This is just fast food. I can't say it is anything more or less than I expected. They made the bread fresh though. I needed to wait for the toast. We ordered a big tray of them. Inside was spacious and clean.

Wife had to clean our own table under the fan a lot of tables were not cleaned.

Visited this location on 12/23/2025 and decided to dine in. Food is typical Raising Canes, nothing wrong with that, but why 3 stars???? First off, seemed like the a/c was off in the place. Looked for an open table under the ceiling fans, all of them were dirty. So I decided to sit at a somewhat cleaner table near the fan. Waited for my wife and kids to order and get the drinks, and she decided the table was too hot to sit in. So she decided to clean a table under the fan and we moved over. Towards the end of our meal, we seen a larger family come in and wanted to sit at the largest table in the place, table was a mess so they asked them to clean off the table-worker didn't seemed happy about it, especially passing 2 tables with leftover fries on it and NOT doing anything about it. For the time we was there, no one voluntarily cleaned the tables or the condiment/drink area.

Raising Cane's is a favorite of mine, so when we spotted a location on our way to Sandy Beach, we had to stop! My husband and I opted for a Caniac meal with a lemonade. We substituted the coleslaw for extra fries and added a honey mustard. The food arrived quickly and extremely fresh. The chicken fingers and fries were crispy and hot, just the way I like them. My husband, who isn't the biggest fan of Raising Cane's, stated, this location was by far the best he had ever had--a huge compliment indeed! Overall, our visit to Raising Cane's 10/10. If you're in the area, definitely check them out!

This place was clean and decent. The food took quite a while but they probably had a busy time since it was around lunch hour. The food was decent but sauce was small.

Raising Cane is one of my son's favorite places to go and it's great because there is no nuts since my son has a severe allergy. We always ordered the box combo. Service is always friendly and quick. We always just order through the drive-through, but we always see a lot of people eating inside. One tip is to order the bread with butter on both sides to get it fresh.

Visited this eatery for the first time because I am not much of a chicken eater; however, very glad that I tried and this place was superb! Their juicy and tender chicken fingers really hit the spot, especially when dipping into their house special sauce. No doubt, will come back again.

I am disappointed today with the staff who took my order via drive thru at the Hawai'i Kai location. The receipt of my order says server name is "Lily V." I was having difficulty hearing her and the speaker on the drive thru seemed broken. I told her that I couldn't hear what she was saying and that her voice was going in and out. Rather than having patience with me as a customer, she raised her voice as if it's almost like she was yelling at me. I didn't tell her that her voice was soft. I told her that the connection isn't clear. I drove to this location today for one reason. It's for my youngest brother's birthday. And after today, I honestly don't want to support Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers UNLESS they retrain their staff to have patience and what it means to service customers specially IF they know that their system isn't working properly! It's not your customers fault that your system is broken. Please see your management on how they can help you better service your customers. Please don't take it out on your customers who is there to buy food that you're selling that helps you keep your job! It's not appreciated and it's not very nice! The only thing worth giving this place 1 star was the guy who delivered my food to my car as I was told to park on the side. I'm truly disappointed that I didn't want to eat your chicken!

It's chicken for dinner... Well some for dinner as I found myself in Hawaii Kai and knowing mom wanted some chicken thinking this would be the best option as it was pretty late and I wasn't in the mood to do a search. Raising Cane's is in Hawaii Kai Towne Center a lovely spacious location with lots of free parking a few just steps from their front door and as i entered the greet i received felt very warm and friendly and though their menu is very simple the staff obviously was aware I was unsure as I stared in the abyss trying to decide...stepped away giving me full view of their menu board which gave me comfort and not felt rushed. I ordered the Caniac which included 6 chicken fingers, crinkle cut fries, two Texas toast, Cole slaw and two Cane's Sauce...I don't do slaw and got an extra Texas toast instead so we don't have to share it lol! It all came just a few cents from twenty bucks but since I'm sharing it I thought it was well worth it and it came out fast and hot the quality of the chicken was just fresh and cooked perfectly. Definitely winner chicken dinner! Thank you!

Chicken here are awesome. Drive through one can be long , but staff here are very friendly and fast. If drive through lines are long , I just go inside this restaurant. Very clean too.

ohhh nothing in HK is open late, that's awesome - some late night canes for the win

I love the drive thru the best here - so fast, good music while you wait, and efficient. I just tried mobile twice through the app - that made my life a whole lot easier because I forgot my credit card - and the app had my card number saved it's a nice atmosphere inside - clean and fun with the disco ball - been to several events here and it's great for the community kids and family love it - simple but always fresh. texas toast is not an obsession for the 5 year old - so I always gottah get the kids meal, plus the toast lol! I don't blame him love the hot sauce and their ketchup packets are so cute - reminds me of the hotel ones they give for some room service (not the glass bottle ones but the ones that can open to dip or on the side to squeeze) very cute!!!

I was looking for dinner nearby that would be quick to order and fast to eat, so this checked all the boxes. I had read a previous review that recommended to call in your order, as they make the chicken wings fresh and it'll take approx 15 min. I dialed their number several times, but the phone just rang and there wasn't a voicemail. I found that odd, but decided to go down there anyway since it's nearby. They're located in the Safeway shopping center next to Repetti's Pizza and Tropics. There are several tables located inside, and the place is clean and spacious. When I walked in, I asked the person at the counter if they take phone orders, which he said yes. I told him I tried calling several times, and when he checked his phone, he realized that it wasn't working. The cook in the back laughed and said maybe that's why they weren't very busy. Despite the hiccup, both employees were very friendly. I ordered the Bone-In (4 pieces) Chicken Plate, which comes with 2 scoops of rice, corn, 2 pieces of mini mandoo and your choice of sauce. I selected the Crispy Snow (cheese and onion powder). It took approx 15 min before my order was ready, so the previous reviewer was right! The chicken pieces were larger than I had remembered. They were cripsy and flavorful. I was very happy that I chose the Crispy Snow sauce! The corn was cold, which I thought was odd. I'm used to eating warm corn, not cold. The mandoo was just average. I realize they are known for their chicken, so next time I'll probably just order the chicken and not the full plate. I will definitely return again to try some of their other sauces!

However, I would have to give them a 4.5 today because while we ordered the crispy soy wings, the amount of sauce on the wings were so minimal, you actually can't taste as much of the soy. Usually your fingers would be extra saucy almost like eating a bag of cheetos - finger licking good, but not today. I will say that the positive points were that we were able to call and order on the way there and by the time we got there, we paid and waited no more than a couple minutes for the wings to come out. Still crispy and enjoyable, just missing a bit of flavor. Fortunately for them, today is the day we intended to use Korean fried chicken in our last dab challenge so we have flavor AND spicy to go with crispy, juicy wings. The space looked pretty clean and almost freshly renovated, though, that's probably not the case. Indoor seating is available and the new menu is posted below. We'll be back again. Albeit, probably not as soon as we would like.

The sandwiches are good and the ingredients taste fresh, but I was surprised by the price. At around $16 per sandwich, I expected something a little more substantial. The sandwiches have a lot of toppings and presentation, but they also have quite a bit of "fluff," and the bread is sliced very thin, making the overall sandwich feel smaller than expected. The side options are limited to either a salad or potato chips. I chose the chips, and I have to admit they were really good. Overall, the food tastes good, but I don't think it matches the price point. For what you get, I'd say these sandwiches feel more like a $10 value than a $16 one. I'd come back if I was craving one, but I'd love to see either larger portions or a lower price to better reflect the value.

But Mala Market can do a good job with their Dave's Killer Bread. The sliced meat sandwiches are the best here. I personally stick with roast beef. Everything is layered tight with cheese, lettuce, sliced tomato and cucumber, chopped purple cabbage, julienned carrot, and grassy sprouts. The 21 grain bread and all the veggies are great complex carbs that will leave you satisfied for a long time. Sandwiches come with Kettle ruffled potato chips, or a salad with good dressing - a pink goddess or green cilantro. The wrap is proper for holding on to your sandwich and the take out box is good for traveling. I am less sold on tuna, chicken, or shrimp salad. I know the shrimp salad liquid will seep into your sandwich bread and quickly make it soggy - and I find soggy bread ruins a sandwich for me. For add on options there is double meat, or avocado mash. Skip adding the avocado. And don't pay extra for the pickle. The ladies are very quick at putting together the sandwiches and not waiting long is a plus. If you want to eat it outside there are decent tables, plus additional shaded seating near the marina. The sandwiches at Mala Market are not my favorite. But they are freshly prepared, well constructed, and a good balance of protein and complex carbs. A solid choice in the area if you want to take something to the beach.

It…read morehas been a number of years since the last time I've visited this restaurant, which is just a mile from my home. Thought I had lost my gift balance and had completely forgotten what their specialty dishes are, as they have been relatively quiet in the community. Teddy's Bigger Burgers was founded in 1998 in Honolulu by two friends, Ted Tsakiris and Rich Stula. It is known for its 100% ground chuck charbroiled burgers, secret "Super Sauce," and hand-scooped milk shakes. They offer high-quality made-to-order diner-style burgers. Specifically, the burgers include: * 100% premium fresh chilled ground chuck, hand-portioned daily and seasoned with a secret 7-spice blend. * Char-broiled cooking. Patties are cooked to order on an open-flame charcoal grill to lock in juiciness. * Signature "super sauce." It's yellow, but without any mustard and is actually an aioli that is sweet, tangy, and savory. * Customization. All sandwiches come with crisp lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and onions, but there are options to customize with a variety of toppings, including bacon, blue cheese, jalapenos, onion rings, and pastrami; local geographical names are given to the burgers based on the toppings. There are also 3 sizes of patties: big (5 oz), bigger (7 oz), and biggest (double). * Golden potato buns that are soft and delicate in texture, with a slightly sweet note that brings out the savory, smoky, flavor of the burger. * Sides. Chicken tenders, salad, specialty fries, onion rings, thick milk shakes made with local Hawaii-made ice cream. With my gift card's remaining balance, I opted to order a teri burger. I had forgotten how fresh these burgers are! Yes, the burger was indeed fresh chilled ground chuck with crisp lettuce, cucumbers and sliced onions. The burger was rather large and had the perfect potato bun! Definitely not your normal McD! A very nice patty; however, the teri sauce was on the milder side and not the real teri sauce that locals are used to. Geared to tourists, the teri sauce will be more than satisfactory. Great customer service was the basis for the two founders who loved good burgers and set out to create a restaurant that served the best quality burger. Hours of operation are daily 10a to 9p. Located in the Koko Marina Shopping Center, free parking is available that is shared with other businesses in the complex. The restaurant interior is clean spacious with indoor and outdoor dining available; the interior décor has a nice ambiance of a surfing theme of the 1980's with wall photos. Note that that there are 12 locations in Hawaii, with 11 on Oahu, and one on Maui. We ordered two taco plates (one asada $22 and the other carnitas $20), a side of beans, side of rice, and chips & salsa. It came out to $61.78, I gave a $8 tip, and there is a 3% surcharge to use a credit card = $71.87. I almost feel a bit sick that I paid over $70 for this meal. The tip suggestions are categorized so high (I saw one option being $12+). And there is no service involved other than your food was brought out on a tray. Also, I think businesses should say if you're being charged extra to use your credit card. I also think businesses should not make you pay for that service. But, I digress. Food came out fast. I thought the rice was good, except the peas inside can be a bit dried up, the beans were very thick. My husband enjoyed his asada. My carnitas was so bland, I thought I was eating plain boiled chicken. I brought it back saying I ordered carnitas, and the boy working said twice, "That IS carnitas." I was embarrassed, but that goes to show how bland it was.. I have eaten carnitas a lot! I thought the "service" was subpar. No friendly faces. I spent awhile tipping the water receptacle to get the drops of water remaining. The boy working passed me a few times and did not say anything. I heard him tell the couple next to us, that there was complimentary water, but not much water in the container.. mostly ice. I was thinking.. can you fill it?! My husband ended up asking the cook who refilled it, but talk about lazy! I'm sorry for the rant, it's expensive to live in Hawaii and I think people are eating out less because it's a lot to afford. So it makes it frustrating to spend a lot of money for mediocre food and poor service. We live in the area and want to support businesses, but want to feel like we are appreciated as customers. I think this was our final attempt to give this place a chance. Go to Los Chapparros where you'll be greeted very warmly with yummy food.

Housed in a former gas station, it would be easy to drive right on by without a second thought, as…read morenothing from the outside hints at the culinary treasures within. Despite the fact that it's a considerably trek for city-dwellers, factoring either traffic or bus schedules into the equation, or both if you're particularly unlucky, it's a journey always worth taking. Hit Hanauma Bay along the way and make it a day trip; the only way to top those dazzling sights is to follow them with a stellar meal. Boasting a menu composed of locally-sourced produce and entirely vegan options, you'll want to take a number of friends for the best experience. Heck, get out there and make some new friends! Join one of the long communal picnic tables out back and introduce yourself; there are no friendlier folks on earth than those living in paradise, as far as I've seen. That said, if there was only one dish to order, it would have to be the Oh WOW Laulau. Wow, indeed! No where else on earth have I found vegan laulau, let alone such a stellar rendition. Traditionally consisting of fatty pork and/or fish steamed in taro leaves, this version eschews the meat in favor of hearty root vegetables, adding creamy coconut into the mix for richness. Not to be overlooked is the Tofu Poke provided on the side, claiming to be spicy but really bearing just enough warmth to taste perfectly balanced. This was easily my personal favorite from the small sampling of dishes provided, but it's a close call when all the options are so good. Another front runner is the BBQ Portobello Sandwich. Mushrooms marinated in a bright, smoky barbecue sauce practically sing between two whole wheat buns. Coconut slaw tops off the assemblage with just the right amount of subtle sweetness to contrast the deeply savory flavors within. Simpler but no less spectacular dishes include the Roasted Veg Platter and Roasted Veg Avocado Sandwich. The way that the vegetables are treated with respect, from the moment they're harvested from nearby farms to the care taken when they reach the kitchen is evident with every bite. Cooked with care and proffered generously with each serving, even the basics make the trek out here worthwhile. I'm still trying to recreate that impossibly umami gravy offered on the side. It's one of those things that are so astoundingly, inconceivably delicious, it's impossible to deconstruct. Each entree promises an ideal amount of food; satisfying diners without over-stuffing them. That said, you'll still want to make room for dessert, especially when you see the towering bowls full of Outta This Swirled Soft Serve. Cool, naturally sweet spirals of banana-based soft serve are dressed to the nines with cacao sauce that hardens much like magic shell, granola and coconut flakes tumbling down the mountainous terrain, and fresh fruits that vary based on local availability- Expect papaya always to be in ample supply, based on the thriving papaya trees on premise. Each order is abundant enough to be a considered a full meal in and of itself.

The lady working at the front counter gave us a rundown of the menu and was very kind. My choice was the Cupid's Dream smoothie, which consisted of strawberries, oat milk, chocolate, maple, and dates. Who knew healthy could taste this good ? The smoothie was sooo fresh, and flavors blended together flawlessly. Dare I say, this was one of the best smoothies I have had to date? Highly recommend stopping in so you can experience the deliciousness that Ai Love Nalo has to offer!
