We have been going to this location for years. Yesterday was the worst experience. I called in an order and was told 45 minutes so we decided to run errands before we got there. We arrived in 60 minutes considering we knew they were busy. When checking on the status, cashier stated they didn't have our order in the system. However, there was another Krista who had a large order with a different phone number. The Manager on duty didn't attempt to resolve the issue but instead told the workers to just f!@# give us half of that large order. So I apologize to whomever.s order thay gave us. I have the photos of the time I called and the text for when our order was ready, so it would have been nice not to assume we were lying about ordering in the first place. read more

The outside so heavily breaded and hard what was inside was a dried out tiny piece of chicken. The little peppers were over cooked to slimy string. Now the savior was the mushrooms they we good. My spouse and I went to Wing Shack last weekend and ended up dining in. First time we have since the pandemic hit and Wing Shack was a good first time. It was very clean and not crowded inside. We got 10 bone-in wings with mild sauce, 10 meatless wings with mild sauce, an order of fried mushrooms, carrots and celery, and a buttload of ranch. The food was pretty good! I think the meatless wings are actually frozen nuggets but they had a decent flavor and I would eat them again (would get BBQ sauce next time, as I am apparently not a fan of wing sauce). But the real star of the show for me was the fried mushrooms. I could eat a whole mountain of those things. My spouse said his wings were really good too. I ordered 2 large drinks with my order. When it arrived I noticed the drinks were not carried separately and I asked the driver if my drinks were in the order and he said it was all in the bag! No drinks. I called the wing shack store and they refused to do anything about it. Said I had to go through Door Dash. Took forever to get through to Door Dash, only option I had was to refund just the drinks. Food sucked, wings get smaller and smaller, horrible customer service! I stopped in here for a snack. It was several hours before dinner and I was hungry. I ordered their dry wings. I got hot sauce and blue cheese on the side. The wings were crispy and delicious. Wing Shack has long been a family favorite, years before a much-needed remodeling. Therefore it pains me to say that it's gone downhill; the trend of offering less and less for more and more money is unmistakable. Good for them if they can get people to pay it, but for the most part it no longer will include us. Meals used to include carrots and celery; now they're extra. You're asked to tip before and service has been provided; that's wrong; a tip should be a reward for good service. (The service is variable.) Prices have risen, and that's understandable, but I can't think of any other business that charges an extra 3% fee for using a credit card (including, historically, Wing Shack). The truth is, you get about twice as much food at Wingstop for the same amount of money. Overall, Wing Shack seems to be in a slow downward spiral. read more

I only ever get delivery here so... Wings are really good and very consistent quality. Sauces are great and you can mix and match. Jamaican Jerk and Garlic Hot are my go-to's with the occasional Buffalo BBQ thrown in. They are also not stingy with the bleu cheese. Definitely staying in my takeout rotation. read more

They use high quality chicken, their sauces are very consistent, and their menu is easy to understand. If I had to list a negative, it would be their are quite skimpish with their fries. I've been a customer for several years on a weekly to 10 day regular basis. Most of the time I've been pleased, or I wouldn't keep returning, with a few exceptions. Unfortunately, tonight's experience was terrible. I ordered online with a pickup time of 20 minutes which would be 5:36PM. I arrived at 5:33PM and was told by a female staff member that the back said it would be another 10 minutes and if I was staying. I said I was waiting. At 5:55PM (22 minutes later), I asked the same person to please check on my order. She walked to the back then came back up to the rack behind the registers and grabbed my food for me. I asked why didn't she call me that it was ready earlier and she just giggled. When I brought it home to my best friend, it was all room temperature with soggy fries and rubbery chicken. she couldn't even eat hers.
