From the initial consultation and design to the actual install, Pete knew exactly what coverage I needed, where to put it, and how to best complete the job. We dealt with a situation completely out of Pete's control in which multiple teams were unable to identify my fiber optic cable line buried under my lawn. Pete went out of his way to make sure I did not lose internet for a second, investing hours into coordinating with the right people and ultimately leading to zero underground lines being hit and no lost internet.
