Service was amazing. I always get chicken tenders from here and the food always tastes great. I went through the drive thru and got my food quick and warm!

We live their chicken tenders and whenever we know ones around down south we make the effort to go! Glad Fresno had one and this place was so clean inside and the ambiance along with the service was great. As for the food it was consistent with what I've had at other locations and always get my number 3 combo $10 plus change) with three chicken tenders, toasted bread, fries and soft a drink. I usually like to get an extra toast which is lightly buttered, airy and has the nice crunch but soft on the inside. The Cane sauce is a must to dip with everything. The food came out piping hot and there was a worker who constantly came around to clean tables and ask if all was alright. I don't go to Fresno that often but if you do put this as a spot to go!

I had guests visiting from out of town raving about this place so we had to come and check it out. Oh my, the place was jam packed on a late afternoon and the drive-thru line was not getting any shorter. My party decided to just take it all to go back to my place after seeing how busy they were. Crowds and long wait times aren't my fave so I was surprised and glad when our order came out in 10 min as promised by the cashier. One of my guests placed a mobile order ahead of time for extra chickies to take back home. Their mobile order was ready upon arrival but their drinks were missing. Quick fix after showing the cashier their receipt. Everyone we encountered here were friendly and respectful (masked and unmasked). Not a huge fan of fried foods, but I can vouch that these strips were yummy! Not oily or soggy, just the right amount of crunchiness and tender chicken meat. The sauce and bread are a must try. See you guys next time! ONE LOVE.

Don't get too excited. Just another crap food option among many... Checked off the list..

Alright. I finally got this place off my list and I'm glad I did. For me, nothing was really remarkable and I can't see myself coming but once a year.... but a lot of places are like that for me. 1) I don't care about drinks and only have water. Combos are not attractive for that reason. I have had one soda in the last 20 years and couldn't even finish it. Big deal! A soda is one of the cheapest and least healthy things you can put in your body. It has the same appeal as a pack of smokes! 2) There's no novelty in chicken strips. And although I appreciated that they were NOT salty or brined with a ton of sodium, it's just a basic ck strip. 3) I loath loud music of any genre when eating or shopping and here it's TOO loud. Always an instant turn off. 4) The food was hot which is better than a lot of places do. Talking to you, Angry Chicken...another once a year place for me.. The fact the the place is new, one would expect it to be clean and look nice. And so it does. The service was great, alert, friendly younger folks, but again, isn't that a minimal expectation? I skipped the slaw. Wanted to taste the bread which was fine, but again, big deal. Sauce was yummy, but do I really need to be eating this often? NO! And just over $15.00 for 6 strips, some fries and a couple of throwaways? Seems a bit pricy for drive though service. As always, go at an off hour and you'll be driving off soon enough. I hit the drive through at 10:30 AM with 2 cars ahead of me. Great! The bottom line is that it's just another fast food place to add to the rotation. As someone thinking more and more about my daily eating habits, pulling back from fried stuff and simple carbs, it's just not a daily itch I'm going to scratch. Honestly, I'm jaded, been around...can cook like a top chef and I CRAVE more novelty that has more veggies and fiber along with that taste... And yes, I do sometimes feel like eating junk, this just isn't going to be among the things I regret eating more regularly. I could go to Linn's and walk out with a healthier option for 1/3 of what it costs here. Glad they're in town and filling that lot, putting folks to work and generating taxes! But to think some folks are waiting an hour in a drive though to experience what I had today is laughable! -G

Decided to wait a few months for the craziness to calm down before trying this local spot. Went there just before noon on a Sunday and got through the line in 20 minutes. Their chicken fingers are hands down the juiciest I have ever had. Don't know how they do it, since I got raw chicken last week in Dallas at TGI Fridays. Their fries and cold slaw are good, but not great, but the stars are the chicken and bread. My son substituted cold slaw for an extra piece of bread. Personally I do like their Canes sauce, but prefer dipping their chicken into Chick-Fil-A sauce. It's an anomaly like the perfect marriage. Definitely will go back.

This place when you walk in smells like a 7-eleven grease pit. 7:30 and floors and tables are dirty. No where clean to sit.

I ordered the fish sandwich. $6.99 not worth it at all. Yes it was definitely fresh. But for the price point I rather order a famous star, unfortunately they no longer carry the beyond/impossible version. :( Criss cut fries are always fresh and always a hit for me. The price point $5.04 for one standard size is ridiculous tbh. And I forgot my coupons at home.

BURGER - $5.99 - First off, i just wanted to mention the price on this sandwhich is pretty worth it for a larger burger. This burger comes with 2 charbroiled beef patties, two slices of American cheese, grilled onions, the classic sauce, lettuce, tomato and seeded bun. I recieved my burger warm. All of the cheese, grilled onions, and sauce just melted. I love the grilled onions on this burger. It adds a little sweetness and flavor to this burger. The only CONS on this burger is that they add too much salt on the grilled onions so it made my burger a bit salty. I'm not sure why the onions are salty but i found that it is the onions that made this burger extra salty. The onions were not nicely spread so some area does not have onion and those area are less salty. The area that have more onions are more salty. OVERALL, I think this burger is still worth it!

A double-double with both raw and grilled onions, a side of animal style fries, and a Coke might be the closest thing to reaching a state of "Nirvana" that I'll ever feel. Plus, after consuming my cat's body weight in grilled meat and carbs I never feel gross. It's almost as if using fresh made ingredients is slightly better for you? Consistency is the game here and unlike other fast food chains; burger spots, coffee shops, chicken places, go ahead and pick your poison, none of them even come close to what this American institution has done. In-N-Out just does it right, from the moment you order to when the food is in your hand, everything is streamlined and friendly. Kudos to workers here for making food that allows me to escape the current state of affairs in the US.

I was proven wrong today when I finally went to try it. The burgers were big and filled! Like, no empty spaces, every bite perfection (unlike typical burger places). Also, the prices felt worth it after seeing the actual food. The beef patties are never frozen according to their advertising and they tasted fresh and juicy. I was very impressed with the quality and the flavor. I ordered the western burger and my husband ordered the pastrami burger. They were both out of this world delicious. We also ordered the chicken strip which was crispy and seasoned well and we also ordered the fried mushrooms which were also crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Additionally!!! They had a sign in the drive through that said Free Pupcups, and since we had our dog with us, we asked to get one. They have peanut butter or bacon flavored whipped cream with a animal cookie safe for dogs. I dipped my finger in the whip cream to try it and it was not sweet at all which I was very happy about to give to my dog. As if that wasn't enough, the lady at the drive through even gave us a second cup with 3 additional animal cookie dog treats! This experience was so satisfying that we have decided to come here next time we are craving burgers. The staff was so generous and friendly & the food was amazing and yummy. Even the drive through menu was organized neatly for easy ordering. Never again will we go to McDonald's or Burger King because this place has better food for the same price.
