They are very easy to schedule service with, and were able to pick up an 11+ foot wide rug to take it to be cleaned. Very timely, professional and courteous service. They were also able to repair several areas of dry rot the last time we had the rug cleaned and were able to replace the fringe. They even died it with tea to match the original fringe that was removed. This is a white glove service type of business that I would recommend to anyone that needs rugs/carpet/upholstery cleaned, and the only business I would trust with my antique rug.

Once I measured out the carpet and realized I'd need to run a seam across the length of one of the rooms, I realized I was in over my head for a DIY project. I called him in the afternoon and had an appointment scheduled by that evening for the following week. He was communicative about the project, transparent about pricing, and provided great customer service along the way. Forrest came to our house On Time and was Superb. He did a walk through with us to look at each area we wanted cleaned. He was very professional and used a laser to measure square footage, thus No Questions about square footage. He took the time to tell us about the products used and the techniques used. We were informed about challenging areas and what to expect regarding the cleaning of our 28 year old light colored carpet. We are Thrilled !
