I brought my necklace in that I had bought in Greece for just a simple link repair. What I received back was the eye of the necklace completely destroyed as well as the link now somehow shorter??? More issues than when I brought it in. On top of that they tried to pass it off on me the first time and I refused to take it until it was fixed. So on the second day (after receiving no call to pick it up...) they present me with it still destroyed and somehow worse. They asked if they could keep it again and I said no way in hell. Take your business elsewhere if you want your jewelry to look like how you bought it.
