Chicken Finger Day Deal on July 27
    Stephanie V.

We walked in last night to order even though there is a drive-through and the service was quick and great. Our order was also out really quickly. When we got home, we all noticed the chicken tasted extra fresh and delicious with the breading being super tasty and crispy. It reminded me of old-school KFC I used to have when I was a kid. The amount of chicken per chicken finger is always substantial at Cane's. They always get our sauce order right. This was no exception. It really hit the spot for a Friday night dinner. There's a long table with high seating by the order counter and kitchen. There's also booths and tables inside and a beverage station. There's plenty of parking in a private lot. You may need to navigate to park near the restaurant because there are cones and signs directing traffic for the drive-through cars sort of like how in and out has it set up.

I had a great experience at Raising Cane's! The food was fresh, hot, and came out really fast, which we appreciated. What really made our visit stand out though was the service. The girl who took our order and served us, Marl'Lae, was incredibly sweet and friendly. She gave us compliments and was just genuinely kind, which made the whole experience even better. It's always nice to get good food, but amazing customer service like that really sticks with you.

The double drive thru is nice but I still don't understand why it takes so long to go through it. You have chicken and fries...they should always be going through the fryer. Regardless, the chicken and fries are good.

This location has improved in service and quality of food since my last visit. The food is hot and fresh, as Cane's is known for being a cook too order restaurant. Delicious food and great friendly service. Only downers, the opening to the top of the trash is very small and a bad design. Also as this location is becoming more popular, most tables are dirty so you had you wipe off the crumbs.

Love the chicken, always tender and moist! Coleslaw, toast is awesome! How bout a lil bigger cup for the sauce!!!! Place is clean, service is great!

On the quest to find a better chicken sandwich than Chic-fil-a we stopped Cane's. First, skip the sandwich because it's just three fingers on a bun and go for the basket with Cane's sauce on the side. The fingers are great with a tasty crunchy coating. I throughly enjoyed the Cane's sauce. They fingers area severed with loads of crinkly cut fries. The staff at this location was friendly and the food came out hot and fresh. For me, Cane's has great chicken but it doesn't beat Chic-fil-a. It does put the beat down on Popeye's, Zaxby's and the rest. They server Coke products

We LOVE canes. Today was opening day and this one is closer to home for us so we headed over. I put in our order on the app and our food was pretty much ready when we arrived. Our chicken had a different smell and tasted different, couldn't put our finger on it but knowing we have great food every time we go I hope it's just due to the volume they're putting out today. We love their lemonade and always get an extra garlic toast instead of the coleslaw. I know we will be back soon for a quick dinner!

Stranger soliciting and selling cotton candy for $5 while I'm trying to eat my lunch. Ridiculous.

So Todd G, Canes Customer Service, replied to my review requesting me to visit a website (http://www.hicanessocial.com). Basically I copied and pasted my review and provided some details from my receipt. Absolutely no follow up, so I'm lowering my stars given because of this. The employees have again shown their lack of caring for their customers.

We stuck with the basics and a Buffalo Mac and cheese bowl with fried pickles. The pickles were a thin cut and absolute heaven. The Mac and cheese bowl left us drooling. Runny nose, sweating spice... but flavorful keeping you going back for another bite. I couldn't pick a favorite. Mid meal I sent a video to family and we're already planning another trip here. The fries were cold and plain (they should switch to crinkle cut). They advertise cooked to order and they serve you frozen fries. Sad! The fried okra was OK (you would think it would come with a dipping sauce for a very small $5.99 portion). The food came out very fast which goes against the cooked to order claim. In a very tough fried chicken market I would choose Raisin Canes every time over Slim Chickens. "FIMP" Food is My Passion

Hi Yelpers, Ok, fyi,…read moreI can't really give a review on the taste of the food because there were factors that influenced our first time experience with bad chick, you ready? The line-up of chicken sandwiches looked incredible. They caught my eye and so I immediately made plans to eat at this new place! It was Friday night, we invited friends, new restaurant on the west side, mingling, etc! You get the vibes. When we got there it was at The Coop Bar on the crossroads of Peoria & 83rd. The only person who we saw helping customers was the bartender, no servers, food busser, host, etc. The bartender was very pleasant and had a great attitude despite the fact that she had to do everything! She explained, the kitchen is new (The Bad Chick) but you can only order online and pick-up. You can have a "dining experience" but there isn't a lot of places to sit inside, everything is for a bar experience, and going outside in the patio is worse. The patio did not look like it was ready to receive customers apart form their beer pong table that was set-up. Plus, I felt bad eating there because there was only one person doing everything but she really had a great attitude, she also said she'd help the kitchen bring out the food. On top of all this, when we looked at the menu online they only had 2-3 chicken sandwiches available to order not the whole line-up they had been advertising. That did upset me. Overall, @The Bad Chick did not prepare for their customers. I'm hoping this will change and one day I can go back and try their food.

Food was soggy but good. I really like the lemonade though. I'd order again. But something…read moredifferent.

Cooked just right. Crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. Excellent, fresh flavor! As it is prepared to order, expect about a 15 minute wait time for the chicken... but WELL worth that wait, as it turned out. Fries and Onion Rings sides were PERFECT, and tastier than most. Interesting, varied menu, too! Very generous portions... and the chicken pieces were real, actual sized pieces of chicken... not like the canary-sized tidbits served up by today's fried chicken chain outlets! Although the seating area was VERY small (store front operation,) the facilities were bright, clean and well maintained. The staff was welcoming, patient and most helpful as we worked our way through their surprisingly large, and varied menu! Reasonably priced, too! Overall... a happy find... and now one of our go-to favorites! Just wish they had a LOT more locations closer (to us!) Surprise/Sun City areas would benefit from having closer access to Outta Bronx sandwich/hot dog/wings/Krispy Krunchy chicken locations! I think it would catch on in no-time... assuming today's quality, and value, remained the same, of course. I'm, generally, hard to please... but Outta Bronx/Krispy Krunchy chicken seems to hit it on all cylinders! VERY pleased. Mark us down as huge fans!

Outta Bronx - A Very Disappointing Visit and an Even Worse Follow‑Up…read more We've been customers of this spot for some time, and up until now, the food has always been solid. Unfortunately, our latest experience was far from what we've come to expect. Our order was wrong from the start -- something we caught before leaving -- and we were told our food had been handed to another customer, so it had to be remade. Annoying, but understandable. The real issues showed up once we got home. The mac and cheese tasted stale and simply wasn't edible. The Reuben was another disappointment: barely any meat, what little there was had been overcooked, and the sandwich had almost no sauerkraut. When I flipped it over, I could literally see more toppings through the meat than actual meat. The only thing that resembled their usual quality was the chicken fingers. What pushed this experience from disappointing to unacceptable was the phone call I received from the owner, after I emailed their website to share what happened. My intention was to give them a chance to address the situation privately rather than jumping straight to a negative review. Instead, I spent nearly half an hour listening to the owner defend the food, insist the items we ordered weren't their "best sellers," and tell us to choose different items next time. They claimed nothing could be wrong with the food and that we should have just eaten it. They also said the mac and cheese wasn't their responsibility and told us to complain to Krispy Krunchy Chicken because they "just microwave" what they receive. When asked whether a replacement would resolve the issue, I said yes -- only for the owner to then accuse me of taking money from their family and saying they personally wouldn't complain about food they didn't like. I was told to just eat it and avoid ordering those items again. I have this all recorded. If you're going to ask whether a replacement would make things right, why turn it into an argument afterward? This could have been handled quickly and respectfully. Instead, I was told I was bothering them by emailing on a Friday night, and the entire call felt unnecessary and unprofessional. Calling a customer on a Friday night to argue is not how you keep loyal customers. After enjoying this place for some time, it's disappointing to see how poorly concerns are handled when something goes wrong. Update: I believe the response to this shows what I outlined above. I do not know this owner personally. I met them twice at the restaurant when getting my orders and both were good yet brief experiences. I also do not understand how there is fraud in contacting a restaurant, via their contact us email address, to inform them of issues you had with an order. Their call to me, in response to the email, was not a personal call and entirely business related. This simply shows that this is the type of response one can expect if they have any issues with their order.
