IT'S BACK Surf & Turf Bowl
    Angela W.

I ordered the surf and turf bowl and it was delightfully what I was looking for. It includes shrimp and steak with a whole lotta topping in a bowl. It's served on cilantro rice and black beans. The service was fine and I only went through drive thru so can't speak to the ambiance. I went back the following week and it was just as good.

Cholula Hot & Sweet Chicken Bowl
    Michelle L.

This is my first QDOBA experience with a drive-thru! I ordered a bowl with Cholula Hot & Sweet Chicken, Cilantro Lime Rice, black beans, corn salsa, guac, pickled red onions, shredded cheese, lettuce, tortilla strips, and red salsa on the side. I believe I got everything except for the cheese. Service was pleasant and speedy. I like the drive-thru concept but then you don't see everything going into your bowl so next time I might skip that and still go inside. Either way my bowl was fresh and tasty. I'm sure I'll be back!

Went in at 9:20 (they close at 10) and they already packed everything up and said they could not serve me. I'm very disappointed.

When you enter there's a seating area of booths to the left. If you continue further there's another little space of seats, a full L shaped bar, and more seating in the bar area as well as an outside patio with seating. I definitely recommend coming before dinner time. If you come for dinner be prepared to wait. If you want to eat here with a large party I recommend asking about a reservation otherwise I'd advise against due to how busy it gets! I'm not a fav of the chips & salsa as the salsa isn't flavorful or chunky enough to me. For those like myself who prefer spice & more flavor I recommend getting their salsa picante & mixing the 2, so much better! Their margaritas are good, I prefer the blood orange vest but they have a large selection of marg flavors and a full bar. For food I've had the nachos, tamales, enchiladas (I recommend the enchiladas de pollo verdes), tacos, and chimichanga. I got my parents hooked on the tamales! I love that they serve them as not a lot of Mexican restaurants do here & I love that they put meat both inside and on top of them. The establishment is always clean, the staff is always friendly & welcoming, and you can tell theirs homemade recipes coming out of the kitchen. I recommend ending your meal with the churros! Overall their price point, staff efficiency, and the consistency with the food makes this the best Mexican restaurant I've had in the area which is why I keep coming back & would bring guests here.

They have a big parking lot and it was still rather busy on this Tuesday evening of my visit. It's a casual atmosphere and there were plenty of open seats when I visited. We decided to sit at the bar and we were immediately greeted and offered chips & salsa and they were ready for our drink order. I chose the fresh squeezed Cadillac margarita. It was very good and refreshing. We were brought chips and salsa that were better than average. My dining companion ordered other kinds of salsa that were quite spicy, and I liked it mixed with the regular salsa. I ordered the cheese tamale plate that came with three large cheese tamales, fluffy rice, a small lettuce and tomato mound, and vegetarian pinto beans that were quite tasty. The highlight of this visit was the staff. Five stars! They know how to treat customers well.

I really liked their food and no frills location, casual ambience, friendly service and generous portions of house-made eats! Everything from apps to dinners, Taste of Mexico specialties and more...you won't go hungry! Overall, 4.0 rated experience; expect to pay $15-18pp for entrees, plus any starters or drinks. Tonite we started with Kevs Dip, tender seasoned ground beef in a cheesy dip (would've liked more cheese) topped with pico de gallo. Enough to share, it was tasty and served with house tortilla chips. I think if you prefer a spicier version, try their Queso Fundido which has house-made Chorizo and fresh Jalapeños in cheese dip - i definitely want to try the Fundido next time. For dinners, we ordered Chori Chicken and a Weldon Spring Burrito. Both were plentiful portions (shareable if not overly hungry) and delicious! The Chori Chicken had house-made Chorizo and grilled onions atop grilled Chicken breast smothered in queso; served with rice, beans, salad and flour tortillas - hits the spot! The Burrito had grilled Ribeye steak, avocado, rice, beans, mushrooms, fajita peppers, cilantro and queso - wow it was a giant and complex burrito but very tasty to eat! Plenty of menu options to try, and perhaps my one surprise was quite limited Pork selections; while they had Al Pastor (marinated) Pork dishes, they did not have any Carnitas type dinner or Enchiladas. Regardless, I'll be back again soon to experience more of their home-cooked Mexican eats - hope you'll find and give Casa Mia's a try! Cheers, ENJOY!!

One of the best surprises was the bean dip they serve with the chips. I never thought about pairing bean dip with chips and salsa like that, but it was delicious and a great start to the meal. The portions were generous, so you definitely get your money's worth. The margaritas were tasty and strong enough to give you a little buzz--so definitely don't drink and drive! Our waitress checked on us regularly, and the service was truly on point the entire time. We actually just happened to drive by and noticed this new spot, and I'm so glad we stopped in. Great food, great service, and a really enjoyable experience overall. We will definitely be back!

Things were OK until we ordered a second round of drinks. It took 15-20 minutes and by that time I told another employee to tell our waiter to cancel the order. We were done with our food. On top of that I did not receive a birthday dessert, I did not get to wear the sombrero, and no one sang happy birthday to me. I was very disappointed. I definitely won't be returning to this location for any birthday festivities as it was very underwhelming. I have had a much different experience at another of their locations on a different date where the service was better and a friend's birthday celebration was fun and memorable.

We typically don't finish a basket, much less need more. Then the server brought the basket. The new baskets are half the size of the old ones. The server confirmed it was smaller. Our dinners were good, but the new charge for additional chips is a bit off putting, so I doubt we'll return. There are too many Mexican restaurants just as good.
