I was going to another nail salon and I wasn't happy but they got the job done and then I saw by Neil salon on the way to the nail salon. I called and asked if they were open and available. They said you have to brand new and they have availabilities And then when I heard the voice I said oh is it black owned? She said yes ma'am. So first of all yes. Second of all the place is absolutely astounding. I've done my nails three times and each time had been amazing. I was showing some pictures here in different scenarios after a long period of time of each of the three nails. The ambience is absolutely phenomenal. The owner was so courtesy and accommodating as soon as we walked in. My daughters nail tech was Kate, and she took time with my daughter and made her feel special, Kate asked my opinion on everything. My daughter loves her nails and feet. While I love my nails and Kate did a great job I really don't like that the business was not up front with the cost. I anticipated spending $65 for a hard gel full set and ended up paying $112 dollars before tip. This was because to get any color is $20 plus $5 for any shape. I did a natural shape not coffin or stiletto or almond just a plain shape. Then saw that there was another $15 charge to remove the original gel plus sales tax. I'm a fan of transparent pricing and really was disappointed in the extra additional costs at the end . read more

I made an appointment for a pedicure at 11:30 on a Friday. I showed up at 11:25 and was checked in. Around 11:50 someone told me my nail tech would be with me shortly. I walked out at 12:05 without ever being sat in a nail chair let alone actually getting my nails done. Super disappointed. read more

She treated my natural nails before application with such care (and that's VERY rare these days) and did a much needed cuticle remover. I showed her the design I wanted, and she executed!!!!! I stumbled into Vibe Nails, and the first person I met was the owner Shay who was very pleasant and inviting. I went on to book a Pedi and full set and the service was very relaxing. I had a small issue with my Pedi- polish and Shay went above and beyond to make sure I left happy. I did just that, great customer service is always key for me because in life issues will arise but how you handle them is what matters most. First and last appointment ever. I'm new to this side of town and have been looking for a new nail place so I was really looking forward to trying this place out. I wanted a new reliable nail place and this one is not it. I had a 9am appointment and called at 9:02 to say my ETA was 8min (9:10am arrival) and was told that unfortunately today we only have a 10 min wait "because of Beyoncé" lollllll so they have an unreliable grace period that can be arbitrarily moved at their whim to accommodate whatever they want regardless of how that impacts customers. How nice. They still charged me a $50 fee for not showing up. Never recommending this to anyone in the area at all. read more
