Once again, Yelp did not steer me wrong. They prefer for customers to make an appointment, however they will take walk-ins. The first time I visited, I walked in and didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes (probably because it was at lunch time on a Friday). I've scheduled appointments on their website as well as on the phone. The site is pretty straight forward to use and it will send you a reminder of your appointment. I usually get pedicures, but I have done a basic manicure as well. Tina is my preferred nail tech. She's very sweet and gentle. She hasn't cut or knicked my cuticles. I personally prefer a more quiet experience when I'm getting my nails done and Tina keeps the talking to a minimum. She always offers me a beverage too which is nice. They have a decent sized waiting area with adequate seating. The waiting area has never been crowded when I've visited. They also have a full bar.
