If I could give this salon negative stars I would. Worst, I mean WORST nail job that I have EVER had! I came in for a full set and wanted ombré pink and white nails, and I left with the worst attempt I've ever seen. I had to ask the lady to fix them...which she tried...then once she realized they were beyond fixing she simply gave up and walked away. My nails are sticky because she didn't clean them properly after putting them under the UV light. No cuticle oil. No lotion rubbed on my hands/arms, I had to do that myself!!! Absolutely horrible customer service!! Ever!! I have engagement photos tomorrow, so now I get to go and try to find another salon fix them. Oh AND they charged me $40!!! read more

I went here with high hopes due to all the amazing Yelp reviews, but unfortunately I was let down. This review is mostly based on service and how uncomfortable I felt while there. When I first arrived everyone seemed friendly. They asked me to sit and mimi would take care of me. Unfortunately mimi didn't do so well. 1. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she literally responded with a sigh and an "mmmm pick color" I'm not sure why this was asked considering I showed her what I wanted. I couldn't find the color at all and she didn't bother helping me either so I settled on a completely different color and went with it. 2. Other customers were in there with me and some were arriving everyone that arrived was offered water and I was not. I wasn't thirsty but I would think it would be common courtesy to ask since you asked everyone else there. 3. She was rough while using the tools she got my skin and I told her and she said "don't move you're okay" I WAS NOT IT HURT! 4. She asked me if I wanted gel I was curious as to what gel did exactly she explained but I just wasn't interested I politely said no thank you to which she responded with "why" and I just said no thank you again. 5. At this point I was frustrated but the icing on the cake was when she stopped doing my nails and said "I need you to pay now" I looked at her funny considering everyone else there was paying after there nails were done. I felt embarrassed but said sure and paid her anyway. 6. While continuing with my nails after embarrassing me the paint job she was doing was so sloppy, I asked her if she could please fix my pinky and she said why again!!!!!!!! I literally pointed out the are with no paint on it and she just pulled my hand and fixed it. 7. After she was done she just told me to sit at the uv dryer station and she walked to the back and never came back. All in all I will never be back here. Not only was I really embarrassed but also just had a bad time. Getting my nails done is always supposed to be so relaxing and pampering unfortunately this was not the case. I have gone this place for the last few years and have always had a good experience. I just got a a dip manicure 2 days ago. It came out a little but more thick than what I like but still looks good. I got powder Nu 16 & Nu 64 and I believe 464 (shellac regular color) on my toes to match. When you walk in they take your temperature and sign a paper. They do require mask also. One of the few nail salons that care about their customers. I can tell they are motivated and driven by clientele and sales, but care about your needs and wants as well. I was torn between a few different (but similar) colors for my manicure and my manicurist (didn't catch her name) helped me by picking out several similar ones and trying them on her own nails to show me what they looked like on. Also, I have had troubles with my dry skin this winter, particularly with my heels. She took the extra time to fix my heels and make them smoother than a babies bottom. My nail artist took the time to ask me some basic questions about myself and to get to know me, kept the conversation lively but didn't push at all. I also had my eyebrows waxed, however I usually get them threaded. I'm very happy with my eye brow wax, it was a younger women who did them. I explained they just needed to be cleaned up some and she did just that. I've had SO many bad eyebrow waxed (which drove me to threading). Sometimes it's like they ignore whatever you tell them and just do whatever they want. I really appreciate that she listened and executed the task with perfection! Also, I will add that the nail technicians do speak another language in front of customers, but it hasn't made me feel uncomfortable like other places I've visited. I've been coming here for about a year because it's closer to my house than my usual nail salon but every experience tends to get worse and worse. First off my gel polish tends to chip within a week, which I can justify because I work coffee (even though it doesn't happen at my usual salon). Second of all, why are the people SO RUDE? You are grown women, how can you not understand the concept of proper customer service? I came in for a gel mani pedi on 3/18/19 and they didn't wrap my toes to get the gel off, which means she is literally ripping this polish off my toes and I said ow about 5 times before she decided to wrap them. After that, I decided to start taking off the remaining polish on my fingers (very little) because I trust myself more than I trust her at that point. Instead of explaining she would like me to not do that, her rude ass coworker decides to chime in and say "what do you think you're doing?" & I explain to her what I'm doing and she says "We don't like that, that's why your nails are broken." I don't have acrylics, my nails are SHORT and my polish is almost off, don't understand how that equates to my nails being broken, but i went on to explain that i haven't had my nails done in 3 weeks and that's what happens when you WORK WITH YOUR HAANDSSSS. I can deal with bad work and cuts caused by obvious carelessness but what I can't deal with is disrespect. Disrespect and uncomfortably watching people clearly talking about you in their native language. I don't have to know Vietnamese to pick up on social cues. You'd think after several complaints they'd up their game but it's a joke to them. My nails have become super sensitive & WEAK due to their horrible service. The acrylic fill was quick but well done. Then they did the absolute best pedicure. Removed all callous and roughness then did a foot and leg scrub, oiled, lotioned and used hot stones. Really love this place. It's usually not so busy and I can relax and enjoy my experience, all the nail technicians I've had have done a wonderful job. Today was my first time getting a pedicure here and Kathy did a wonderful job on my toes! She did not rush like other places have in the past. I also get my acrylic nails filled here every few weeks.
