I…read morecontinue coming here mainly because it's close to my husband's work and the breakfast sandwiches are good--but unfortunately, the customer service is consistently poor. Nearly every visit, the employees come across as rude, unfriendly, and give the bare minimum in terms of service. Today was the final straw. I ordered a white chocolate mocha, but was handed a regular mocha instead. When I politely said I had ordered a white chocolate mocha, the employee immediately responded with attitude. I handed the drink back and said I didn't want that one, and she asked--again with attitude--if I wanted it remade. When I said yes, she rudely told me that "next time you need to say white chocolate mocha." I responded that I believed I had, and she insisted I didn't. There was no reason for the hostility over a simple drink correction. Customer mistakes happen, employee mistakes happen--but basic kindness and professionalism should still be expected. The food may be good, but the repeated poor treatment from staff makes the experience unpleasant. Management seriously needs to address customer service training or reconsider staffing, because friendly service goes a long way.

I really like the employees because they were always friendly, polite, and understood that many of us were traveling to work and were in a hurry. Unfortunately, I had several negative experiences with the person who I was told was the manager. On multiple occasions, she was standing inside taking inventory while there were long lines on both sides of the building. On one occasion, the customer in front of me politely reminded her that people were trying to get to work and that inventory could be done during a slower time. Her response to that customer was rude and dismissive. I initially chalked it up to a one-time occurrence and continued coming back. Then, on another visit, she was the person working the window. When I pulled up, she asked, "Can I make you your white chocolate mocha or something?" I politely explained that I had never ordered a coffee drink there and that I always get one of the energy drink along with the other four ladies riding with me. Her response was simply, "Whatever. What do you need?" That interaction was the last we all stopped by there. It's unfortunate because I genuinely like the other girls who work there. They have always been friendly, professional, and considerate of the fact that customers may be on their way to work and need timely service. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, because one employee's attitude can make a big difference in whether customers choose to keep coming back.

Because of that, I just opened for an Americano with oat milk (no extra cost for alt milk). This was served piping hot. The Americano was excellent, smooth and silky. My husband got a latte and I think he enjoyed it. They also serve some pastries, breakfast sandwiches, and vegan and gluten free food options. They also allows dogs so extra points (this is ok as they don't do cooking, the food listed above is premade). Pieces are a little high but the quality was very good.
