The pictures of our rental (Hotel Creek) were good, clear, and actual representations of where we were staying. It wasn't the My Space syndrome where you can barely see what you get. The cabin had all of the supplies we needed and was well stocked with kitchen supplies, bedding, towels, etc. It was cleaned well before we arrived. We will use tese folks to secure another cabin rental in the future.

I've tried to work with them multiple times with a solution and they won't answer my questions or work with me at all. I have contacted Airbnb about policies and Rental Advisors has repeatedly lied about Airbnbs policies. They have ample time to cancel and rebook this cabin and can refund anyone at anytime. Very unprofessional way to rent and run rentals through Airbnb. On top of all of this they try and get you to sign up for rental insurance......which is more than likely another scam.

The man that helped us was very informational and told us what trails were the best and where not to go. They are very responsive and have a great fleet of UTV styles and number of seat choices. We did most of the trails in a half day. 052 and 060 aka Meadow creek trail are absolutely beautiful. The trout pond at Big Springs is right down the road and really fun. You can bring some bread to feed the trout. Don't attempt too many puddles as you don't want to get stuck if you are there in the rainy season.

I was so able to access the Dropbox by calling the telephone number provided and someone picked up on the first call. Was also happy to know that a grocery store was available. Literally walking distance equivalent to maybe two blocks but a 2-minute drive. And their laundry service is available 24 hours. But make sure you have change because there's no change machine. But if you go to the office during office hours, they're able to provide you with quarters if you need them exchanged. The condo had everything that I needed and as other reviewers mentioned, if you're going to be there for a while, might be mindful to bring Ziploc bags to store your food in. I will highly recommend this place even though cuz I flew and JAC airport.

I made a mistake with my booking by booking 2 separate nights in 2 separate cabins, but she had already fixed it! We had our two nights in the same cabin without having to move! We had cabin # 6 and it is so nice. Expected something rustic, but very modern and cute! We didn't have a lot of food, so ran down to Phillips 66 in my car (at the end of old shotgun road) to get some things. We were able to get a lot of items we needed! We grilled a pizza on the grill, watched a little TV, which means we watched the Stanley Cup championships. The bedroom was really dark in the woods, so sleeping was so easy. We enjoyed the area and the cabin very much. We would stay here again and probably will.

The view from the front porch is stunning-over looking snowcapped mountains and evergreen trees. The interior of the house is SO cozy and brand new! The owner is very handy and built the house himself. The cabinets, bedroom furniture is all homemade from wood, the work is really beautiful. Stainless steel appliances, flat screen tv, brand new bathroom, washer/dryer. This is the perfect place to call home after a long day of Montana adventures! Prices are very reasonable, too. We stayed in the 2 bedroom, 1 bath "Creekside" cottage and I believe it was just $220/night! The super 8 motel down the street charges $250/room. There is a front and back porch. Back porch looks over small bubbling stream. It is very relaxing! Highly recommend Brook Trout Inn!

We cooked all our dinners at the cabin because W Yellowstone is expensive when it comes to dinner. It has WiFi and Direct TV. Has a nice gas fire place to keep you warm. Our stay was the 2nd week of September so we were going into fall weather and it snow one day. I definitely would stay there again. Bill was a great host!!!

The pics on VRBO are many years old.The Pics depict clear access to lake front and is the reason we chose this home for our group of eight. We were there July 3-6th, 2017. We wanted to be able to launch kayaks from the lake front backyard. but was horribly overgrown with weeds, brush and trees.The home has bats living in the upstairs attics, which management was well aware of and never disclosed to us. Two main doors leading to back deck are completely broken, management also aware and never disclosed to us (fire hazard). The property was infested with mosquitos, you cannot be outside even with mosquito repellent. We are very aware of lake front properties that have mosquitos, but this was an infestation that we have never experienced. Beautiful home but has maintenance issues.After heated argument with management I would advise making sure all maintenance issues are resolved in this rental home before spending thousands on your vacation.Feel free to private message me I will send you the pics and the conversations regarding this rental.
