Newest chick-fil-a location. No drive-thru here because it is at one of the busiest intersections on the island. Inside is very spacious with high ceiling. Service was good. We ordered on the app ahead of time and when we got there we just scanned the code on the table and they will bring the food over. Very convenient. Plenty of parking.

Lunch in Honolulu, Hawaii... Located across from the Hawaii Convention Center is the third Honolulu location of Chick-fil-A! Note: There are two Chick-fil-A's in Kapolei, O'ahu, and one on the Island of Maui. A long time ago, this building housed the Hard Rock Cafe, then later, it became the Honolulu Coffee Company. Now, it's been beautifully renovated into a modern fast food eatery! There's a wonderful garden that pays tribute to Hawaiian Royalty, a patio dining area, a convenient restroom, and a private party room! Today, 4-2-26, Thursday, was Grand Opening Day. It was on the television news last night and all over social media. I expected it to be a mess, but surprisingly, the crowd wasn't so bad and I found parking right away! The line to order moved so quickly! It was an amazing experience! Service was wonderful! Everyone was so friendly! Example: This gal, Noriann, asked if I wanted any sauce. She noticed that I had none on my tray when she delivered my meal. She was able to name and describe each flavor so that i could make a better choice! She also helped me with the app so I could get credit for my purchase! Thanks for your patience and sharing your knowledge, Noriann! Jason was also very helpful. I told him that I wasn't able to tag this location in my Instagram Reel. He knew how! Wow! He's akamai! Food wise - my Cool Chicken Wrap was fresh and healthy! I liked the shredded chicken because it was easier to chew than the free Chicken sandwich! Haha! Yes, Eric, the brother of the owner got me the free chicken sandwich. The counter staff didn't recognize my cow outfit... I was a cow mom with my plushie tied around me (from Ken and Karen in Northern California). I also got my waffle fries extra crispy! (I learned from my Los Angeles friends). Yay! I like this location better than the Ala Moana one because it's so spacious, clean, and attractive! This Kapiolani store doesn't have drive-through service, like the Makiki franchise (which doesn't have dine-in capability), but I'd rather have my meal hot and - the way it's meant to be served!

Located across the street from the Convention Center, formerly the Honolulu Coffee Company, Chick-fil-A has reimagined this large space. It seems to be the largest Chick-fil-A location on Oahu and even has an Event Room with big-screen TVs, seating, and a condiment station. The decor has simple Hawaiian touches. It was quite busy today because of an event at the Convention Center. There is seating inside as well as the patio lanai area outside. We were able to find a table in the Event Room. The food is always delicious, and the service is great! We had a few servers check on us while we were eating our meal. Overall, we enjoyed eating at this location and will be back again! Happy Eating!

I wanted to try this because the original businesses from my hometown in Atlanta, Georgia seems the same as there, but the food is definitely still good! Good to know I think they should have some special specialties like McDonald's worth you can only get them In Hawaii

The service was amazing! A majority of all the Kawaii Kon attendees made it a point to go here to eat since it was a short walk from the convention center. I was impressed at the space of the interior !?? It was huge and had lots of seating space. What impressed me even more was the dine-in option ??? I didn't know that was a thing LOL. My table even had a flower on it (so fancy LOL). The food was standard chick-fil-a, delicious, and I also tried the milkshake for the first time and that ish was delicious.. sinful but delicious LOL.

This place is huge.I last ate there 19 years ago in Tampa Bay. The menu is limited, but the sandwich was really good. The sauce is what makes the burger But what makes the restaurant special? Is the workers they treated all of us like? We were in a 5 star restaurant. Food came out very quick and was delicious. One employee, it comes to mind that really was outstanding. Her name was maile. She was very professional, polite and a pleasure to talk to. To the management of this restaurant please give her kudos for her hard work.

What a fun and unique location! Great food, great hospitality and a great place to stop by! Head up, there is no drive thru but they have an incredible space inside and a beautiful patio

This place received a lot of pushback due to its location and traffic concerns. I don't know how it's possible since the sauces are supposed to be the same as as well as the cooking methods and recipes. BUT LET ME TELL YOU, this is the most delicious chick fil A in the world and I am actually sitting here. Mind blown about how delicious the spicy chicken sandwich was that I just had. The fries were a bit undercooked for my liking, but I don't care because I will be back tomorrow for two chicken sandwiches. yyyyyyyuuuuuummmm

I like what they've done to the place. Cavernous and airy. If only there was a bridge from the Convention Center.

Indoor and outdoor seating was available. We chose to sit inside and relaxed among the beach decor and pop music. The menu was limited due to happy hour but several wonderful options were available. We opted for a Strawberry Matcha Latte, the Organic Carrot salad, the Garlic Shrimp and a Mixed Berry Acai Bowl. Our food arrived in a timely manner, was well portioned, artistically plated and absolutely flavorfully scrumptious. The favorite was the carrot salad. It was lite, tangy, fresh and well textured. It was also surprisingly filling. Service was outstanding. Our server, Bruce T. , was highly attentive, personable and helpful. Pricing was reasonable. We would definitely return.

We ordered a salad, an American Wagyu burger, a poke, a shrimp dish, and a prix fix meal for $40 that came with an appetizer: a guacamole, an entree: a steak and shrimp meal, and a dessert we chose a tiramisu. Our meal was delicious, but it wasn't over the top. The steak was tender, the shrimp was crispy, the burger was ok, the poke was refreshing, and the tiramisu was delicious. This place is solid. Service was quick and the waitress was attentive. Overall, I thought the prix fix meal was a good deal since we were able to share the dessert with our kids. Even though I liked eating here, I thought Hula Grill was better.

Conveniently located near Duke's, there's one outdoor table nearby, but really, just pick up a sandwich and take it to the beach! Staff was very friendly. Plenty of options for sandwiches and salads (and maybe more options, just what I noticed). I got the tuna sandwich and added a slice of pepper jack. I said no mayo or mustard, though I'd probably recommend mayo. There are so many veggies that it needs a little sauce. The veggies make you feel like you're eating something super healthy! There wasn't a ton of tuna in the sandwich, but half was filling enough for me. I'll save the rest for tomorrow.

Skipping this place would be a crime. And prices are very reasonable for what you get. It's a hidden gem, tucked inside the Outrigger Waikiki Beach Resort just to the right of Duke's. I've been here many times and have ordered both smoothies and sandwiches. Let me tell you, the bread is incredibly soft, the greens are crisp and fresh, and the protein is ALWAYS tasty. The team works hard to craft your sandwich every time, and I always get a warm "thank you" when I pick mine up (I swear I got into a thank-you battle once, and of course, they won). I highly recommend the tuna sandwich. It's seasoned perfectly and generously filled with tuna. The greens are always piled high. Shredded carrots, spinach leaves, and more sprouts than you'd think possible. It's healthy and DELICIOUS. I usually add avocado, and the sandwich with avocado comes out to $13.75, which is a great deal for Waikiki. Oh! and you get a little skewer of two pineapple slices! It's cute, refreshing, and perfectly ripe every time. The last smoothie I ordered was the Avocado Green Island. It's made with mango, avocado, spinach, banana, greek yogurt, and coconut milk. It's creamy, slightly tangy, and absolutely delicious. Highly recommend. I've also tried their chicken salad sandwich (money!) and my favorite, the Captain Salad. I recommend getting it with Caesar dressing. The brand of ranch they use isn't really my thing. They also have a homemade balsamic vinagarette that sounds amazing. The salad is huge, topped with turkey and generous crumbles of bacon. I'm telling you, they're serving hit after hit after hit at this spot. Go and enjoy ASAP!

Reservation was at 8:45 place was empty by the way yet it took 20 + minutes to be seated. I was seated outside but it was dark so the view was gone and it was cold and raining. The server didn't come for about 10 minutes where I asked to be moved. I was moved to a covered table and we got a new server where we promptly ordered. My sons kids meal came out and his tenders were actually delicious as well as the fries . My food took over 20 minutes to arrive only after I made eye contact with my server and he rushed to the back to grab my food, I'm guessing he had forgotten about it because my short rib arrived cold. Like literally cold to the touch. The mashed potatoes were warm and those were great as well as the veggies . I didn't complain because nobody ever came back to check us on or offer a refill or anything . To pay was a hassle also as they only had 1 server helping and he was tied up with a big table for over 20 minutes that was arguing how to split up a bill. I eventually flagged down a bartender and she went and grabbed my original server from the back. The whole night things kept going wrong . I did have a mai tai earlier in the day from their happy hour which was great but dinner is a no-go for me here now.

And boy were we both blown away (so much so that I believe she returned the next day with others!). The menu had been completely revamped and seemed to take on a more local influence while still being very upscale. Since we both enjoy "sampling" we shared two appetizer and a main. Everything was bursting with flavor! This is what we had: Starter salad from the seasonal menu of watermelon, strawberries, blueberries and greens served on a bed of yuzu infused goat cheese and drizzled with a shiso chimmichuri sauce. Yes, bursting with flavor! I would return for just this dish! Next shared was a tempura battered cauliflower served with a robust curry and yogurt reduction. Deeeelicious. I wouldn't say we licked the plate... but I won't deny it. Hahah. Finally shared the seafood in curry soup (think a lighter version of laksa) served with white rice on the side. Holy moly. No words to describe. Portions were generous enough to share still next time, I won't. That memorable you won't want to share. No longer serving volcano black rolls, tho absolutely serving amazingly wonderful dishes. Volcano black pancakes still available at breakfast. We kept on oooing and ahhhing and asking about the chef. Our servers Gale and Lily, who provided the most awesome service told us "Chef Lance" (as he is affectionately called) moved over from the Mariposa (Restaurant in Neiman Marcus) over a year ago. Further research revealed Chef Lance Kosaka has brought experience from noteworthy restaurants: Top of Waikiki, Merriman's, 53 By the Sea, and most recently Mariposa. I am hoping he will bring in a notable creme brulee that I loved at both the Top as well as Mariposa! Not wanting the deliciousness of Chef Steve's cooking to end, I also ordered a warabi salad to go for the next day. It was...just as wonderful as the other dishes we enjoyed. Thank you to Servers Gale and Lily, Chef Steve, actually...the entire staff who elevated a casual evening of dining to be a most memorable experience! I scraped it off to eat separately. The plate also came with a little dish of sweet pickles, which complemented the rich chicken and mac salad nicely. The attached market is also a little more posh than the thousands of ABC stores, so take a spin through after you eat. There's also a coffee stand and a flatbread place, but the pièce de résistance of this marketplace is definitely Basalt.
