Returned today. She never put them out and she never tagged them never inventoried them so she asked me to look in a boxful and try to find them. They are my wife's pocketbooks.I didn't know. Maybe they were there maybe not. She said "didn't know who left them". So they were un shown thus unsold. She is either dishonest or she has no idea how to run a business. If I could give her less than one star I would. She is open when she feels like it.

My daughter is 13 so I gave her a budget of about $100 but let her choose. When she came out after a few minutes she said she really wanted to get me a bracelet but it was about $25 more than I had given her. No biggie, I gave her more and they came out with a blue lace stone and sterling silver bracelet with a toggle clasp. It was slightly too small, so the owner put another stone on the end and said she wouldn't charge me. Halfway thru the year the toggle clasp wore away down to brass. I was pretty surprised since the shop people and the receipt said sterling silver. I brought it back to the owner when I visited this summer and asked for the toggle to be changed out for a sterling one. She said she would charge me $30 to replace it, claiming just because the bracelet was advertised as sterling it only meant the beads between the stones were silver, not the clasp. She I.formed me that by replacing the real clasp with the cheap plated one was now not part of the original price, since she enlarged it for me. She was so haughty and abrupt I just left, not wanting to giver her any additional business. The whole experience was deceptive especially since it involved children.

She wanted a real ring like mommy, not a plastic one. Surprisingly after trying on many... the employee found a size 2 that fits her index finger. She was beyond excited. We found cute hand made cards as well, we'd gladly stop in here again. Customer service is very important to me, and this store oozes it.
