I'm a door dasher driver & customer that comes in almost everyday & will continue to do so & the amount of bad customer service & experience with this location needs improvement. 1st experience cashier decided to use the restroom no problem, so as I waited for 5 minutes in the lobby for her to return there was 8 crew members screwing around, one noticed I was waiting and noone had greeted me or taken my order so they called out for someone to help me since they were in the back this is where all employees just starred at me. The window girl wasn't busy, there was staff joking around and all were having a good time so understandable why noone wants to help while the cashier girl was gone. The same kid called out several minutes later for someone to help me since the cashier was in the restroom. Still noone helped to even greet me. Thankfully she came out & helped. I didnt make a fuss because it was clear all these teens wanted to have fun at work & not help their team. Multiple times rude and bad customer service where noone wants to help me. They make me wait longer. Last night went to the drive thru after work, took my order, pulled up to the window. Waiting 10 mins, reqlly long but I have patience noticed a girl in the window but she wouldn't open the window to speak to her so finally the window cashier that took my money asked me for my receipt back after waiting 10 mins. I asked why & he said they lost my order & had to re do it. So they lost my order and wait 10 minutes to ask me. The girl that was at the window could've helped, asked me about my order to help the line flow since it was a long line behind me and I was holding it but instead she does nothing like the rest of the 10 employees there choosing to have fun with team mates rather than focus on work.my order was simple box combo no slaw extra fries sweet tea. Should have never been that long or shouldn't wait 10 minutes to communicate with the customer when issues arrive. Place is a model of consistency. From the food, to the service, to the cleanliness. It is rare that I come here and something is different. The staff is generally very cheerful and helpful and the building pretty clean. Only time the cleanliness seems to dip is during extreme busy times. My family and I have always loved Raising Cane's, and we eat there very often. Unfortunately, today we had a very disappointing experience. My wife purchased a 25-piece chicken fingers meal, and when she arrived home and started serving the kids, we immediately noticed that the food was not fresh. Since we eat there regularly, we could easily tell something was wrong. The color, texture, and taste of the chicken were clearly old. Even my 7-year-old noticed it right away. I did not allow my children to eat the food because it seemed like old chicken that had been sitting in the fridge and simply reheated. I took the food back to the restaurant and politely explained the issue to the manager. I expected her to at least inspect the food or listen seriously to my concern, but she didn't even bother to look at it. She was dismissive, unprofessional, and showed no concern at all. I politely asked for the food to be replaced, but she refused. She also refused to refund my money. In the end, I left the food at the restaurant and had to go to another restaurant (In-N-Out) to buy a fresh meal for my four children. I truly hope the company hires better management for this location because the current manager is not qualified for her position. I also hope the food safety department looks into this restaurant and ensures they are serving fresh food to customers. They failed to include the coleslaw with the combo as well. The fries were undercooked. This is the second time they failed to include the coleslaw in a combo. This restaurant used to be excellent. Not bad, not great. The person who helped me at the walk up counter was great. Very helpful to a first time visitor. Restaurant was clean with appropriate level of music. My opinion the sauce, (that I've read some people think is the best), was meh. My crinkle fries would have been better if fully cooked through. The chicken was nice meaty chicken breast and not overly coated or overly cooked. The meal also included a good sized piece of Texas toast which could have been toasted longer. Compared with Chick Filet, I'd still continue to go to Chick Filet. Their original sauce there is better in my opinion, and I can get cold, fresh fruit as an option to fries. Our food order was the The Box combo which comes w/ 4 chicken tenders, fries, coleslaw & garlic bread. A tip if you do not want your coleslaw; you can substitute for extra fries or sauce which is great. Of course; we usually opt for extra fries because they are our good & can always have more. We noticed a few tables were not cleaned off but someone came within a few minutes & started to clean them. We notice the restaurant is usually busy w/ long line for drive thru & or inside but moves fairly quick. The prices range from kids meals $7 to adult meals starting @ $10-16. If you would like to add their famous cane sauce it's a .40 charge. If you would like to share a meal w/ child; I would suggest ordering the Caniac Combo (6 tenders, fries, coleslaw, garlic bread & a large drink for $16). Went to the Kanes in Surprise AZ yesterday afternoon and went inside to order off the Alicante menu which is behind and above the order taker. The sign showed that individual chicken fingers were $1.39 each. I ordered six plus a drink and coleslaw. I did not look at my receipt until I got home (my bad) and the receipt showed that I was charged $1.99 each for the fingers (Their VERY BAD!). The last time I had Cane's was in 2019 in Vegas, so when I was in Arizona this week I knew I had to have it. My boyfriend and I split a Caniac Combo, which has six tenders, fries, bread, and two sauces. We also added an additional sauce. The chicken was nice and juicy and of course the sauce was amazing per usual. Their fries are always good too and the bread was better than I remembered it to be... More garlic-y and buttery. He got a Coke Zero with the order and I got water but I probably should've added on a sweet tea... I forgot theirs are really good. Pretty disappointed overall, but let's start with the good. First of all, the cashiers were super friendly. Second, the fast food restaurant was super clean and well layed out. Third, the food was fresh and came out very quickly. The chicken was very moist and fell apart nicely, with a good crunch from the outside breading. The fries came out unsalted, which means you can salt and pepper them to your preferred liking. We left feeling quite full. The rest of what I have to say is negative however. The menu is super limited - you have the option of tenders in a basket or tenders in a bun plus a few side options like fries, coleslaw, and Texas toast. That is it! The prices for these 3 tenders with a bun and fries was $9.99, it also included a drink but we tried the lemonade (which was an extra 32 cent charge that we were not informed about). The coleslaw was bland, crunchy, and flavorless and the rest of the food was greasy and left my stomach uneasy, but full. The total for these two meals was $23.89 - I didn't even get canes sauce to try with my sandwich meal because "it's in the sandwich. The fries are unseasoned and just very plain, the only thing I like about all Canes is their Texas toast is pretty good, better than other chicken places but I don't go to a chicken place for the toast. They should have better quality chicken. The sauce is good but the chicken is Mid and so is the fries, they need to season them or something.
