I didn't have time to go to my usual nail salon, so I decided to stop by Raindrops since it was on the way to where I was going. There were some things that were great and other things that weren't. Pros: -Quick service. I didn't have to wait to get my manicure (and it was pretty busy) -Nail Tech was friendly -Nice facility -They have the heat/light dryers so my nails dried much faster than they normally do -Prices are reasonable ($15 for manicure) -Nails looked really nice. She did a good job of painting them Cons: -My nail tech did not do a good job of cutting my cuticles. She cut my cuticle too deep which caused it to bleed on one of my fingers and some of the other cuticles were not cut enough so I had to go back and trim them myself -My nail polish didn't last very long. It started to chip after 2 days -I wasn't offered anything to drink and didn't see the fridge until I was walking out the door Overall the experience was ok, but I will continue to go to my usual place.

I should have went to my usual nail salon...the only reason why I came to this one is because it's 5 minutes from my house and I was in desperate need to get my nails and toes done....bad decision. I guess because I went late to get my nails done that the job was terrible. Definitely wasn't worth $70...i will not be back because one thing I hate is WASTING MY MONEY!!!!!

This place tends to stay busy busy busy! Niki, the salon owner does a fantastic job- but she is typically booked. Kim is the best! She takes her time, and is customer service oriented. Overall, with the exception of a couple of people, the staff here does a great job. Not the "fanciest" nail salon around - but my nails cost me an average of $40 for a powder fill set.

I found my new nail salon. This is probably one of the cleanest fill ins I've had ever. Perfect length, great color selection, and calm atmosphere. I love that they didn't force services on me (gel polish, longer/shorter length, pedicure etc). I simply told them what I wanted and it was done...& done quickly! I went to Vu! Definitely coming back.

Decided to go to Raindrops, coz it was the closest to my place. I'm usually super picky the way my nails are done, especially the quality of the nail job!!! Overall I'm satisfied with my nails, even though they kind of hurt from being so thinned out after filing. Nail techs were nice! They offered me a drink and even a snack. I also had to be at my job interview and I was in a rush, so two nails techs were working on both of my hands. If I wasn't in a rush, I think they would've done a better job on cleaning up the access of the powder under my nails. But no excuses for real. They should be at whatever they are doing even in the fast pace environment. I also noticed that they barely sanitized their equipment, so hopefully they see my comment and take that into consideration!!!

Square shaped French tip nails

Asked for a basic French tip set which cost over $50. The set after less than a week looks like an old set of nails and the environment was not that comfortable. It looks like a rush job. Product was not worth the price.

I rarely have an opportunity to go out and treat myself due to my busy work schedule, I finally go out and I am extremely disappointed. I spent $85 and even tipped $25 because I just don't feel right not tipping. But I can tell you this was not worth my money or time. Staff is friendly but quality is not good at all. I will not be returning such a disappointment.

My new place and closer to home. I love how Cindy did my nails and pedicure.. will definitely be returning!!

I go with Sam or Tony for my mani and with Vee for my pedi and they always do a wonderful job! The very last time I went, Vee wasn't available, and I got my pedi done by someone else. Let's just say that from now on I will make sure she's there for my pedicure! I am happy with Milano Nails in Pearland, and am glad I finally found a place close to my new home!

My young children purchased a gift card for me at the beginning of April for my birthday, and just a few weeks later, the business was sold with no notice to customers. When I tried to use the gift cards, I was told they would not be honored, with no exceptions and no grace period. While I understand that ownership changes happen, it's incredibly frustrating that a business could purchase an existing business, and would refuse to stand behind purchases made just weeks prior. There was no communication, no transition period, and no effort to make things right for customers who supported the business in good faith. The new owners stated that the other Milano locations would honor the gift cards - that is not true. All are independently owned. At a minimum, a short grace period would have shown respect for loyal and LOCAL customers. Instead, this experience left me feeling taken advantage of and unlikely to return.

Tuscan Villa has become my go to nail salon since moving back to the west side of town. I had…read morebrowsed salons on Yelp before deciding to try Tuscan Villa. Once again, Yelp did not steer me wrong. They prefer for customers to make an appointment, however they will take walk-ins. The first time I visited, I walked in and didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes (probably because it was at lunch time on a Friday). I've scheduled appointments on their website as well as on the phone. The site is pretty straight forward to use and it will send you a reminder of your appointment. I usually get pedicures, but I have done a basic manicure as well. Tina is my preferred nail tech. She's very sweet and gentle. She hasn't cut or knicked my cuticles. I personally prefer a more quiet experience when I'm getting my nails done and Tina keeps the talking to a minimum. She always offers me a beverage too which is nice. They have a decent sized waiting area with adequate seating. The waiting area has never been crowded when I've visited. They also have a full bar. Sometimes, the staff will offer snacks like nuts, cookies, or crackers. One time they even had Jello shots lol. The staff is always so friendly and professional. This is probably one of the best nail salons that I've been to in Pearland.

The service itself was going to cost $75, and I already spent $24 on transportation to get here. When I arrived, I was told that the nail technicians had already left because no customers were there. I find this very unprofessional. If the business is open until 7:00 PM, I would expect at least one or two technicians to remain available during posted business hours, or the business should indicate that it is no longer accepting customers. The open sign was still on, which made it appear that services were still available. To make matters worse, I now have to pay for another Uber to travel to a different nail salon, adding even more unexpected expense and inconvenience. As a business owner myself, and someone with a background in management, I believe business hours should be honored and customers should be able to rely on the hours that are posted. I wanted to share my experience so others are aware. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be returning
