Young new hire made me the worst Italian soda ive ever had. Asked fir extra creamy she put a drop like she was making an Americano no ice left because i had to ask three times for more cream. Service was on point. I asked for a white chocolate blended frappe with peanut butter and she asked if I wanted the peanut butter syrup or real peanut butter. Of course I opted for real! And so glad I did. Tasted like a legit peanut butter milkshake just with caffeine. She also made my daughters "coffee" special with whipped cream on top of her chocolate milk. First off, my girlfriend has never like this place but would always go with me because I like it, but we're not going back after that last experience. For one, no prices or specifics are given on the menu. I ordered a 32oz chai (I was very thirsty) and I expected it to be hot because that's what I usually get and I didn't realize the lady didn't ask if I wanted it hot or iced this time. When they bring out the drinks I noticed it was iced and said oh sorry I wanted it hot, and they said oh the 32oz dirty chai is only iced (doesn't say anywhere 32oz is iced only) and so I say I'm sorry but can I get it hot please, and the lady looks at me with disgust saying you really want us to make it hot? Then says to her partner how they don't want this anymore and is visibly upset with us. Doesn't show any courtesy or say anything when I say thank you have a nice daywhen we do get the right drink. Most the time it's a great experience but that lady made it so I never want to come back cause she clearly didn't want my service. Also it would be good would you're taking someone's order to let them finish or ask them if they're all done before shutting the door and making drinks (just for us to have to wait for our food to be microwaved because she didn't want to wait to hear us order more after the drinks). read more

It's hard to find a spot that makes a drink the way you like it but the girls here don't mind making any drink to order. I've always had a great experience and have been stopping by a few times a week now because, why not? I usually order black tea with oat milk and a packet of sugar and it's always consistent. Setup was terrible wasn't even sure how to get in and once I was in not even sure it was the right place had the big menu on the wall but no one came to the front for about 3-5 minutes and there's literally no one in the there so I just walked out I'm big on always having someone at the front of store and once again this place does not have that just hear workers chatting in the back but no one comes to the front and there's a camera too which tells me they don't watch there security if they didn't notice me walking around the front can't even comment on the drinks itself because I never received it so this review is based off just the service or therefore lack of smh read more

Service is friendly, they have punch cards, and my SBH get's the flavory-sugar infused caffeine injection she's looking for. Plain lattes are so-so. I would seek out one of Tacoma's elite places (Valhalla, Blue Beard, Metronome, Corina) if you're serious about your espresso. When I had asked my boyfriend to order our drinks, she then looked at him like he was stupid, and re-corrected him on the size and asked for sure if that's what he wanted and so we both end up paying for 32 ounce drinks that we didn't need to be that large of course she offered that because that's the largest and highest price and then proceeds to tell me they use a special brand of their own Lotus because Lotus is a plant-based energy and it's pretty hard to find nowadays so she assured me that they had it and then I see them pull out to rockstar cans.. that I could go grab from the gas station that is worse than anything I've ever put in my mouth. Long story short we were fooled and lied to and ended up paying $16 for two 30 ounce drinks that we didn't even touch because of how disgusting they were with zero flavor. (Since the girls always just stir them instead of stacking them like they're suppose to be) The girl hands me my drink (stirred) and goes "can I ask why you don't like it stirred? 2 girls at the one across from TCC make my drink good and consistent, one of them works the early shift weekdays til like 10am and I don't know about the other. And down the street at the one by Cheney stadium Kerry Amber and Caitlin (weekend) make consistently good drinks. If they're not working though I try to avoid that location .
