The first job was helping my dad move from Roy to Maple Valley -- everything went perfectly. The second time, they helped load and drop off a 17ft truck full of donations, which saved us a ton of time and effort. The third time, they disassembled and hauled away an old canopy, cover, and wood floor with care and efficiency. It's been months of clearing out my family's home and property, and they've truly made the process smoother and stress-free. Horrible! the driver 'forgot' our big valuable sculpture when we moved from Olympia out of state…read more It is heavy and they charged a lot as part of a Huge moving bill to transport it. After two days of chaos with them in our house packing and loading, the driver Rushed us that he finally walk through, wouldn't go out and check the sculpture area saying he already got all that. The delivery was a moving nightmare. The truck and driver showed up at 8:15 am, due at 8. By 8:45 No crew was there so he called and was told that the company they hired to move us in "forgot" to send the message hiring the crew. After 10 am 3 people who spoke NO English showed up: a small man complaining of arm pain all day, and two small women in their 20s who couldn't carry anything heavy. Nothing was put where it should have been as they couldn't read labels or get the tag numbers right. The driver told them to flip over our big expensive cherry dresser on the concrete porch but there was NO blanket or padding on that side so it has huge gouges. and the driver said he "Forgot" our sculpture. Many items were scratched, they broke 3 legs off a big upholstered chair and the move in crew broke the 4th leg. STUPID, STUPID, STUPID! Hire anyone else!

Unacceptable. I had advised the company that previous moving companies needed two days for packing…read moreand unpacking each, and that furniture was sensitive and expensive. A&E movers rushed the packing in one day. They dumped the contents of all the drawers in each room into wardrobe sized boxes and then left it in a big pile at the destination. Shelving was ripped apart with force and cannot be reassembled. Expensive furniture was transported without any protection and damaged. Boxes were poorly labeled and ended up in the wrong place. After delivery, the new home was left looking like it had been ransacked by looters. The physical damage to property itself is costly and tedious to get reimbursed for: it takes hours just to document it, many more hours to find replacements or parts, and it may take months to get reimbursed (during which time you are not allowed to fix the item). But the worst part is the months it will take to get my life together again, and nothing will compensate me for that. Next time, I will go with a pod moving company again and hire packers by the hour. That way, they won't rush through the job, my belongings won't be crammed upside down into a tightly packed van by people who don't give a damn, and it will likely be cheaper as well.

Their service was slow, clumsy and they complained the entire time how broke they were and how they needed more money. It was highly unprofessional and made the move even more stressful. We confronted him about his original quote and that the business lacked integrity and honesty. His response was "too bad." Boris blamed his "boss" for the overage charge, we are hoping his "boss" does the right thing and refunds the $250. DO NOT HIRE THESE SCAMMERS!!!!!
