The staff is extremely welcoming and attentive. I love the complementary drinks & and snack. They include a wide range of services in which package you pick. Steven did my pedicure and Max did my manicure. I got gel-x with design (cat eye) for my manicure and shellac for my pedicure. Overall I would say that my nails came out okay. The shaping could've been better! The nails look "lifted" when you look at it from the side view. What mainly bothered me was the fact that Max did not use sterilized tools on my hands. The equipment did not come from the blue sterilize bag. I saw him just grab the cuticle trimmer and nail chippers directly from his box. I'm a bit of a germ freak and that truly bothered me. Steven tools however were sterilize because I saw him rip open the sterile bag and take the tools out. Overall, I would come back but I'll probably request a different technician to work on my nails. I moved back to Houston last year and have been looking for a new nail tech ever since. I like my nails to naturally grow out otherwise they feel weird and take getting used to. I do a lot of typing so that can be extremely annoying. The hardest thing is finding a nail tech that can put an gel-builder overlay on my nails when they are short and still make them look good. I have a wide nail bed so most times people make my nails look like I have chicklets glued to my fingers. I dont remember if I found this place on IG or TikTok but decided to give them a try. KK and Kim were amazing. I came back three weeks later for my birthday and it was not a fluke. The staff also surprised me by singing happy birthday. It was super cute. I will definitely be rebooking. Just a note: I usually go get my nails done at off times to avoid crowds and parking is usually decent (can find a spot without waiting but lot is pretty full). This was my first time coming in for a gel manicure and was immediately welcomed by a relaxing ambiance and front desk attendant. The music is soothing, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff are extremely friendly. I believe my nail tech was 'Aly', she was so kind, and continuously made sure that I was satisfied throughout each step of my manicure. That said, I've never experienced such meticulous and professional nail prep ever, it really is a game changer. Aly made sure I felt comfortable and actually liked my nail shape, polish, and that I was comfortable. My nails turned out unbelievably beautiful. Was immediately greeted upon walking in by the owner & manager who confirmed what I was looking for. Walked to pedicure chair and given an extensive menu of complimentary drinks (alcohol & non) plus services to choose from. I got their Pineapple Bahama Mama and Plush Signature pedicure plus gel X extensions. It's your usual two people working on you at a time situation. My mani girl was Alison, a delight. Perfectionist and friendly. Tim was on pedi and had me sliding out of the chair from relaxation. You get two free alcoholic drinks, an egg roll, fruit cup, plus 5 min chair massage after. My Physical therapist recommended Plush Nail Bar when I asked about her nails. I was in need of a refill of Builder Gel after almost 3 months after breaking my wrist . I called and mentioned my situation and I got an appointment that day. I felt like I was treated like royalty. They even offered a little fruit snack and something to drink. My nails look great. My go to techs are Allison for my gel builder and Annie for me shellac pedi. Annie is fabulous! She leaves my nails flawless. I can show her any design or inspiration picture and she executes every time! She's quite popular so book in advance! Annie is amazing! She is so thorough, and precise! Her shellac is flawless and she gives the very best massages! My God, this woman could put me to sleep. She takes her time, focuses solely on you and is genuinely sweet as well. DO NOT GO HERE: Worst experience I ever had in my life: inconsistent work and the quality is terrible. Annie worked on my nails and did a terrible job with my manicure and pedicure, there was someone who was doing my toes (Steven) and he was literally hurting me and had no experience what so ever.
