I asked for a small kids meal and got super cold food. The manager came out and said he didn't understand because it just got pulled off the rack. I told him I have been here dozens of times and it's the coldest chicken I've ever had. Well, instead of them just giving me two chicken fingers cost them maybe a couple quarters Benjamin - was the manager and was handling the situation well Devon - came out yelling, throwing his hands and blaming me saying that what I said was not true and all kinds of things and becoming loud and violent. Very disappointed with this place, we have been to locations in different states but this is by far the worst. Let's start with the chicken sandwich, chicken lettuce and a bun (not toasted as claimed) no tomatoes, no anything else, now i get that the menu is coming from corporate so it is not the fault of this location, however the soggy fries is and so is the lack of service, and to top it off they want $0.45 for an extra sauce... in a world where we have Chick Filla, In and Out burger, Freddys etc where focus is on quality and service this is such a waste of time and money. read more

**Disappointing Experience Every Time** I've been to this Cane's location multiple times, and unfortunately, the experience is consistently bad. The drive-thru employees always seem to have an attitude and are incredibly rude. It's frustrating to be treated poorly when you're just trying to get a meal. Customer service is clearly not a priority here. The staff doesn't smile, rushes through your order, and acts as if you're bothering them. It's disappointing because the food is OKAY, but the rude behavior from the employees makes me want to avoid this place altogether. A fine example of the chain. IMO their weak spot is the sole-option sauce, which is okay but not bet-the-franchise good. (Admittedly, they've been very successful with it.) When this place first opened, you couldn't get near it because the lines were so long. We waited until the crowds died down to try it. We all ordered boxes to get a taste of everything. First, the good: The service is awesome. Very friendly and fast. The hot food is hot and the cold food is cold, rather than everything being vaguely warm. The chicken is delicious. Hot, fresh and crispy. The coleslaw was also good. The canes sauce had a nice flavor. Not so good: The fries were boring. Unseasoned and mushy. No one ate them. Texas toast was the same. It's toast. Then, I decided to give it another chance when I heard they had changed their packaging. I have heard that this restaurant had excellent chicken although I have never been able to try it because they do not have a location close to my home. While I was driving on a short visit to Colorado I happened to see it so I stopped to try it out. The chicken was a very tender and delicious. Very fresh. I noticed that the parking lot had cones and signs to direct cars so it seems that this is a very popular spot. I can see why. The French fries were under cooked on the 4 piece and no fork the cole slaw, the chicken on both were the size of chicken nuggets. With each order, drinks came with them. Was so excited when I saw this place was opening in Longmont since I had only ever been to one in Fort Collins and that's about a 45 minute drive. Been to this location multiple times and consistently let down. Fries are always undercooked and smushy, Texas toast isn't even really toasted and chicken isn't hot even if you eat it right away. TERRIBLE SERVICE 7/27/24 approximately 8:15pm. I wait at the speaker box drive thru forever and watch 4-5 other cars place their order at the opposite speaker box and and I'm saying Hello... Hello.. ect. into the speak box over and over again and no one ever takes my order and I can not back out of the drive thru because there are cars behind me so i have to drive around and wait in line with everyone else (which the line was SUPER LONG) and when I get there tell them the problem the first person I talk to just makes excuses and the second makes the same excuses but in addition acts like i had no right to be upset and just continued to make excuses and I repeatedly from the start of talking to the employees asked for a discount for the next time I come and they just dance around my asking for a discount multiple time so i finally said "Just say NO, if you can't give me a discount" so they actually finally told me "NO" so I left. read more
