I watched from the sidelines both the workers try to help the woman and her daughter but it seemed all the woman wanted to do was argue witb the workers. When the worker mentioned the product was dirty and the box was missing, the woman got super defensive and all the worker was telling the woman was now that it's dirty, and more than a week, they needed the original box, or a date to look up the sale, she just continued to argue with the employees. -- I was present in the store & the woman is wrong. Even after that customer left, the workers helped me with a smile and even apologized to me for me having to witness such behavior.

A year later I needed to replace a bed that had not fared well in my move, and again found the best deal here, after looking at literally every place that sells beds in the vicinity of Hilo. This is a homegrown, mom-and-pop operation run by folks who are really sweet and helpful. Next time I need furniture, this will definitely be the first place I look. They also carry musical instruments, but I'm not qualified to comment on those.
