I came in with my 2 young kids today and ordered a meal with a drink. The cashier mentioned the fountain drink dispenser was not working at all. She mentioned I could get a bottled drink for the inconvenience. I personally drink water, it was crazy hot out today. I asked her if they had water and she said no! They had water bottles in the bottled fridge they have so I asked her if I could get one due to the inconvenience and as far as I know I shouldn't be charged for water. She said sorry no, and refused to provide me with water. She said if I wanted water I had to pay for it. I didn't want to be confrontational as she looks young but also appears she's related to owners to not care. I'm writing this review so you prepare for these things better in the future because someone else wouldn't have handled it the way I did. Do better, in this heat you should be able to provide clients who are coming in to pay for food with water. read more

I'm not sure if it was because I ordered through a delivery app, but the quality of my bowl from this location was seriously disappointing. They seemed to intentionally overload it with rice while skimping on the meat, as shown in the picture. I also requested an extra hot sauce packet, which was missing, and the bowl itself had little to no sauce at all. Overall, the order felt lazy and careless. I came in earlier today during my lunch break, and wasn't very happy with the experience. When I got back to my office, the entire bowl was very thick with the sauce. I feel it was extremely excessive. Probably had to of been 10k+ in sodium! The service is lacking, could be better. The chicken had a lot of connective tissue in it. Try flame broiler. read more

Horrible portions ! You don't get what payed for. The employees are just staring at you while you eat. Me and my kids decided to eat something healthier/chicken bowl without a soda. I go to this location regularly and have had no issues until today. The salmon bowl I got had a smaller portion of rice. Every bowl I have bought in the past has had more than this which was disappointing. On top of that, the dumplings I got had a hair at the bottom of the cup which is disgusting. read more

Definitely a better Waba Grill location than most of the ones I've been to. I ordered the Chicken & Beef Plate with rice substitute instead of the salad. This is how I ordered all my plates at Waba Grill and I have to say it adds much more substance to the meal. You definitely can't forget the carrot and jalapeno toppings to add spice and tang to your plate. Lastly to tie in this ensemble perfectly I drizzled the teriyaki and hot sauce over the top! Most of my complaints with Waba Grill stem from their dry rice and overcooked meat, but this location had none of these problems luckily. Service was average, but for fast food chains there's only so much you can expect. The food came out in about 10 minutes so props to them for fulfilling 4 orders in that amount of time. Overall, I enjoyed the 30 minutes I spent here, won't be coming back to this location because I'm never in this area and it's in a weird plaza. I do however recommend this location for anyone local and looking for a decent Waba Grill! read more

Guy with afro and big girl are very rude, eyes rolling and give you your change in a very rude way. If they dont like their job, they need to quit or be fired for their bad customer service skills. I love you. May we never part ways... Ever. Waba grill makes me so happy when I'm in the mood for something healthy and fast. The salmon bowl is my go to! I really need to venture out and try the shrimp bowl but every time I come here my mouth waters when I see the salmon on the menu. Mmmm I don't think I can even finish writing this review without getting in my car and going to Waba!! My only critic is this location is not as clean as others wabas that I've visited. When we arrived the tables were dirty and sticky with soy sauce. We had to wipe down a table to sit and eat. And it wasn't even crowded when we dined here. The employees just didn't give a sh!t about the dining area. Good wasn't as good as other locations either. But it is the closest one to me so I know that I will be back. I ordered a steak plate and a side of edamame and it was really great. No complaints on the taste. I don't eat at waba grill that often but it seems to me that they're putting less steak in their plates. This was kind of a bummer because I was expecting it to be a decent portion of my meal, at least a quarter of my plate seems reasonable. I thought there was mostly steak on the larger compartment of the plate but it was just a thin layer with a bunch of veggies underneath. Customer service is only handled professionally by the owner. A gentleman and hardworker. Ever since 2023 I have come to grab my lunch here. Never ordered a drink or asked for sauce. The owner would respect where I worked and offered me free drinks. Plenty of sauces. Never asked for it, it was a pleasure when he would be in for the day. Most of the time would call ahead and have the food ready, no hassle. Now there's a spikey haired guy and the son running lunches.. they don't answer the phone, give me dry food bowls when I never placed a order with "no sauce" and continue to not offer me sauce as they hand me over my food. I said "What's goin on, you guys are different, it's weird" & they mentioned "well you were being weird with my coworker, so is there anything else?" Luckily they knew how ti handle refunds and said I would get my money back in my account ina. Few days. Not saying the food isn't going good.. but hopefully you get the chance ti enjoy this establishment when the owner is present. If I could give this place zero stars I would! If you follow my reviews you have to know that for me to give a 1 or even say a 0 says A LOT. I'll keep this review short and to the point. My girlfriend and I got extremely sick from this location. We've been throwing up from both ends. The food here was kind of nasty, we didn't even finish our bowls, we felt something was "off" The following morning we were in so much pain still currently are, it's been 3 days. Healthy yumminess! No joke. They literally have signs of "healthy" everywhere at this joint. In fact, their color scheme reminds me of Veggie Grille (orange but not green). They even have the calories posted for you to see at the register (reminds me of Flame Broiler). But unlike flame Broiler, Waba has seafood options and salads. NICE. I went with the Half Salmon Half Veggie Bowl with brown rice (extra 50cents). I would give it 3.5 stars. I wished the salmon was a bit more moist with less teriyaki sauce.
