I hope that this fix lasts a long time, or at least until we upgrade to a newer, more environmentally friendly unit.

They were absolutely amazing and answered the other hundred questions that I had throughout the day. Everything was very professional. They cleaned up everything very well when they were done you couldn't even tell they were there. I was very impressed with our experience with CM Heating and will definitely use them in the future for everything we need.

Why did I agree to the third appointment? Because the owner promised us a full refund PLUS $1000 if they didn't show for the last appointment. Despite them not showing for the last appointment, and sending me an email stating they would be sending me a check, it never showed up. I've tried calling, texting, and emailing them to resolve the issue, but they're definitely ignoring the problem. This was months ago, and to date, I've not received the service we paid for, received a refund, or even received a reply about the issue. We're now out hundreds of dollars, and I missed three full days of work for nothing.

Scott came and spent about 2 hours working on our heat pump, furnace, and descaling our tankless water heater. He was very organized and had the right equipment for the jobs in his truck. Good sense of humor, but also good advice around how to best upkeep those systems in my house. I ended up getting a discount by purchasing this year's service and next year's together. I had Firelight come out for an unusual reason: to determine if the masonry monstrosity in the…read morecenter of my home was an original thermal mass heating system, and IF SO, to check the chimney to determine if it is safe to use the firebox in the basement. I found the company to be very professional, all the way from first contact, several calls to schedule, and through to to arrival. The tech was on time and followed instructions to call 5-minutes out so I could corral my protective German Shepherd. The tech was impressively knowledgeable about ancient heating systems, and did a thorough inspection of the masonry and mortar on all three floors and gave me wise advice, which I very much appreciated. I was surprised the tech knew about thermal mass heating that was common in the 1800's to about the mid 1920's. I think he enjoyed getting an unusual service call. Nothing was broken, I just needed confirmation of my suspicion, a chimney/mortar inspection, and advice on safety. I had them do a full inspection on this...monstrosity. Note there is NO FIREPLACE--there has never been one, but there IS a firebox and clean out in the BASEMENT! SEE PHOTOS and descriptions for details. Turns out--this thing IS an original heating system from 1920. Thermal Mass. It was used by building a small hot fire in the basement firebox, load some coal, and let it go. The heat is captured in the brick and held like a battery, released over time. The main floor section is a SOLID MASS OF BRICK. There was never a fireplace there. When the fire burns down, the warm bricks give off heat on the main floor for 8-10 more hours. Thermal Mass Heating. --Rightly, I was advised it's not a good idea to use it, but in case of an emergency... I could. It will still work as intended and the chimney is safe for occasional emergency use. --Later, in the 1940's, someone tied into the flue on the main floor for a wood stove, then in the 1960's that was closed off when natural gas was installed, along with cast iron baseboards--heated by a gas boiler. Hydronic heat via cast iron baseboards is the Best Heat Ever. No blowing air. Just Warm, Penetrating Deep Warmth. Hydronic Radiant Heat heats OBJECTS, not air. THANK YOU FUSE!!!

Two very hard working women showed up and cleaned relentlessly, every surface in my house sparkles. I was already sold halfway through on going with them for regular cleaning, and they just kept going. That said, I'm unfortunately pretty disappointed with the actual service. When scheduling, I specifically explained that I was looking for a deep cleaning of the carpeted stairs and hallways. I also asked beforehand whether furniture could be moved and was told that it could be. Once he arrived, however, moving the furniture was never mentioned again, and I probably should have spoken up about it at the time. What surprised me most was the cleaning process itself. He used a hand vacuum, sprayed the carpets with cleaning solutions from spray bottles, then went over them with what appeared to be a standard Shark vacuum and another machine that, as far as I could tell, didn't use water or perform the type of extraction/deep cleaning I was expecting. The entire service took less than an hour and cost $180. To his credit, the carpets did smell better afterward, and he was very nice throughout the visit. He even recognized my screen name and jokingly mentioned that he'd wondered what kind of customer I might be...which was actually pretty funny. Thankfully, I promise I'm less terrifying in person. But ultimately, my family and I weren't happy with the final result. For $180 and a service described as a deep clean, I expected a noticeably deeper level of carpet cleaning than what we received. Instead, I was left with the unfortunate feeling that I could have rented a carpet-cleaning machine and achieved a more thorough result myself for considerably less money. I don't enjoy leaving negative reviews, especially when the person providing the service was genuinely nice. But friendliness and results are two different things. I appreciated him coming out and enjoyed talking with him; I just don't feel the service I received matched what I understood I was paying for.

I'm a retired military so it's safe to say that I'm detail oriented when it comes to jobs. I hired PNW Fresh Air to clean the air and duct system on my newly renovated house full of construction dust and debris. I chose their move in package and their performance exceeded my expectations. THE STAFF: The staff arrived promptly in their uniform, was courteous, polite and very professional. They were efficient in performing the task and was very accommodating on answering all my questions. They were truly experts on their field. They wear protective coverings on their shoes upon entering my home so as not to mess up my floor which was recently cleaned. PLUS POINTS: Shabtay (the owner), also showed up prior to the work to brief his staff on the job at hand and ensures all materials needed are readily available. He patiently explains what the objectives they are trying to accomplish and answers all the questions I have. Furthermore, he turned my water heater on even though it's not in the scope of job. That is a big plus for me. THE WORK: The work done fulfill my satisfaction. I enjoy watching them work thoroughly and efficiently, No cutting corners, one at a time with great detail. Just see below before and after pictures. No need to say more. ABOVE AND BEYOND: The staff went the extra mile to tape hoses touching the water heater to avoid safety issues even though not part of the work they came in for. They also fixed my fireplace (which was off for a long time) and lit the pilot on. These showed that these guys not only take pride on their work but was also concerned about your needs and safety. These gestures really showed you something. In summary, I will be hiring them on all of my furnace, heating and a/c needs. The price is fair and is hard to find dedicated personnel like them. Disappointed Returning Customer - Poor Service and Unprofessional Behavior I'm a returning customer of PNW Fresh Air and had previously been satisfied with their services. Unfortunately, this recent experience was extremely disappointing and has completely changed my perception of the company, particularly due to how the owner, Shabi, handled the situation. I hired them for the move-in package, which included cleaning services and an AC maintenance package. There was clear confusion between Shabi and his employee regarding the scope of work--especially around the AC unit. I specifically expected the interior cleaning and maintenance of the AC unit, which was outlined in the package. Instead, Shabi called me and, rather than listening or clarifying, was shockingly rude and confrontational. He insisted that his team isn't responsible for making the unit "look aesthetic" and escalated the conversation unnecessarily. When I calmly mentioned I'd leave honest feedback online, he accused me of threatening him with a review--a red flag for any customer-centric business. To make matters worse, the quality of the service was subpar. Despite the interior AC cleaning being part of the package, the unit was still left dirty, as visible in the photos I shared. When I brought this up to the on-site team, there was no interest in correcting the issue or ensuring a positive customer experience. It felt like they were only focused on getting paid quickly and leaving, with no regard for quality or customer satisfaction. Sadly, this no longer feels like a company that values its customers. I cannot recommend PNW Fresh Air to anyone looking for reliable service, professional conduct, or a business that stands behind its work. I will not be using them again. read more

I don't think I can say enough great things about Shabi and Ian. I called PNW Air because our bathroom had a horrific odor coming from the vent. Since we recently purchased our home we did not know what the ducts looked like and opted for the "Move In Special" to have a deep cleaning of our ducts and furnace. I instantly noticed how Shabi took pride in his work taking before and after photos to show my Husband and I...and what a difference! He also took the time to teach us how to use our archaic thermostat. He mentioned that we should have a digital one put in to replace the ancient one. I asked him if he could provide that service and he said he could but it would be cheaper for us if we just purchased one on Amazon and put it in ourselves as it is an easy process. He then proceeded to again take the time to teach us how to properly put in the vents in our furnace, explain how it works and what type, size and affordable vents to purchase. After all was done, the odor was still in the bathroom so Shabi went in to inspect our crawlspace and found the culprit. He offered us an affordable solution we could do on our own instead of hiring someone who would charge us upwards of $500.00. He also got on my Amazon account and helped me order exactly what I needed, then explained what we needed to do to remedy the problem. Shabi is extremely knowledgeable, professional and honest and I am so happy we hired him. He just earned a life long customer with us and we plan on having him do the annual cleaning of our ducts from now on. BEST VALUE! Unlike other promotions, these guys clean your entire system, including your return vents. This isn't some kid with a scrubber brush who will be in & out in 15 minutes; this is a team of pros who devote a couple hours to deep cleaning your whole hvac system using both brushing and negative pressure methods. Other companies don't include cleaning your return vents in their upfront price; these guys do! And in my case, the return vents were the filthiest of all! Shabi took 'before' pictures of my return vents and showed me the dark colored mold, mildew, and bacterial growth that had accumulated and then showed me the amazing after photos. Before you fall for another company's promotion and ultimately end up spending more money for inferior service, give these guys a chance to earn your business. They are the most honest upfront and offer the most competitive pricing in the greater Seattle area. read more

I would highly recommend PNW Fresh Air. We needed duct cleaning done on an older home. Other cleaners we have had in the past were not nearly as thorough as PNW Fresh Air. Their pricing is competitive and actually well worth it considering their customer service and communication. They gave us a two hour window when they would arrive and were punctual. When you had dealt with a lot of contractors like I have, that is very appreciated. Shabi not only cleaned the vents, but discovered that one of the vents was not hooked up. He went in our crawl space and reattached the living room vent for no extra fee. Luckily he did because he found that our dryer vent was completely rotted underneath and needed replacing. He was also able to show us pictures. We will continue to use PNW Fresh Air for all our vent cleanings, crawl space and attic insulation needs. They are fantastic! read more

Shabi and his team did such a fantastic job cleaning our air ducts and dryer vents! He had a quote to us quickly and showed up right on time for our appointment! Shabi and his helper were extremely patience with our two kids and dog while they worked and their technique seemed very thorough. I appreciated their attention to detail and respect of our home with their shoe protectors and cleaning up after themselves. We were expecting to have dust bunnies around each vent after the cleaning but there were none to be found! In addition to doing their job well, Shabi went above and beyond with helping us solve a bird nest issue in our dryer vent. We just moved into a new condo that used to be a rental unit. Pretty sure they never used a filter for the furnace and it was very dirty and dusty. Called up pnw fresh air based on their Yelp reviews. They were scheduled to arrive 3 - 5pm and arrived at 3 or so (calling ahead of time to give me a heads up). Avi and the crew were friendly and professionals. Very helpful and explaining every step and procedures. Took them about 2 hours to Cleaned our heating vents Dryer vent and tune up the furnace . I bought a new clothes dryer but could not have it installed until I had my current unsafe venting system re-done. While the appliance company told me what needed to be done, finding someone to do the work was not easy! I wanted a company accredited with the BBB and finally found PNW Fresh Air. I called them, sent them pictures, they came out and gave me a bid and did the work....which was not all that easy. Shabi came out to clean our dryer vent and he ended up finding the duct had become disconnected from the vent in our attic. He fixed it up and cleared the blockage in the vent. After cleaning the vent he asked if we have ever had our air ducts cleaned. The house is is only 4 years old, so we had not. Shabi was able to show us the state the ducts were in, they had so much construction debri from the house being built, I could hardly belive it. Having Shabi come put to clean the air ducts next. Shabtay and his assistant are both very polite and are able to get the job done efficiently. I then asked if they could also quote me on routine maintenance for our furnace. They could have easily charged me for an added service, but told me they had a fall special for doing both jobs together that was $30 less than what they had quoted me for just the HVAC work! Says a lot about them, I think. Of course, it's the actual work that matters most. My service tech, Matt, called enroute and gave me an accurate time of arrival. He was very professional and even showed how to do periodic cleaning. He found a leak in our furnace that needed a small repair. He did the repair with no additional charge. This company is great. I've already put them in my calendar for next year's routine maintenance and I would definitely call them if I had any other issue before then.

I went to check the air filter to see what kind of filter I needed to purchase in the future. Imagine my surprise when I saw this filter just floating in the filter frame. There was plenty of gap for air to just go around the filter and straight into the blower. I called them for the annual maintenance on my tankless water heater in a townhouse that's notoriously hard to find (tucked down an alley and a flight of stairs). The technician arrived on time but initially couldn't locate the unit. Instead of giving up or charging me for a wasted trip, he waited patiently while I guided him in by phone. Once he found the place, he flushed the system, cleaned a pretty clogged inlet filter, and made sure everything was running perfectly. A couple of days later my tenant noticed the hot water was taking a little longer than usual to come on. I texted A-Game after hours expecting to hear back the next day, but they replied almost immediately, walked me through the tenant with a quick reset over the phone, No extra charge, no attitude -- just solid customer service. It's rare to find a plumbing company that combines technical skill with this level of patience and responsiveness, especially for rental properties where little issues can turn into big headaches fast. A-Game handled everything like pros and saved me a lot of stress. If you need plumbing or heating work done in the area, these guys are absolutely worth calling. Five stars without hesitation!
