Service was amazing. I always get chicken tenders from here and the food always tastes great. I went through the drive thru and got my food quick and warm!

We live their chicken tenders and whenever we know ones around down south we make the effort to go! Glad Fresno had one and this place was so clean inside and the ambiance along with the service was great. As for the food it was consistent with what I've had at other locations and always get my number 3 combo $10 plus change) with three chicken tenders, toasted bread, fries and soft a drink. I usually like to get an extra toast which is lightly buttered, airy and has the nice crunch but soft on the inside. The Cane sauce is a must to dip with everything. The food came out piping hot and there was a worker who constantly came around to clean tables and ask if all was alright. I don't go to Fresno that often but if you do put this as a spot to go!

I had guests visiting from out of town raving about this place so we had to come and check it out. Oh my, the place was jam packed on a late afternoon and the drive-thru line was not getting any shorter. My party decided to just take it all to go back to my place after seeing how busy they were. Crowds and long wait times aren't my fave so I was surprised and glad when our order came out in 10 min as promised by the cashier. One of my guests placed a mobile order ahead of time for extra chickies to take back home. Their mobile order was ready upon arrival but their drinks were missing. Quick fix after showing the cashier their receipt. Everyone we encountered here were friendly and respectful (masked and unmasked). Not a huge fan of fried foods, but I can vouch that these strips were yummy! Not oily or soggy, just the right amount of crunchiness and tender chicken meat. The sauce and bread are a must try. See you guys next time! ONE LOVE.

The service through the drive through was pathetic. The female who took my card had a reckless disregard for the basic customer service role that she willfully chose to sign up for. When I pulled up to the window, she asked for the name on order and then demanded payment by only repeating the total amount due. When I clarified the order, I then put my hand out the window with the intent of touch less payment option. Instead she basically forced the card out of my hand without bothering to mention her intent to act on the use of force. If I had used my cell phone for the transaction then I'm sure she would have attempted to take it away from me to process the payment instead of simply picking up the device to extend within my reach. Any employee that willfully grabs cell phones away from customers without any consideration for mutual consent is guilty of robbery. The same thing is applicable when employees automatically take cards without any disclosures or other confirmation of the total amount before making the attempt to process transaction. When this employee handed the card back to me, I said thank you and she acted like she didn't hear me. Then she went to grab bag and handed it to me in a reckless manner. I still said thank you again. And she immediately turned her back to the window as if she was so preoccupied by the communication among the other coworkers. I then drove back to my hotel which is located within walking distance approximately 2-5 minutes drive depending on the wait time at the intersection. When I opened the box I was highly disappointed. (literal understatement) The food was obviously not fresh. For $13 + I thought what the ____ is this?! I honestly was just going to get chicken sandwich Al a carte... but opted for the combo. Usually don't get combo because I don't drink soda or sugar beverages.. today I felt like ordering 3 pc combo. The entire order was unreasonably cold and the fries were all over the place I basically had to organize the food just for the photo. I have a kitchen in my hotel suite and warming up the food is still not worth the price point. Should have just bought a couple tacos and saved myself the hassle of miserable service along with bait switch sales tactics by completely fraudulent misrepresentations.

Decided to wait a few months for the craziness to calm down before trying this local spot. Went there just before noon on a Sunday and got through the line in 20 minutes. Their chicken fingers are hands down the juiciest I have ever had. Don't know how they do it, since I got raw chicken last week in Dallas at TGI Fridays. Their fries and cold slaw are good, but not great, but the stars are the chicken and bread. My son substituted cold slaw for an extra piece of bread. Personally I do like their Canes sauce, but prefer dipping their chicken into Chick-Fil-A sauce. It's an anomaly like the perfect marriage. Definitely will go back.

First time at this location since they opened. I've had Raising Cane's a few times before in LA. Went through the long drive thru. Literally waited an hour in line to order. There's 2 drive thru lines the staff taking our order was very nice and enthusiastic. One we got to the window our orders were bagged and ready. My husband and I both go the box combo which came with 4chicken fingers, fries, coleslaw sauce and a drink for alittle finder $10. The coleslaw was good, I liked how the chicken was nice and crunchy but not where it scratched the roof of your mouth, it was great! The fries were meh it was very salty and flimsy. The bread is usually my favorite but it was nothing special and lacking flavor and on the cold side. Overall it was just okay, we had better at the other locations. I'm sure if the drive thru wait so long the food would have been alittle more fresh.

    Soggy 3 piece combo.

Overpriced and very overrated. I want good, crispy chicken. Not soggy, flavorless chicken with good sauce. I don't get the hype at all.

Here's my once every three-years review of In-N-Out…read more.. Honestly, what else can I say? A double-double with both raw and grilled onions, a side of animal style fries, and a Coke might be the closest thing to reaching a state of "Nirvana" that I'll ever feel. Plus, after consuming my cat's body weight in grilled meat and carbs I never feel gross. It's almost as if using fresh made ingredients is slightly better for you? Consistency is the game here and unlike other fast food chains; burger spots, coffee shops, chicken places, go ahead and pick your poison, none of them even come close to what this American institution has done. In-N-Out just does it right, from the moment you order to when the food is in your hand, everything is streamlined and friendly. Kudos to workers here for making food that allows me to escape the current state of affairs in the US.

Prices still blow my mind for the high quality/consistent product that you receive!!

I was proven wrong today when I finally went to try it. The burgers were big and filled! Like, no empty spaces, every bite perfection (unlike typical burger places). Also, the prices felt worth it after seeing the actual food. The beef patties are never frozen according to their advertising and they tasted fresh and juicy. I was very impressed with the quality and the flavor. I ordered the western burger and my husband ordered the pastrami burger. They were both out of this world delicious. We also ordered the chicken strip which was crispy and seasoned well and we also ordered the fried mushrooms which were also crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Additionally!!! They had a sign in the drive through that said Free Pupcups, and since we had our dog with us, we asked to get one. They have peanut butter or bacon flavored whipped cream with a animal cookie safe for dogs. I dipped my finger in the whip cream to try it and it was not sweet at all which I was very happy about to give to my dog. As if that wasn't enough, the lady at the drive through even gave us a second cup with 3 additional animal cookie dog treats! This experience was so satisfying that we have decided to come here next time we are craving burgers. The staff was so generous and friendly & the food was amazing and yummy. Even the drive through menu was organized neatly for easy ordering. Never again will we go to McDonald's or Burger King because this place has better food for the same price.

First off, the lines aren't nearly as crazy/long as when it first came here but it still has its moments. We've gotten the food to-go a few times... good but not great. When it comes to this, I'd prefer to order and eat there because it should be eaten fresh. When it's sitting in a to-go box, the steam from the heat will make everything soggy (duh). We usually order the Caniac Combo with an extra toast. It comes with 6 Chicken Fingers, Crinkle Cut fries, Texas Toast, Coleslaw, 2 Cane's sauce, and a drink. I've noticed the Fingers have been dwindling in size, kind of sad looking honestly. I don't much care for the chicken but he does and the size is the first thing he notices. Although tiny, they are crispy and tender. My favorite part of the meal is the toast with that sauce! Ooh that sauce! It goes perfectly with the toast, the fries, and of course the chicken. I'm not much of a Coleslaw person so that's all him. It's not the best chicken Fingers I've ever had but it is the closest fast food chicken joint (other than KFC) to us. I never crave it, except maybe the toast and the sauce, but he does occasionally so there's that. It's not my first choice, but I also don't mind it as an option. It's satisfactory.
