My boyfriend called inquiring a wheel chair for me. I'm sitting next to him while he has the phone on speaker. Terry was helping us over the phone and she needed my height and weight for the correct size of wheel chair. My boyfriend shares my height and she responds with "oh she's SHORT" yes thank you I knew that and then she ask about my weight.. and then says "oh she's CHUNKY" I felt that was very inappropriate commentary about somebody especially while it's a work phone call. read more

I purchased a wheelchair for my wife over a month ago. They have not called me back concerning where the wheelchair is. I have tried calling multiple times to check on it and no one seems to know what is going on. I know it's a holiday weekend, but if they don't answer the phone on Monday I will be demanding a full refund. My wife fell again two days ago. The loaner they gave us is not working...too small. We had a very positive experience buying several pieces of equipment over the past year. We had no trouble with purchase. Staff was exceedingly polite and helpful. Amy helped us with purchase and assembly and sent follow up text. She worked with me via text when I was out of state. Horrible customer service. I simply tried to call for assistance in getting reimbursement from my insurance company and Pauline was an absolute nightmare to deal with. I have been trying to get a medical bed for my husband using Rainbow Medical Supply since April....and we are still waiting for delivery. I do not understand how in the world they stay in business! They just lead you on forever and ever. I cannot recommend this company. read more

not good. twice i've tried to use their service. all they needed was my insurance and ID. they refused my prescription for a wheelchair unless my granddaughter signed for it. then i needed a walker and it was completely covered by my insurance. they wanted to charge me for the seat and brakes. beware read more

Rainbow medical is very unprofessional both to their staff as well as their clients. Patients requiring Durable Medical Equipment are treated as a burden, that they simply do not have time for. Claims are filed incorrectly, which seriously delays the process of getting policy holder the equipment their insurance provides . The owner is uncooperative and seems unaware of proper claims filing procedures. This problem puts disabled patients at risk who are depending upon walkers, wheelchairs, CPAP machines to assist in their everyday lives. Contact your Insurance company to find another Durable Medical Equipment Company. Rainbow Medical is a waste of your time! read more

These people suck. They cant fill the simplest order. They show no concern for the people who come to them for the products they are suppose to sell. The couldn't even get a medium hernia truss. And they took three weeks to call and tell me that. Do not bother going to them for anything. 0 ( zero) is the rating they deserve. read more

I couldn't agree more with the negative reviews already listed here. I too have heard the owner yell at the staff and even their customers. They are incredibly rude, highly unorganized, and seriously unprofessional. Stay away this place it is horrible!!! I recommend complaining to your health care provider - this place place needs to be shut down. read more

They have not been helpful at all for CPAP supplies and don't seem to be familiar with government regulations. stating we would have to spend thousands of dollars to start the entire process all over again and rent a new machine again for another year just to get basic supplies, really? read more

if i could i would give no stars this company is not even worth the time it takes to dial their number. the owner is a lunatic i got yelled at after going to get my Dad a new mask for his sleep apnia machine now i been through USMC boot camp and been yelled at in my face by my drill instructor going to that office and the owner screaming at me in the way she did made me think i was in boot camp.... i go in later being i needed a cane asap and had seen them there i live not that far and was in a rush to get a cane before a business trip, so i went there and she was nice as nice can be. overcharged me but it was the price i had to pay for convince and speed to go on my trip. as for my fathers machine well he got a antique that was so old i had to buy him a brand new one being it was so old and out of date the mask could not be replaced none made them so while on a business trip i bought my dad one while on the mainland and was given a fully modern one when i showed them a photo of the machine i had they said that it was a antique when he received it yet his medical paid almost the same i did for his new machine and that was years ago don't go there go to the other medical company's read more
