Great experience at this Cane's location! The chicken was cooked perfectly, just like always. The restaurant was spotless, well-staffed, and everyone made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we walked in. The manager even stopped by our table while we were eating to give my kids some toys and stickers, which they absolutely loved. As we were leaving, an employee who was on his lunch break still took the time to wish us a great day and thank us for coming. It's clear the manager does an excellent job training the staff. We walked in last night to order even though there is a drive-through and the service was quick and great. Our order was also out really quickly. When we got home, we all noticed the chicken tasted extra fresh and delicious with the breading being super tasty and crispy. It reminded me of old-school KFC I used to have when I was a kid. The amount of chicken per chicken finger is always substantial at Cane's. They always get our sauce order right. This was no exception. It really hit the spot for a Friday night dinner. There's a long table with high seating by the order counter and kitchen. There's also booths and tables inside and a beverage station. There's plenty of parking in a private lot. You may need to navigate to park near the restaurant because there are cones and signs directing traffic for the drive-through cars sort of like how in and out has it set up. read more

Absolutely ELECTRIC! This location is my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE. I go here every week, quite literally, I'm that dedicated. Everyone here is ALWAYS so kind, caring, attentive, genuine, honest and here's the big one THOUGHTFUL!! Not one time have I ever had to ask for extra napkins, cane's sauce, salt or pepper. They always went above and beyond to suggest it. I will always go to Raising Cane's but this location is MY stomping grounds. Poor service... I was inside at 8:50pm tonight and ordered to go. They let someone else take my order so 10 minutes later I went to ask for it. Still order not fulfilled. I like to dip all of the components in that sauce (the chicken, the fries, and the toast). This location was super nice and clean. The staff were friendly. The drive-thru moved quickly. Service is horrible. We came thru the drive thru just the previous day and had no problems at all because we had three orders which can be a lot but we had zero problems. We came there today and asked for three orders and the worker said they can only do two per car. When we pulled up to the window we asked one more time so that we wouldn't have to pull around a second time. She agreed but was very rude and snappy but we paid for three orders. When we got to the window to get our food they gave us two bags and we asked if that's all three of our orders she said yes and we drove off. We got home and saw that one of the boxes just had two coleslaws in it. We went back and pulled around and said that we needed our third order and showed our payment. We LOVE canes. Today was opening day and this one is closer to home for us so we headed over. I put in our order on the app and our food was pretty much ready when we arrived. Our chicken had a different smell and tasted different, couldn't put our finger on it but knowing we have great food every time we go I hope it's just due to the volume they're putting out today. I got to help this location out. I read too many negative reviews. Their chicken fingers are a good size, I've been to other locations where they look like they were cut in half, but these were normal size. The fries were cooked and I used my card to pay, so no issue with change. For true Cane's lovers, this wasn't the best, but it was good and the sauce does all the rest. My lemonade was a little on the warm side until I moved the straw up into the ice. I think I prefer it this way because I didn't feel like I had a cup of ice with a splash of lemonade. read more

I usually like the Canes restaurants, but this location needs some serious help. I went through the drive lane and ordered french fries and a large diet coke. I thought it would be pretty tough to screw that up, but stand corrected. The fries were warm, greasy, and undercooked. Barely edible would be another way to describe them. Sadly the fries were the good news. Instead of serving me a large diet coke as ordered I received a 20oz. plastic bottle of warm diet coke. WTF? I asked she said that's all they have. At least every employee I dealt with was pleasant and polite. This location is new, but not that new. They never should have opened until they had the properly trained staff and supplies to do so. Raising Canes might need to change their name to Sinking Canes. I don't ever avoid an entire chain of restaurants because of one bad experience, but will likely think twice before going again especially at this Glendale location. read more

My husband went here to have lunch while he was at work today. Being on a time schedule as he is working he got his meal and excited to have a bite, what was his surprise?! A LONG HAIR in his fries. Just absolutely gross! He went inside to let them know, they told him they would make him a new plate. He now had to wait another 10-15 mins for his food and they didn't even give him anything complimentary for the HUGE inconvenience THEY caused. Get it together canes!
