First review for 2026. I'm not surprised it's for Raising Cane's Chicken. We love their amazing chicken tenders. Let's eat! My eldest daughter and I were on our way to Wells Fargo Bank. To our surprise, we saw Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers Victorville. This is their 2nd location in the high desert. They just opened in Nov 2025. So cool! We had to swing on by here after our bank visit for some delicious chicken tenders and we did. Two drive thru lanes available. Though drive-thru lines were long, they went quick swiftly. Well done Cane's! Nice young gentleman took our order and payment. Friendly staff at the pick-up window. Got two The Box Combos for my daughters one with lemonade drink no ice and one without drink plus an extra 4 pieces of chicken tenders only for me. Tasty chicken tenders were thick and chunky which I love. However, some of the batter fell off from a few of my tenders. They need to do better on keeping the batter on the chicken. Anyway, everything else that came with the combo were good, too. Bread was soft and buttery. Cole slaw was light and tangy. Crinkle fries were plenty, but they could have been a little bit crispier. I went through the drive-through at Raising Cane's and had a really disappointing experience. I specifically asked for light ice, but was given extra ice instead. By the time I got home, my bread was completely soggy, I hardly got any fries, and the chicken tenders looked more like tiny nuggets than actual tenders. After taking just one bite, my stomach started turning -- the food was that unappetizing. When I went back to return the order, the employees (and manager) had a bad attitude and acted annoyed rather than apologetic or helpful. For the price and reputation, this was unacceptable. Food tasteless did they forget to add salt and pepper and/or garlic powder something would help the flavor of the chicken. Why toast bread on 1 side only?? Fries very limply not crispy and no salt. This place was so great!! We stopped here during a road trip! Food was delicious as always, the staff were friendly especially the manager!! And the vibes were awesome! First time going to Raising Cane's. Well I went to the Drive Thru. I ordered the 3 Finger meal combo I upgraded the drink to a large Coke. When I saw the coke it was all ICE. The bag of food was so lite I thought something was missing. I uploded pictures. The breading on the chicken was good textures but bland. You need the sauce if you want flavor. The fries are crap they taste and look like something you get out of the freezer at the grocery store. No flavor cold limp and mush. The texas toast wasn't that great. Raising Cains Tried it today. Color me unimpressed. The chicken was nothing to write home about. I ordered 10 fingers. Only 9 were in the bag. No sauce. Coleslaw tasted like stuff you would get at the grocery store refrigerated self serve shelf and no large portions are available. QFries were simply ok. Their app is buggy and I found it unusable. Tried the Box combo, and literally everything was subpar. The chicken strips were bland and also soggy, not crunchy whatsoever. The fries were soft and also bland, like they weren't salted or fried long enough. They bent when picked up lol, that's not ideal. Again not crispy at all. They also forgot my Texas toast but I didn't both going back for it because I was already at home, and based on the other food it wouldn't have been worth the trip. The cherry on top was the rude service, the cashier just handed me my bag without saying anything so I wasn't sure if that was everything or there was more coming. We waited since 2AM to get goodies but apparently i could've just gone at 6AM and won everything they had 20 free year of canes and only the back of the line people were winning and getting the merch they full skipped over the first 20 people when we were like 10th in line that's what we get for waiting hours i guess? all we got of merch was a pen and a hat with a card for a free box combo. The food here is horrible. I went to the raising cane's location on roy rogers. The food was cold and you could tell it was not cook to order. Food was amazing! But waited way too long (~15m) for only two orders with no one standing in line. A restaurant like Cane's should be on top of pace. Once food arrived, items were already missing. Began to eat but then employees started having personal conversations out loud and started raising their voices to the point where everyone in the restaurant could hear. Everyone working the night of Thursday march 19th are excellent workers! Their customer service was amazing, it was the fastest I had ever gotten my food here!! Also the young man Rom helped me jump my car outside after it had died right after getting my food. He rushed to help me so quick I still got home and my food was fresh and hot.
